Sehr gut organisiert. Hilfsbereites Personal auf der Strecke von Chiang Mai nach Chiang Rai. Hatten nach der Hälfte einen Stopp mit Toilette und kleinem Kiosk. Insgesamt hatten wir etwa 20 Minuten verspätete Ankunft, doch das war nicht weiter schlimm. Der Bus war sehr gut klimatisiert, die Sitze etwas heruntergekommen aber auf jeden Fall trotzdem sehr bequem. Würde die Reise mit Greenbus definitiv empfehlen und nochmal antreten.

Personal war sehr freundlich, wir hatten allerdings hunderte Mücken in unserem Bus und es gab keine Klimaanlage.

VIP Bus altersschwach, aber bequem. Abfahrt 45 Minuten verspätet, Ankunft noch 15 - ok. Fahrtdauer insgesamt aber viel länger als angegeben!

Der Bus war 20 Minuten verspätetet abgefahren, ist aber dennoch pünktlich in Chiang Rai angekommen. Beim Einsteigen hat uns der Busfahrer trotz vorgezeigtem Ticket zunächst fälschlicherweise in einen früher abfahrenden Bus eingecheckt. Der Fehler konnte aber noch rechtzeitig aufgeklärt werden und wir konnten unser verladenes Gepäck noch aus dem Bus holen. Der Bus war schon etwas älter, aber für die Busfahrt ausreichend komfortabel. Es gab eine Flasche Wasser gratis. In Chiang Rai fuhr der Busfahrer zuerst zum Bus Terminal 3. Nach Reklamation sämtlicher Fahrgäste fuhr der Busfahrer dann aber noch zu Terminal 1.

Die Fahrt war sehr ungemütlich, unsere Sitze waren kaputt und haben die ganze Zeit gewackelt und geschwankt wodurch wir garnicht schlafen konnten. Auch nachdem wir nach anderen Plätzen gebeten haben wurde uns nicht geholfen. Über den Sitzen neben und war die Klimaanlage kaputt, sodass sehr viel Wasser aus der Decke kam und die Menschen die dort eigentlich gesessen haben auf dem Boden sitzen mussten. Zudem hatten wir noch über 3 Stunden Verspätung.

Pünktliche Abfahrt und Ankunft nur knapp verspätet. Wasser und kleiner Snack inklusive. Nicht zu kalt klimatisiert. Hält in Chiang Rai erst an Bus Terminal 2 und dann an Bus Terminal 1.

The driver does makes stops on arrival in Chiang rai but doesn’t inform the passengers. Also no English when we asked where exactly we were. 12GO is the best way to get a ticket!

Great bus ride. The bus is fast. It doesn’t stop. The AC was fine (not too cold). The chairs are very big and you have a lot of leg space. You get water and a snack.

Green Bus is excellent so far. One time they even waited 15 minutes because we got stuck in traffic on our way to the bus. Friendly drivers and attendants.
