非常糟糕，连续开了3个小时的车都没能上厕所，尽管我多次提出要求。

在办理登机手续时，我们被告知将在皮皮岛停留，我们必须自己将行李带上一艘新的渡轮。

出发前就出现了问题，因为我们被说行李超重，尽管每位成人只允许携带一件行李。巴士完全挤满了人，行李到处堆放。然后，在快到甲米的时候，我们被毫无解释地赶下车，完全不知所措地等着另一辆本应送我们去目的地的巴士。尽管语言不通，但沟通主要还是靠手势；如果能多一些交流就好了。

司机比预定时间晚了大约35分钟才到酒店接我们，我觉得还可以接受。小巴坐满了13名乘客，这倒也无妨。座位有点挤，但还能接受；如果想要更舒适的乘坐体验，建议选择私人出租车。在甲米镇，我们需要在汽车站下车，等了大约30分钟才继续前往奥南。有趣的是，我们上了同一辆小巴，还是同一个司机。30分钟后，我们被送到了酒店。整个行程安排得井井有条，完全符合之前的描述。

我们预订了下午3:30的出发时间。当我们想在下午2点办理登机手续时，巴士却直接开走了，这比预定时间提前了好多。我们完全没有想到会这样。经请求，我们被允许在一个非常脏乱的卫生间里的小亭子里停车。（我们也在想，如果我们准时到达会怎么样。）车里挤满了人。从一开始，每个座位都坐满了。尽管如此，我们一路上至少停了三四次，取或送包裹。考虑到价格，我们对此的期望值真的很低，而且他们还说可能会有多个站点，可能会载人。然而，我们完全没有想到，我们竟然还要和DHL打交道。

办理入住手续有点混乱，但我们准时到达了。一切顺利。

我们比预定时间晚了20分钟出发。总体来说，转机体验很棒！

我们不得不在甲米巴士站换乘巴士，但我们没有得到任何通知。但我们只等了 15 分钟就等到了新巴士。第一辆巴士很大，但仍然足够舒适。司机每隔 10 到 15 分钟就会在兰达岛停下来打包包裹，这真的很烦人，也很耗时。1 小时的路程花了我们超过 2 个小时。第二辆巴士是一辆小型货车，更舒适。但司机开车真的很不负责任！他经常打电话，有时只有 5 分钟。我们在第二辆巴士上只休息了一次去厕所。我们晚了一个小时到达下车地点。总的来说还可以，但可以改进！！

这不是一辆适合高个子乘客的巴士。但除此之外，这是一次不错的体验。

与电子票信息相反，甲米机场没有柜台或代表，我们不断被其他运营商拦住，大意是如果你的票出现了，那真是“幸运”。甚至没有一张海报来解释那里关于取票的电子票信息是胡说八道。巴士也晚点了，很旧，没有空调。诚实地安排你的行程可以省去很多焦虑！

晚点一个半小时，途中停了好几次。车上装了鱼和肉制品。不过最终还是把我们从A地送到了B地！司机还提出可以送我们直接去酒店，加点钱比打车便宜。车里腿部空间不大，空调也不太给力，中途停了好几次，每次十分钟。总体来说还不错。司机很友好。

巴士已经很拥挤了，途中又接上了两个人，所以车厢更加拥挤。

我们有一辆小面包车，但车里有很多人，所以我们没有准时出发。司机一脸困惑，不停地数着座位。一个小时后，他让8个人下车，换乘另一辆公共汽车。所有乘客的行李都在货车内，所以我们根本无法移动，不断摔倒在人身上。我不想再乘坐这辆面包车，座位上的位置也很小，但那里有 Okey，司机也开着 Okey。

还好，可惜比规定的时间长了1.5小时，因为我们还玩邮递员，到处取放包裹

巴士足够舒适（虽然腿部空间不大，而且很多行李占用地板空间），但出发晚了 15 分钟，并停靠了多个站点（运送包裹、从路边接人、在机场送人） ）。实际行程时间比规定时间长约2小时。当我们开车上汽车渡轮时，司机说，如果按每位乘客收取高额费用，他会将我们每个人送到我们的住宿地点，而不是地图上的下车点。他说出租车很贵。我们拒绝了他的提议，下车后找到了一辆嘟嘟车，价格是他给我们的一半。

虽然时间很长，但我们休息了两三次。一切都很顺利。

司机很棒，但是车上挤满了包裹，非常拥挤。

我们去得太晚了，主要是腿没地方了，而我只有1.54m，最后因为没有座位，有些人不得不站着。然而，工作人员非常友好和乐于助人，甚至等待来得太晚的人。

我们不得不在码头坐满车等了15分钟！司机正在喝咖啡。所以我们错过了渡轮，不得不再等15分钟。然后我们在加油站换了车，但是开了5分钟后我们停下来把车装满了！这次接送不太好，司机也不好。

空调很差。司机很怪异。速度一度达到 20 公里/小时，突然达到 90 公里/小时。如果速度正常，我们就能准时到达！

旅途很愉快，但我们迟到了将近两个小时……评论显示这种情况很常见，为什么不修改一下行程安排，以便大家更好地规划时间呢？

这次旅行很好，直到公共汽车抛锚了一个小时。他们派了一辆小得多的货车，不是每个人都适合，幸运的是有 3 个孩子坐在腿上。空调坏了，司机开得很快。

如果你有 XL 号行李，那是很好的巴士。确保您乘坐小巴从普吉岛巴士总站 1 前往芭东海滩（如果您要去芭东海滩）。应该少100泰铢，但不能多！另外，如果您从奥南海滩前往甲米巴士总站，您可以乘坐当地的“巴士”（“巴士”旁边有车站名称）。

