Booking through 12go was very easy, especially as the Greek railway website was very difficult to navigate and hard to translate. Tickets arrived as promised, and all went exactly to plan.

Booking tickets for the 1st time was not so easy but it all worked out, we travelled with the tickets I booked. We asked what carriage we had to get on went on the carriage then we had a tickets checked on the train and was told we were on the wrong carriage. It would be better for the staff to be more informative, as we are tourists and 1st time using the Public Transport. I asked the staff at Volos where the Train to Thessaloniki was going to depart and he told me the next platform jumped on the train that arrived and it was not the train I booked so I had to pay more money for the train we were on. We arrived in Thessaloniki so it was good. The bus from Volos to Larrisa we nearly had an accident as the bus driver wasn't looking at the road properly as he was talking to a staff member giving tickets and another guy. The bus drivers need to concentrate on their job not conversations, they don't want any deaths on their hands. So please tell them to concentrate on their job.

I took a ride on this train railway primarily for the scenic views, and I was not disappointed. The route took us through picturesque landscapes, offering glimpses of mountains, rivers, and charming villages. The train's large windows and comfortable seating allowed me to relax and take in the beauty around me. If you're a nature enthusiast, this train railway is a must-try.

The train departure was on time but arrival was substantially late. The train was clean. The luggage storage was not clearly signed. We purchased 24 inch cases according to the train site explanation but it does not help much. The storage near the sits can hardly be used for heavy stuff and the separate storage room does not have issue with 28 inch cases. There were no Wifi on the train and the mobile data connection hardly worked. It was chat only in most cases. I can't say anything about 12Go's support because we don't use it. On the other hand they charged about 15 eur extra for two tickets and selected sits for us (it was not a very good selection after all). I would go directly to the operator site and buy ticket there.

It took long time and many emails to fix a simple problem with incorrect ticket. It is not effective using robot in the chats or maybe the robot needs to be updated.

Sur le site il y a beaucoup de voyages proposés, à l'arrivée très peu. La veille de mon départ je n'avais toujours pas mes billets électroniques commandés presque un mois plus tôt, et en envoyant un mail j'apprends que ce train n'est pas reservable. Conclusion j'ai attendu 3 heures à la gare entre mon ferry et le train. Donc pas top
