Wir sind mit diesem Bus von Ho Chi Minh City nach Mui Ne gefahren insgesamt eine spannende und gute Erfahrung. Der Treffpunkt in Ho Chi Minh City ist leider nicht ganz einfach zu finden, also besser etwas Zeit einplanen. Der Bus war auch nicht besonders pünktlich. Zunächst fährt man ca. 45 Minuten mit einem normalen Bus und steigt dann an einem Zwischenhalt in den eigentlichen Reisebus um, der einen direkt zum Ziel bringt. Unterwegs gibt es keinen Stopp also vorher unbedingt auf Toilette gehen und Getränke sowie Snacks mitnehmen. Insgesamt war die Fahrt aber angenehm und eine interessante Art zu reisen

Der Busfahrer war sehr unfreundlich und harsch. Ich wurde an meiner Haltestelle unsanft rausgebeten, ich durfte nicht Mal die Schuhe anziehen. So dass ich in Socken aus dem Bus bin und dann schnell sagen musste welche meine Tasche ist, die ich dann in die Hände gedrückt bekommen habe.

"Wir sind zum dritten Mal mit dem Schlafbus VIP 24 von Ho Chi Minh nach Mui Ne gefahren und sind absolut zufrieden! Pünktlichkeit, Sauberkeit und Komfort waren stets auf höchstem Niveau. Experience was great and with very clear communication. I just didn’t like that the AC was not turn on for a significant part of the journey (it was really warm inside the bus) and that I was left at a different drop-off location than the one in the voucher (although relatively close).

Wir mussten außerhalb vor Nha Trang in einen Minivan umsteigen, der uns zu dem in der Buchung ausgewiesenen Zielpunkt fahren sollte. Der Fahrer hat uns knapp 2 km vor dem Zielpunkt sehr unfreundlich rausgeschmissen. Ich vermute, dass er keine Lust hatte, durch den dichten Verkehr in der Innenstadt zu fahren. Das ganze kostete extra für ein Grab Taxi. Nie wieder mit dieser Gesellschaft

Personal und Fahrer wirken unhöflich. Fahrgäste sind für den Unternehmer offenbar nichts anderes als zu transportierendes Vieh. Zumindest wird man so behandelt und auch das Büro sieht entsprechend aus. Der Fahrstil lässt Schlafen nur in kurzen Etappen zu.

Die Buchung war einfach. Am Treffpunkt bekamen wir ein Papierticket, die Angestellten dort waren sehr unfreundlich und fühlten sich offenbar gestört. Der Bus fuhr einigermaßen pünktlich ab.Unterwegs jedoch gab es einen Halt,alle mußten den Bus wechseln.Das hätte man auch vorher sagen können.Mit mehr als einer Stunde Verspätung kamen wir an.

This afternoon, we took the cheapest bus from Hue to Hoi An. Booked online on 12GoAsia for 165,750 per person. We were preparing for the worst, but everything went great. Good and safely driving, and most importantly: they even dropped us at the official drop of point that is mentioned in the voucher and on the website. Wow, never thought that we will experience this in the scam country aka Vietnam. 5/5 because of not dropping us off at a remote location where scammy cab drivers al already waiting and lurking for tourists. Btw: according to 12GoAsia it would take 5 hours to travel. But in reality the journey only took 4 hours including 30m waiting time by the beginning.

Le voyage réservé a été annulé et reporté à l'après-midi. SI nous n'étions pas passés par l'agence la veille, nous n'en aurions rien su. Il a fallu batailler pour prouver l'achat de nos billets et que ceux-ci soient reportés sur le voyage suivant. Délai respecté.

Доехали быстро. Но автобус не новый, сиденье обшарпанное, столик пыльный. На сайте было указано, что отправление от офиса Hanh Cafe, но автобус находился в другом месте. До автобуса всех доставляли на автомобиле, было очень тесно (4человека сидели на заднем сиденье автомобиля, рассчитанном на троих максимум).

La station de bus à Hoi an était assez difficile à trouver. Mais les gens locaux nous ont bien aidés. Merci pour eux! Bien plus cher lorsque vous réservez par internet avec des euros. Bonne idée d’enlever des chaussures pour garder le bus propre! Belle façon de découvrir le pays.

the bus driver forced us to leave our back packs in the compartments. I asked him if I can bring the boiled corn which my partner and I supposed to eat as our breakfast since we have not ate our breakfast yet. He said NO.. then i asked him if i can bring soya milk.. he again said no in an irritated way.. okay, that's accepted. that's your rule... no food and drink allowed inside the bus. again, that's accepted even if we are really hungry. But what is not accepted was the reclining chair. the stopping joints are not working, like if I want to make into a sitting position it does not lock in. if i put a little force it goes all the way down. haaay.. it was not a good experience.. somebody must fix it so other tourist will experience a relaxing journey.

Wir buchten Hanhcafé Bus und sind mit Cameltourbus gefahren, mit einem anderen Reiseunternehmen, das auch als Kurierdienst fungierte. Die Gurte waren defekt, Koffer mussten aus Platzgründen im Gang stehen. Eine Stunde Wartezeit auf den verspäteten Bus.

The driver drive extremely slow until we are one hour behind our schedule and we missed almost all the attractions' operating time :( He also did not inform us anything about how long is the break time we can have when the bus stop at the R&R.

The bus left right on time. On the way there was some trouble with a wheel so we stopped for like 40/50 minutes. Stopped again right outside of Nha Trang where we had to move to another smaller bus with not enough seats. The bus drove to Nha Trang city, but it died off a thousand times. The driver was more than angry about this and was very rude.

Bus parti avec du retard, les sièges (coussin postérieur ) ne tiennent plus très bien. Et surtout si vous faites 1,80 mètre, cela devient compliqué pour les jambes. Le chauffeur à été cordial et prudent .

Got a semi sleeper bus instead of a regular bus, so that was great. Arrived 1 hour later than was anticipated. Was not easy to get a taxi from the drop off place to nha Trang city

We were picked up from our hotel which was great. Not enough leg room for Europeans. Ticket said arrival HCM at 15.00. We only arrived at 17.00. We keep on getting the high seats. I am a pensioner and it is not easy to get up or down from there. It is cheap

Иногда можно заснуть, но это не точно. Если рост свыше 177 то ноги не вмещаются. Водители часто останавливаются и решают свои вопросы с перевозкой грузов или чего-то ещё. Дают воду.

I love the sleeping seats! It made the long ride more enjoyable. Also, it was great we were able to stop for quickly to use the bathroom and grab something to eat/drink.

This was a bit eye opening. The bus was 20 mins late so not so bad. However, despite us having seat numbers and those seats free, we were told to sit right up the back where all the other westerners were sitting. We are taller and not skinny, so for my partner especially his knees where hard up against the seats in front. We were super squished together with 3 other people for 4 hours. The trip itself was a bit of fun (we don't take life to seriously) the bumps and jostling, the over taking was pretty funny (to us..i do understand the overtaking can really scare people) However the 30 minute stop 55 minutes in was a bit of a joke into a 4 hour trip. Overall it was ok, and its just a bit unfortunate we had already booked a return trip, otherwise I would have gone for a Luxury Limo instead just for the space.
