Fahrer war unfreundlich und hat die ganze Zeit sein Essen wieder aufgestoßen, daher hat es im Auto sehr gestunken. Als wir am Parkplatz der Fähre angekommen sind, hat er einfach ohne etwas zu sagen, dass Auto verlassen und uns warten lassen. Kommunikation war nicht so sein Ding!

Wir haben drei verschiedene Fahrten mit Firstplan gemacht. Einen Tag vorher über WhatsApp eine Info über das Fahrzeug bekommen welches uns abholt. Alle waren pünktlich, freundlich und sind ordentlich gefahren. Jederzeit wieder.

Perfect journey with Firstplan. Booked online with 12Go, got confirmation, arrived at BKK, couldn't see my name sign at Gate3 so WhatsApp'd Firstplan and lady come to find us, driver arrived and delivered us directly to the Thai border controls.
A very easy journey from start to finish, will definitely use First Plan again.

While this is listed as a hotel transfer, there were no issues with us booking this from Bangkok bus station to Chiang Mai bus station.
I booked this transfer to get from Bangkok Mochit bus terminal to Chiang Mai bus terminal after missing the overnight bus I'd booked. I made my order at 10pm and by 10:30pm I was text on whatsapp by the company with a picture of the vehicle (a SUV, actually, which was a pleasant surprise) very professional driver arrived in a clean and comfortable SUV and drove us the 10 hours to Chang Mai, stopping at rest stations every 2hrs where we could access toilets and 7-11s.
All in all it was excellent. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a taxi the long distance from BK to Chiang Mai. Firstplan Transport are 10/10.

Driver did not immediately identify himself, so I thought he was late, when actually he was just sitting in front of me looking at his phone.

Ordered the taxi the evening before departure and was worried that it won’t come (sine it says that one should order 24h in advance). The driver however was there on time (even in advance) and drove us to Pattaya to the exact address. Nice driver, spoke a bit of English and the car was proper.
He paid for the paid roads also (which we didn’t expect).
Can recommend as a convenient transport option!

The driver was on time but with a different car. The seatbelt was not whole.
He drove to fast, for example, he several times drove 90, where the speedlimit was 50.
At a pkace where the worked on the road, he wanted to overtake. I had to shout loud" No dont do that".
At the highway he overtook 6 times on the wrong side!
Furthermore, he drove to fast all the time, 117 when the speedlimit was 90.
He spoke no English.

It was a smoking car, the driver could not speak one word English, he came 10 Minutes to late. He drove very slow, I think he had problems with his health

Though NO information was provided about meeting point, we eventually found the person with our name at the end of the airport. Waited a further 30 minutes for our driver. Car was okay. Very small SUV. Driver was very good. Polite and drive safely.

It has been a very good drive, very safe, very trustful, very friendly and very much on time. They even contacted us s the day before when we didn’t show up for over an hour. Turned out, we had booked for the wrong date one day to early. Amazing service! We would use and book them anytime again!!

Car was decent. Communication was good with the company. Huge downside was that the driver was very reckless and did very dangerous maneuvers, overtaking everybody and was really angry when cars were too slow in front on him. Eventually we told him and then he seemed to understand and was driving normally. When tanking the car, he was wiggling the whole car for quite some time with force to fit more gasoline into the car, I got very nauseous from that. When we told that it's too cold in the car, he didn't regulate the AC. Not sure if the driver was having a bad day, but nonetheless company should be more careful who they're choosing for their drivers.

The pick up took long, as the driver came quite late (+ 30 minutes) and phoning the service desk didn’t work, only WhatsApp helped. As we were with a one year old, this waiting time and insecurity about whether we were going to be picked up was not good. After the pick up, though, everything was fine, the driver was nice and a good driver and he also apologized for being late, so no big problem all in all.

Driver was friendly, had a bit of English. As it was a long drive he asked us about every half hour if we needed a stop to stretch.
At the stop we did make he showed us places further along that might be of interest. We did not stop but appreciated the information.

Fantastic speed of the driver, he didn’t take a break except to refuel and use the toilet. I was surprised and ended up being way ahead of schedule for my connecting bus. Really the fastest way from Chiang Mai to Nong Khai Bus Terminal woohoo

The meeting time was set for 4:45 p.m. From 4:15 p.m. onwards, I checked every ten minutes to see if a driver with my name sign was at the meeting point. At 5:00 p.m., I made my own name sign, whereupon a woman from one of the many taxi companies approached me. She led me to another woman from the company "First Plan". It was not until 5:30 p.m. that another driver finally arrived. The ride with the driver was pleasant, and the driver was friendly and even waited until he was sure we had checked in. Check-in at our hotel was only until 7:30 p.m., so it was very close and nerve-wracking. None of the numbers listed on the voucher were available, and the driver's number on the voucher was the same as the company's.
