The boarding point you communicated was wrong. The hotline which we tried to contact first did not take the phone. When they finally picked the phone they told me, that the driver will contact me, which he did after some time. Only: I don‘t understand the georgian language, neither did the driver speak english. Further calls to the hotline were not answered. Instructions given by the hotline with WhatsApp directed us to the wrong place. - On the good side: the driver and his assistant were looking for us and found us. We left two hours late. The transfer from car 1 to car 2 and from car 2 to car 3 was smooth. We arrived in Yerevan only about 40 Minutes late.

Total lack of communication during the trip. Demanded more money for luggage when there was no information after booking trip on what was allowed. Driver were not friendly at all. Drivers seemed to pick the worst places to stop. There was NO communication about there being transfers. We arrived in Tbilisi and found ourselves standing on some side street with our luggage having no idea what was going on. We stood around in the cold for half an hour when someone pulls up in a tiny car that our luggage and ourselves barely could fit in. The new driver never said a word to us. He drives us across town only to drop us off to get in another vehicle. Again, no communication about what was going on at all. The overall experience was miserable and we would never use this van service again.
