我很难找到巴士出发的地方，我想还有更多的标牌缺失。

行程正确，但司机在没有任何解释的情况下让我们在曼谷入口处的巴士站下车，而不是在航站楼......

面包车的空调不制冷，连热风都不吹。面包车本身就很臭。只在司机面前冷即便是坐在司机身后的第一排，依旧是热血沸腾。车窗打不开，很煎熬，车里臭气熏天。但是如果你不坐这辆车，你还得再等一个小时。

The bus left 30 minutes early, and arrived 1 hour ahead of advertised schedule

The seats are a bit uncomfortable but everything else was ok.

Van left only when it was full, airco was not to good but most importantly: the van did not drop us at the sai tai mai busstation but at the side of a busy road somewhere near the busstation. Not comfortable

Old Car, awful aircon, very uncomfortable seats, to many people. And why starts the bus at 4pm, when it should starts at 5pm??

Very fast progress, good seating however it can be very cold with the a/c. Recommend!

Very little space in the bus. One advatage: the driver picked us up at the hotel.

Good that there were seatbelts and an okay ride. Only negative thing was that the seat cushions were very old and tattered.

No A/C, just fans going. Driver was in a real hurry. We were passing in front of oncoming traffic and forcing them to move onto the verge. It felt far more dangerous than the regular 12go drivers.

We left Bangkok terminal 45 minutes later than sheduled time, not sooner than finally all 12 seats was sold out. I was nervous due to following train connection, but we arrived stlll 10 minutes earlier than sheduled arrival time. Jiri,Czech republic

Driver passed my stop when i feel asleep

Very pleasant drive. Took about 3,5h to get to the kanchanaburi bus station (I asked to drop me of at that point), because besides passengers, also packages had to be delivered.

It was comfy and arrived on time. The only negative was we left late and then due to bad traffic in Bangkok the driver had to drive very fast and it felt a little uneasy for a westerner.

The van was clean and ran well however we weren't dropped off at Sai Tai Kao but at MoChit and the photo in the email didn't show the counter number so the counter was hard to find when we were checking in

Cheap, fast and good...some things to consider, though. Getting to the terminal from Nonthaburi where we live was easy - maybe 30 minutes on a Sunday. It was very good getting through the terminal as we had our printed voucher in hand. If you don't then you have to make your way through all the yelling vendors trying to get you to use their van service. That would have been hectic and my sunglasses would have to have been on so I could look past everyone and not catch their eyes lol...so one stressor was avoided. Once at my gate number it was very easy as I handed my voucher to the clerk and he politely pointed me to the van behind him. As we had booked a 10:20 am van we were happy to see it leave at 10:00 ahead of schedule. ..the stressor was the fact they packed 13 passengers into the 14 passenger van with a ton of luggage all stacked up. ...made for a cozy ride with strangers. ....as for booking online with 12go.asia, all and all it was worth the few extra baht to book online (160/each vs. 120 at the station)...and the driver was nice enough to drop us off at our guest house...I would use 12Go. Asia again in the future...

Well it was a bit of a pain to begin with as the bus station got moved from Burana Sat rd to Sao Tai kao terminal the other side of the river! Once there thought it was easy! The staff were so helpful as pointed us in the right direction! Actually we got there early which was great as we were shattered!

Bus terminal was hard to find. Our taxi driver had to call the number to find it. Other than that the ride was fine.

It was a little hard to find the office, since there are a lot of bus companies there and we came with a taxi. Probably easier with skytrain, very close! Trip was fine and fast and can't beat the price!

Never again. A very small mini-van. To much People in the van. Nou airco. We were sick of the heat. We skipp the way back and take a taxi
