The place where the bus was leaving was quite difficult to find, but after this everything was very straightforward and comfortable.

It was not bad, but a little pause would be nice to go to the toilets or to buy something to eat…

There could be better communication with foreign passengers like myself. There was no explanation about toilet stops and meal stops and I had to ask.

No toilet in the bus for long distance trip. when booking teher was an info about WC available in the bus.

If I could give any star number for the pickup point, I would give 0 because the first time we booked this trip we did not find the pickup point "Hanuman Murti". If you take this trip look for "Karol Bagh Gurgaon Stand" on Google Maps, that's the real pickup point. Why doesn't the company give GPS coordinates? The next day we booked again (loosing our money from the day before) and after much research and preparation (e.g., being two hours in advance to look for the pickup point) it went better. Overall the bus was comfortable, with toilet and food stops every now and then. However we reached Jodhpur with more than 2 hours delay. Mixed experience, would do again, but can be stressful and unclear.

Bus in itself was ok. However, they stopped the whole time to let random people hop on, who stood in the alleyway, resulting in a noisy and unsafe chaos, and 1 hour late arrival in the end. Try to book sleeper spots to avoid this chaos, although it seems it's not possible on 12go.

The space between armchairs is too narrow, you could not comfortably stretch your legs. In lower quality buses, there is more space. Very friendly staff.

Kam 35 Minuten zu spät und die Klima wurde auf gefühlt 12 Grad gedreht und man konnte die Lüftung nicht abstellen. Warm anziehen auch im Sommer. Würde es nicht nochmal buchen.
