The trip was quite fast been on the destination on time... how ever the conductor and the drivers are not hospitable.and friendly. at first i was struggling with my lugguge as i was placing it in the compartment, the conductor was there and he was just instructing me instead of giving a hands to lift my lugguge. Then on the bus en route. I ask if they can adjust the a/c since it was too cold that time i managed to shut it off but still there are blowers at the sides(up). They just told me that they cannot adjust the temperature anymore...its too cold though. It was my first time riding the Isarog lines(Bus) And well its a good experience riding but i was a little upset about the service of the crew...

No actual terminal. We need to walk to the middle of the highway to get into the bus. No CR in the ticketing office too. Well other than that, basically it's still good there's an office there to accommodate passengers.

Hindi accurate yung time sa nabook ko compare dun sa exact time na alis ng barko. from 2pm then changed to 12:30pm. Pag dating ko ng barko walang inisue na ticket sakin dahil late dw ako, samantala dumating ako before 12. Kaya pinaiwan muna ako sa loob ng bus na nasa barko sabi sakin pag umandar na daw yung barko saka ako umakyat. haissstt nakaka disappoint.

I booked a 20:00 to 9:40 trip to Legazpi as it was perfect for my 11am to 1pm engagement. We arrived Legazpi at almost 1pm! That's a 3 hour delay from the estimated time of arrival which is insane.
I saw a review which said that the sleeper's space was uncomfortable and he/she was only 5'6". I'm almost 6 feet. I'll let your imagination handle that one.
Still thankful for safely arriving in Legazpi though, but I'm not riding this bus line again.

I got d upper “bed” nside d sleeper bus; space was small: i cant even sit straight as my head is already touching the ceiling yet im only 5’6. Seatbelt was short i cnt even locked it; im an average-size man. “Hallway” was small; 1 person can only pass at a time

Nice sleepers, it’s very comfortable but we arrived at 4:45am instead of 7:45, the air conditioning was way too strong, it was freezing in the bus. Driver a bit crazy, it’s moving a lot..when I say moving it’s more like crashing. No pillow or blanket.

Very accommodating. We got lost in Cubao Terminal. Called their hotline and it was working well. The driver and the bus attendant waited for us about 10 minutes after the scheduled departure.

With hidden charges the receipt I have is only 2200 while I was charged 3k plus online, you still need to confirm with the local bus operator the seat assigned to you, and be early on the day of your trip.

Our trip was delayed for 10 hours.(due to landslide and floods) Our night trip became a day trip. Though, it was understandable bacause it was a situation nobody can control. Kudos to the drivers who patiently drove us to our places safely and sacrificed their new year's eve for us.

Very easy and convenient to book. But was a bit disappointed to find that I still had to queue for about 30 minutes to get a ticket. I also wish that we could choose seats when booking online. In general though, I am happy to be able to book online.

Der auf der Buchungsbestätigung angegebene Genesis Busterminal in Manila bzw Quezon/Cubao war nicht der richtige Abfahrtsort. Zum Isarog Busterminal waren es dann nochmals 20 Minuten Fußmarsch mit Gepäck. Dort funktionierte dann alles einwandfrei. Die Fahrt war ruhig, der Bus kam überpünktlich in Legazpi an. Um 23 Uhr wurde eine Pause für Abendessen und WC gemacht, die restliche Nacht wurde durchgefahren. Die Klimaanlage ist kühl eingestellt,.man sollte sich eine Decke mitnehmen, vielleicht auch Pulli oder Jacke. Die Schlafsitze sind aus Kunstleder, auf dem man leicht schwitzt, außerdem für Europäer zu kurz und in der Mitte geteilt, dh keine gerade Liegefläche und zum schlafen eher unbequem. Alles in allem würde ich es aber wieder so machen.

Check In unkompliziert, pünktliche Abfahrt, Ankunft etwas zu spät wegen eines Staus. Klimaanlage im Bus viel zu kalt. Trotz Jacke und Decke friert man. Die Schlafsitze sind zu kurz und in der Mitte geteilt, so dass man nicht gut liegen kann.

Was not able to use the lazy boy feature which is why i paid for more instead of an ordinary seat as the overhead compartment at my seat can't accommodate my baggage a sit was obstructed but overall the vehicle and travel was good.

This was a very poor experience. The bus broke down and my son Elio was forced to wait 8 hours for a replacement bus.
I cannot recommend this bus company and strongly hope they improve their reliability and passenger care.

The bus was a hour late. And even after getting to the terminal it waited a long time before leaving. It then went to 2 more terminals to get passengers, WHICH WAS NEVER MENTIONED AS OPTIONS.
Driving was kinda bad too; too many sudden breaks and turns.

Safe and very good drivers. When it comes.to stop over, hopefully you guys give the driver atleast 3hrs interval so that they can rest and stretch there legs, and also so.that the passengers is not getting dehydrated as the stop over are only got 2 stops to get bevearage and food.

We were not informed that we would be transferred to a different bus. We specifically purchased a single-seater, but we were told to take the vacant two-seater in a different bus. We were never informed of the changes before our trip and we insisted on being seated in a single-seater, we were told that there was no available seat.

The bus has damage when we're in bicol so we were transferred to another bus and waited like 1hr . In the given ticket in pdf, it says there that the baggage limit is 15kg but in the counter they said it was 20kg so I'm kinda thankful that I don't need to pay but it looks like I paid more than other passengers. The ride is not really worth the price. The ac is too cold.
The operators are easy to talk too.

Booking was fast, confirmation was efficient.
Bus (from Albay) came before the time schedule.
Office guard was kind enough to allow us to leave our small bags while we went to grab a bite, go to the toilet (you might want to consider having this service available)
Seats were small but given the way your driver drove, it was a snug fit.
Because we got in from Naga and your bus came from Albay, there was no room in the overhead compartment for me/ my seat. (Not all passengers think of other passengers so having your staff keep a lookout would be helpful.)
While the time schedule indicated these were just estimates, from a claim of the "fastest travel time" of 7 plus hours to 9 plus hours (got off at Alabang) is a misrepresentation.
Assumed that because of the "fast travel time" there would be no or limited stopovers, we had two. One just outside of Naga (30-45 minutes into the trip) for 30 minutes then another near Lucena for a toilet stopover (quick).
Driver did not care for the passengers as he drove jerkily and erratic:
Sudden acceleration and braking – pressing on the gas or brake abruptly, instead of smoothly.
Sharp or frequent swerving – quick lane changes and a lot of unnecessary zigzagging.
Inconsistent speed – speeding up and slowing down without rhythm, made me nauseous.
Poor cornering – taking turns too fast or too tightly, causing the body to lurch.
Stop-and-go motion –shows the driver is impatient and constantly jolts the vehicle forward.
