Bus left almost an hour late. No one spoke English and staff ingnored us when we tried to speak to them. We also bought the extra ticket for our luggage, but they looked at us strangely and it seemed no one else did that while the information on the ticket shows you should. I feel like either we paid double the price or the other, Thai, passengers paid not enough.

Bus Ride was normal and good. The staff was friendly, we were able to take the Bus 1 hour earlier than we booked.

There was a little office at pak chong that gave us the ticket and told us what bus to take, very helpful, driver was friendly, we left on time. Minibus was relatively comfortable. Took a break after approximately 2 hours for bathroom break. Minibus is pretty small considering leg space but fine for shorter journeys

จองรถไปด้วยราคาตั๋วใบละ 300 ระบบแจ้งว่าเป็น minibus แต่วันจริงได้ขึ้นเป็นรถตู้ คับแคบและเก่า รถมาช้ากว่าเวลาค่อนข้างมาก เสียเวลาทำให้ต้องปรับเปลี่ยนแผนการเดินทาง

Alles etwas planlos. Es wäre auch hilfreich wenn man eine genauere Anschrift vom Bus Terminal bekommen würde.
Van war eine komplett veranzte alte Schüssel, die so gescheppert und geklappert hat, dass man meinte, dass sie jeden Moment auseinanderfällt! ♂️

Die Federung war defekt.
30 km vor dem Ziel sind die Bremsen kaputt gegangen, Ersatzfahrzeug wurde bestellt.
