- 在繁忙的週末或者旅遊旺季，車票可能會很快售罄因而需要提前預訂。

Bus was during daytime but seats did not adjust from sleeper position so whole 5 hours was spent lay down looking at Hello Kitty ceiling! 🙄

The (bus station) restaurant owner is helpful and friendly. He guided us to where we had to board the bus. The bus was on time. I also like the decor since I'm a Mickey Mouse fan.

The driver was very rude to us and when we stopped to get food he rushed us the whole time even though we had only been there for 10 minutes. The ride itself was good but the driver was not a nice person.

Booking was easy and straightforward. Bus was early and the bus stop sign did not have our time. Driving was a bit aggressive not smooth. Laydown seats were not comfortable (really short could not extend legs)

I appreciated they reached out to me by WhatsApp the day before and day of, sent me photos of the bus and the new pick up spot, as well as the licence plate number. The rep asked if I wanted to get off at domestic or international at the airport. The 12go website only said domestic, so I recommend you to add international terminal.
The bus I booked for was a 2-2-2 bus, but it was upgraded to a 2-2 cabin bus. Although it was older than what I traveled with s trip, I appreciated the upgrade.
Not many international visitors know that long distance buses don’t have a lav, but make frequent rest stops instead. I recommend you to highlight that on 12go.
I’ll gladly travel with inter again at this price point.

All was well except the bus was 2 hours late to arrive at Sapa. It was supposed to be a 6 hour drive turning into an 8 hour drive. But overall its great value for money.

Booked a cabin bus but got switched to a sleeper bus (refunded fairly). No WiFi despite it being advertised with a password provided. Sleeper seats are narrow, and the decor doesn’t match the listing photos. Advertised details didn’t quite match reality.

We didn't know the sleeper bus lower bunks would not have a window. This was very difficult for a day trip. We also didn't have USB-C ports for charging. Besides this, the bus was clean and quiet.

Crampt, if you’re fat you should pay for two seats mandatory! I was next to some fat philipino and it was horrible he was like an oven against my skin I would have rather had a normal bus seat sat up!

Pros: you can very easily spot the bus. A unique experience for sure! It stopped twice on the 7-8hr journey for a good amount of time for food/toilet. Reasonably comfortable and good length to stretch legs out, plus privacy curtains.
Cons: we arrived about an hour late. Air con wasn’t very strong - only one outlet for 2 people in a cabin.

Easy pickup, great drive, relatively comfortable seats/beds.
The first stop seemed a bit early but that's nothing bad. We had enough stops to feel comfortable.
Unfortunately we only arrived 7 hours after start and not 6 as mentioned in the booking, but traffic can happen.

Booking was no doubt seemless. I could connect with bus company with the contact details that were provided. Only thing is the transaction is in euro and not local currency causing higher fees and rates. My mistake entirely not to check that. Have another booking coming up soon. But i haven't been able to contact the service provider yet.

Bus was lovely and not too late however the driver stopped to drink spirits at one of our rest stops and so was driving under the influence the whole trip overnight. He also pumped the air con onto freezing cold making it hard to sleep because it was warmer at the front of the bus.

Bus broke down on a hill but the driver managed to get it going again about an hour later. Did still end up in Sapa even though it was a few hours late. Seats were snug but i got to cuddle my friend so winning

The bus was perfectly on time, there were enough rest stops, and the driver was smooth and courteous. However, this was a sleeper bus and we discovered that a day trip on a sleeper bus is a bad idea - it would probably be ok if we were sleeping. Please note that if you use this service it is important to read all the PDF information carefully. I missed an important detail which created some confusion, all my fault.

When you book a single cabin and you’re travelling with 2 (or more) don’t expect a single cabin. Had to share the trip which didn’t make it any more comfortable.
