Though the updated schedule confused me, the HK Sapa Open Tour Bus pick me up and take me to catch up the bus with shuttle. The bus and the equipment is excellent good for sleep, and the bed with massage chair is a big plus. Really a good choice for sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa.

They rang me twice in the morning to make sure I arrived to the bus 30 mins early (bus was at 10am) only for us to not get on the bus till after 10.30 and not leave until 11.15. The bus itself was nice inside. But when approaching Hanoi we pulled up on the side of the motorway and was told to get out and get into a minibus with not enough seats for everyone. I understand that the bus was going onto Ninh Binh but nothing was explained prior at any point and was hardly explained when we pulled up and got kicked out on the side of the motorway

new bus really confortable .... large very wide berth only 2 berths in the width of the bus...the driver very attentive and drives safely

When you are booking this transfer, the location is different. After you book, they change it and are rude to you and do not respond. Also we have booked upper seats, but they gave us lower and we where not able to change it.

El vehículo excelente, y el trato del conductor genial. Lo único malo es que hubo un accidente y sufrimos un retraso de 4h en la autopista, algo que no es culpa de la línea de buses
