Wir sind von Koh Samet nach Koh Chang gebracht worden. Die Abholung am Nadan Pier erfolgte per Speed Boot. Auf der anderen Seite wartete schon der klimatisierte Van auf uns, der uns bis zu unserem Hotel auf Koh Chang brachte. Alle waren überpünktlich und sehr freundlich. Lediglich für die Autofähre nach Koh Chang mussten wir noch die Tickets bezahlen aber das stand auch so in der Beschreibung.
Wir waren absolut zufrieden, hätten das nie so perfekt erwartet und würden den Transfer mit Glassflower jederzeit weiterempfehlen!
We were taken from Koh Samet to Koh Chang. We were picked up at Nadan Pier by speedboat. An air-conditioned van was already waiting for us on the other side and took us to our hotel on Koh Chang. Everyone was extremely punctual and very friendly. We only had to pay for the car ferry tickets to Koh Chang, but that was also stated in the description.
We were absolutely satisfied; we never expected it to be so perfect and would recommend the transfer with Glassflower anytime!

Une expérience très sympathique dans un véhicule très confortable et une conduite sans prudente sans défaut.
Monsieur le chauffeur est très à l’écoute de son client, très prévenant, il prend grand soin du confort. Il donne plein de renseignements tout au long du parcours si vous le sollicitez.
Mon seul regret est que mon hôtel d’arrivée m’a tout de suite accaparée je n’ai pas pu lui dire au revoir ni le remercier. J’espère qu’il me pardonnera cette indélicatesse. Je recommande vivement

Wir hatten extra einen SUV gebucht für 3 Personen, damit wir mehr Platz haben, aber der Kofferraum war so klein, das nur 2 normale Gepäckstücke (je ca. 17kg)reinpassten. Außerdem waren in dem sehr kleinen Kofferraum noch Sachen von Fahrer drinn. Das 3. Gepäckstück musste mit auf die Rückbank, so war es für die 6 Stunden Fahrzeit hinten sehr unbequem. (Hinten saßen 2 sehr schlanke Personen)

The car had a huge crack in the windscreen held together with sticky tape, which was rather alarming. However, the ride was comfortable and the driver was lovely, though she spoke little English. We had to ask to stop for a toilet/drinks break

I had a very clean car and good driver. I would definitely book this company again. Don't worry if sometimes more people are involved. In my case a lady waited at the airport and another guy came to take me to parking lot where the actual driver picked me up.

Trip was well arranged but the information about the trip was poor. No information was given about the border procedure and the Thai driver didn’t know anything and didn’t speak any English. The information anout the trip should have been better.

The car was 30 minutes late. Yes, will still got to the airport on time. However, if we did nit contact the taxi service, I highly doubt that they would have informed us. Felt like they forgot our booking.
The driver drove safely and slowly. He was polite and the car clean and comfy.

Überpünktlicher Fahrer und netter Fahrer. Aber leider konnte er kein Wort englisch, obwohl englisch bei der Buchung angeben war. Kommunikation nur mit Händen und Füßen möglich. Fahrzeug sehr gut in Schuss. Alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir haben das navigieren mittels unserem Handy übernommen, da der Fahrer nicht wusste, wo unser Hotel war.

We had 1 driver from Sihanoukville to the border in Thailand and he was ok but the 2nd driver from the border to Bangkok was really bad.. we felt really unsafe, he drove too fast and was constantly moving and not looking at the road. He didn't prepare the trip beforehand so he couldn't find our hotel and got angry and drove even more recklessly. For the price we paid, it's a shame

The driver was very nice person, however he was very tired due to long driving prior to and after New Years Day before to take us on 01.01.2020 at 17:30PM. He stopped several times to drink coffee as he was sleepy. We were 4 adults with 4 kids and wanted to reach Bangkog safe, therefore we proposed some of us to drive his van. We drove it for 2.5 hours which was approximately half of the whole travel time. This is unacceptable and will be great if we receive partial refund! The driver was kind and nice person however he should know his abilities and never drive immediately after party. The bus was big and comfortable.

Der Fahrer kam rechtzeitg ins Hotel. Da er die Fähre genommen hat, die am weiter entfernten Pier ablegte und viel zu weit östlich anlegte, dauerte die Rrise eine Stunde länger sls angegeben.

Bei Ankunft am Meetinpoint konnten wir keine Person finden, die uns abholen sollte. Wir warteten 20 Minuten am vereinbarten Meetingpoint bis uns zufällig jemand ansprach, der unseren Voucher gesehen hatte. Man hatte vergessen, unseren Namen auszuhängen. Als das dann geklärt war und uns Fahrer und Auto zugewiesen wurden, stellte sich heraus, dass das Fahrzeug, das uns an unser Ziel bringen sollte, einen viel zu kleinen Kofferraum besaß. Unsere Koffer passten nicht herein. Es vergingen einige Minuten des Diskutierends, bis der Fahrer ein neues Auto mit einem passenden Kofferraum organisiert hatte. Gesamter Zeitverlust zur bestellten Abholzeit ca. 1 Stunde. Danach war alles gut. Der neue Fahrer war richtig nett und freundlich. Sind sicher an unserem Ziel angekommen.
