Gepäck wurde mit im Fahrgastraum gelagert, daher wenig Platz. Zum Glück waren viele Einheimische mit wenig Gepäck im Bus. Einige kurze Stopps, damit einige ein- und aussteigen konnten (Einheimische). Für den Preis aber echt okay!

We left late because the staff at the desk kept trying to find passengers.
The driver didn't speak english and he kept shouting in thai to all passengers (foreigners for the most). No space for legs nor luggages and because of some apparently random stops (just for locals that paid at the moment) the bus was super full and we arrived even later.
We came back with Go Family, much better.

Everywhere we want to go we can find on 12Go. No strikes like uk. Sometimes a few stops but really doesn’t matter. Best app we have used and travelled through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. Wish uk was so efficient. Thank you

pretty good ride, said 2h 50m but i would’ve said it took more like 2hr 20m ish , other reviews have said the driver is unsafe, i’d disagree, traffic in thailand is just crazy. overall good trip and easiest way to get from central bangkok to kanchanaburi

I arrived at the station at 7.15 so that I could get my ticket and grab some breakfast afterwards to be shure that I would have found it, since some of the reviews noted it was not easy to find. I had no difficulties finding the counter, but when I showed her my online ticket she printed me one and said, the schedule changed the bus leaves at 7.20! There went my breakfast... I had no idea what would have happend if I arrived later, so be very careful with these bookings and go well in time just to be shure!

We wanted to get to Mochit Van Terminal and the driver wanted us to leave somewhere in Bangkok
We had to pay 100 Baht per person to get to Mochit Terminal and the bus was late and took 3 hours

We booked the 6am trip but arrived a bit early around 5.15 so we were able to change it to the 5am one taking us to kanchanaburi as it was about to leave. The trip went quite fast as we arrived around 7am. Has Aircon was a little cold so bringing some long sleeves is recommended!

Incorrect time listed? The website told us to be there 30 minutes before our noon departure. We boarded at 11:20 and then I stepped off to buy a water while the driver was not there. When I returned at 11:25, the driver was upset that I had left. We departed as soon as I sat down. I am now nervous about whether our return ticket tomorrow will adhere to the schedule shown online… the public bus schedule in this town has changed due to COVID, and I wonder if this bus company has also changed without 12Go keeping its website up to date. The bus ride itself went great. We were the only foreigners aboard to my knowledge, and everyone else was very quiet and wore masks, so we did the same. There were a few brief stops on the way to pick up or drop off passengers but it was still an efficient way to travel.

It was a mini bus / van.
I got the seat next to the driver so i guess i had more space and a more confortable seat.
The bus stops along the way when someone asks him to.
But it fits the 3-hours trip indicated on the ticket.

It was very easy to book online and when we arrived at the bus station it was super easy- I printed our vouchers beforehand to give to them. I booked 2 extra seats as we had 4 people with 4 large suitcases. The van driver was very rude and wouldn’t listen to us telling him we booked other seats for our luggage he just got angry and told us to go back to the check in desk. So we did and the guy at the check in desk was very helpful and came over to the van with us and told the driver it was ok. Then as it turned out he put our luggage in the back boot area of the van anyway so I didn’t need to book extra seats. Besides all that the vans are nice, the seats are good and we arrived at our destination early. Overall for the price this is a good option for travel.

What I told the driver about my destination, he kindly dropped me off at the BTS station saying that is a right train which I should get on. I saved a lot of money because in Bangkok, it cost a lot from the terminal bus station to the center of the city because I have to take a taxi. I’m very satisfied with his kindness.

Overall a poor experience traveling, the driver seemed to have some sort of issue with us. Initially as we’re getting on the bus (40 minutes early so plenty of time as it sat idle) he told us that we couldn’t bring on some ice cup cold drinks we had in hand so we tried to finish these outside before entering however he just hastily ushered us on regardless without a chance to finish these. He then made us sit in small seats at the very back of the bus surrounded by all the luggage (bare in mind we were easily the tallest / biggest people on the bus, I’m 195cm) even though everyone else getting on were able to just choose where they wanted to sit and there was plenty of free space. As we were sitting down he noticed my partner had a water flask attached to their bag so he came over to make a point of telling us to “not open it at any point during the journey”… All this while locals were sat on the bus eating ice creams, drinking cans / bottle of drinks and so on. Moments later an older western looking man and his (presumably) Thai wife got onboard with bottles of water and ice cups in hand without any issues whatsoever. We were very much singled out and made to feel uncomfortable.

The seats weren't comfortable at all and there was a real lack of communication from the operator of the service. Many people had to ask which bus was theirs and there was lots of confusion (by both staff and customers) about who should be on the bus. Understandably, the bus driver di not speak English so lot of people spent the whole journey not confident that they were going to end up where they needed to be. In true Thai style though, we did end up exactly where we were expecting. TIP: Mo Chit bus terminal is about a 25 minute walk to the BTS station so factor that in if you need to get somewhere at a certain time.
