大巴旅行的缺點
- 城際大巴車站可能設在遠離市中心的郊區，因而需要考慮到車站所需的時間和費用。有時候從車站到達目的地的費用可能比你預想的要高很多，因為僅有少數巴士公司運營這些線路而價格偏高。
- 在繁忙的週末或者旅遊旺季，車票可能會很快售罄因而需要提前預訂。

Green Bus is excellent so far. One time they even waited 15 minutes because we got stuck in traffic on our way to the bus. Friendly drivers and attendants.

Reliable service, got us where we needed to be without any issues.
The bus was about 10 mins late leaving, which really doesn’t matter to us - just something to note. We got a free bottle of water on a comfortable bus that transported us safely from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai.

The bus broke down halfway but that's not their fault. Had to wait for a bit, but they stopped at a place with a small shop and toilets so it was fine. There we waited for another bus to come pick us up. Overall the busses were comfortable and I would book again (by the way I read some other reviews that there are no toilets in the bus, but there are! In the back!)

Good trip even though the bus blew a water hose. An hour delay and a new bus arrived. Only real problem was the driver had very little English and we had to rely on other passengers to get the story.

The toilet wasn't work but was opened. And the bus hasn't stopped for almost 4 hours! It smelled bad! Was no soap no antiseptic and people used that not working toilet because they have needs. Awful

Very old bus.
Very very uncomfotably cold. The air conditioning is at max level. You really need to cover yourself well, and do not wear shorts !

Calling it a VIP Bus is for sure exaggerated. There is no plug-in to charge your phone, the TV in front of every seat it not working and the air con is turned to about 10 degrees. I brought a Hoodie already; some people seemed to know and had blankets with them. What is the point of turning it that low? I think everyone on the bus was freezing and feeling uncomfortable. Furthermore, none of the staff spoke English or any other of the 5 languages I speak. Don´t choose your seat online because some seem to be window seats but they are not. The size of seat was okay. But again; nothing VIP like.

Good and easy to use website for booking the trip. I'd give it a 5 star but there was a bit of an inconvenience of finding where to print the ticket voucher. Apart from that everything was great!

The journey it self was ok. Driver was friendly and drove sensibly. However due to the many bridge constructions we was half hour late and the driver stopped a couple of times to use facilities:)

Lái xe thân thiện , xe thoải mái tuy nhiên chuyến xe chúng tôi đi gặp sự cố nên phải đợi gần 2g mới đươc chuyển sang xe khác. Chuyến xe về đến Chiang Rai muộn nên hơi mệt.
