Boarding Point as advised was very difficult to find. And more, it was a “wrong” place. You need to correct your online ticket.

When it said near the west side of the station. We assumed it meant the bus stop next to the train station. This w the case. The people at the train station also didn’t help or know about where we needed to go, Like many others we missed the bus and had to buy a second ticket because of bad directions. This could have been avoided. Though the way to the lake was good. The bus was on time and here you used a maps link to show us exactly where to go this should have been the case on the way back aswel.

Bus was punctual and comfortable. The trip was agreeable with a short stop for bathroom or coffee. Only bad point: bus dropped us off somewhere far away from Kawaguchi Station, and we had to walk a longhorn way with the suitcases.