巴士晚点 20 分钟。我们不得不在渡轮前换乘另一辆小巴。在兰达岛，我们经常停车，因此花费了很多时间。巴士很好。

我们来得有点晚了，所以我打电话询问巴士是否可以等我们几分钟，他们做到了。但后来我们的司机把我们带到了错误的航站楼，所以我打电话道歉并说我们无法到达。支持女士问我们在哪里，然后巴士来接我们。它正在路上，但仍然是令人惊叹的服务。 6/5 星。

司机很乐于助人。总体来说很棒，驾驶安全。准时。总体表现完美。

价格合理，服务到位。空调不错。腿部空间小。到达时间晚了一个小时，但很安全。中途停靠很多次。

Nor very clean. Seats are very close to each others, tall people like me can’t seat comfortably

Good trip, there were 2 stops for toilet, second was 20min in a place where you could also eat lunch, hole trip was done on time, no one bothered me for having 2 pieces of baggage

The driving was not very smooth, they would accelerate then coast constantly.

I already booked the tickets at 2PM so I was arrived early at terminal and thet changed the bus departure time at 3PM, I can accept that it but when I arrived at that time the staff said that you can wait no.7 line

Great driver, comfy bus, on time, no complaints.😄

I was actually the only person and it was super nice The staff was more than friendly and on time for the pick up

Firstly, I waited at the reception and the first driver went without me because I wasn’t in the front. If I would have known to wait there, I would have. Next one picked me up and the drive was fine, but very squashed in a full van. Then we missed the ferry and more waiting time. That all turned it in a very long trip. Organisation at change over was good.

Driver is a bit strange

Seat leg room was very less so i could not sit properly

First of all, we provided all of our contact details, including our email address and phone number, so that we could be contacted in any situation. We were informed by email that the pickup time would be at 11:00 o’clock. In order to be punctual, we even checked out 20 minutes earlier than necessary. However, we ended up waiting for more than one hour, and we were finally picked up at 11:55. What made the situation even worse was that nobody informed us about the delay or the new pickup time. The driver was also very unfriendly and seemed angry. During my entire trip in Thailand, this was the first time someone behaved so badly toward us. I don’t know maybe he was upset because of the poor coordination. In addition, we had been told that we would arrive at our hotel at 14:40, but we only reached our destination at 15:50. While we were waiting, I called the phone number provided in the PDF several times. Each time, I was only told, “Don’t worry, they are on the way and will pick you up soon,” but nobody could give us any precise or reliable information about the actual pickup time.

Driver was self declared boss ,who don't know courtesy ,he was like a don , shouting and asking to sit like we were his students, total insult..

The bus was so packed and no AC.

bus was 30 minutes late, very old bus with a weird smell and 70s decorations lol but the seats were roomy. 3 hour journey with no stop and the driver played really loud music but nothing too bad.

We were picked up 40 min late and then had to wait an hour at the bus station in krabi for the connection bus. In total we arrived 2 hours late at the destination.

The van was booked with too many people. The last 4 people to came in had to leave their luggage on pick up site for the next van or taxi to deliver them at their drop up site. On the way, we had to pick up someone else, even if there was no seat left. So the driver put a board in the alley, to hang between 2 seats for the extra person to sit on. But the board took like a third of each of these 2 seats and it was really uncomfortable for the ride.

Lots of uncertainty but they got us to where we needed to be. They know what they are doing. The guy at the bus station was authoritative which was funny pointing to go sit down then pointing to the bus when it arrived. So funny

I arrived at bus terminal for 10.30am bus departure....waited waited waited....the bus finally departed 11.40..no information issued....i asked a few times....noone was helpful at all...in fact 1 woman who was sitting at the checkin counter next to the one i checked into simply refused to even acknowledge me while i was politley trying to get some info.....so, terrible customer service/communication....

Somehow you always reach your destination, even if you don't think you will. Pickup and Arrival time is a suggestion. But most important - the drivers are all helpful and friendly, and it works

Meh- fine if you want to keep the price down and don't have any time expectations and are ok being packed in like sardines and potentially changing vehicles without having any real understanding of what is happening- it'll be fine. I knew the time was a "estimate "so I didn't mind being picked up late by about 40 minutes, the drop off time was not that late given how many other pick ups and drop offs we had to do, but at one point they just got us all off the van and made us transfer to an open vehicle without understanding why, but we were branching off depending on where we were going. There MAY Have been ac? Couldn't tell with how many people ! Again – if you want to save money, you will get there. If you want to be comfortable – pay more and book a private vehicle or taxi

Great trip...arrived early to krabi...recommend using good lucklanta transport....

I found everything fine. The operator looked at the reservation and gave me a sticker and sent me to the platform. In general, there were a lot of connections and no one noticed me. When it was almost time for my connection, I went to ask again. She checked the connection by phone and it probably didn't leave at all, so she gave me a ticket for another bus and so I waited an hour longer. I had a reservation for Phuket Bus Terminal 1, but the final one was already at Phuket Bus Terminal 2. And I didn't have anything else booked, because that would have been more complicated. Next time I won't make any reservations and will rely directly on the local offer.
