Fanxipan

它很干净，厕所实际上也还可以，只是闻起来很臭。您可以免费获得一份小吃和一瓶水。火车有时有点摇晃，但没有太大的噪音。所以这很好。总体体验不错！ ？？？

浴室很脏，小屋/卧室很小，旅途中总体来说很吵

火车移动很大，很难入睡，而且如果你很高，你就不能舒服地坐在顶床上。第一次带饭喜盘出行好多了，可能是我们买了更高级别的。

我和我的丈夫非常享受我们在过夜火车上的经历。床很干净，茶很好喝。准时离开，准时到达。肯定会再去。

Very comfortable trip on time !

The csbin in larger than Sapaly, however, the toilet is smelly.

Cabin was really nice; we had a good sleep. Only thing: the toilet was really smelly and dirty even at the start and also the cabin was not cleaned very good: there was dirt under the bed.. therefor only 4 stars and not 5..

The waiting area is quite relaxing. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks. Toilet didn’t have toilet paper. We asked for it but was ignored. Although we know the departure and arrival time, it would have been good if there was a recorded announcement at least so we didn’t feel lost and rushed.

Very Nice train, sleeping area with four person is nice. Departure was strict on time and arrival aswell! Only negative point were the toilets, but don’t know how the other trains are.

The toilet is small and not clean, bed is comfy

The bed is comfortable and the cabin is clean but the toilet is smelly ????. It's difficult to communicate with the train staff because they don't even understand the simple english. Overall our experience just okey.

Good. It was what we were looking for. A train to sleep while going to Sapa.

perfect travel, on time, the coach was comfortable and clean, we were offered a beer when we arrived, and coffee before leaving. Everything perfect

Easy to exchange ticket with voucher. But slightly disappointed with the train where it's pretty dusty in the room. Toilet is dirty and smelly. Overall is ok for over night train.

The train itself was good, but the organisation was terrible! We booked two bottom beds, but we had one up and one down.

We appreciated the fact, you can have a rest, shower and meal in the Fanxipan Express office, that was a big plus. The staff gave us tickets and took us directly to the train. The train was fine, beds are longer than in Livitrans and air condition was fine. We got hot tea or coffee in the morning for free - another advantage. Without no doubt, I recommend Fanxipan Express.

Nice ride, clean

It was totally a new experience for me and my friends travelling 8 hours by sleeper train. Perhaps the train operator can improve the cleanliness of the toilet

"Luxurious and professional" it is not. Firstly, the cabin was filthy - the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months & there were cockroaches scuttling about on the floor. No air conditioning, so it was too hot to sleep with the door closed. We asked the staff to put on the air conditioning, which they did for about 5 minutes, then it went off again. The staff were shouting & talking loudly in the middle of the night. Also, not all the reading lights were in working order. The only good thing I can say is that the train was on time & the bed linen was clean. Not worth the extra money! Would never travel with Fanxipan Express again. (No complaints about 12Go Asia though!)

Air conditioning was switched off in the middle of the night. The whole cabin was not able to sleep properly after that.

Liked the fact,you could both leave your bags at fanxipan place across from the station or; sit down and enjoy the refreshments served there until the train departs. The journey itself was enjoyable although,it's up to the gods, who your fellow cabin dwellers will be...

We had the VIP cabin,no soft bed and the bathroom was very dirty and smelly even before leaving to Sa Pa

Considering that this railway is from 1900... and average speed is 40kph, you can sleep. One thing, sometimes the air conditioning is really too cold. We used paper to limit the air flow.

It was decent trip. Not noisy and good sleep. But toilets were quite dirty...

The carriage we were in was clean. The staff were friendly and spoke some English. Sure, the train rocks but it’s a narrow gauge so just let it rock you to sleep. Only issue we had was the drinks cart is quite noisy. The mattress was quite hard but still comfortable enough. I would recommend the trip to anyone.

Comfy and clean bed, but super annoying drinks cart sellers!! Also some guys (im not whether they are trains staff) talked very loud for a few hours in front of our sleeping coach!!!! I could barely sleep before 1.30 am. However, when it came to a situation that we had to be transferred by buses for 1/2-1 hours, the trains staff managed smoothly...very well organized.

Fanxipan is in no way equal to Sapalay express. The bed was very hard, we did not sleep, and there were multiple cockroaches in the car. The train leaves and arrives way too early, with nothing open in Hanoi and riders left to wander the streets in the dark to hopefully wait in a lobby somewhere. Overall the Sapa train experience was miserable and poorly run.

As expected, not luxe, cabin was ok, but the toilet was terrible.

The Restop may not be that easy to find to change the tickets, but otherwise an overall very good trip!

I was put off at first because the outside of the car looked like all the others but inside was a whole different world, well worth the few extra dollars to travel in style and get some solid sleep. Booking and getting the tickets in Hanoi was fast and easy, thanks!

Nice journey, 12go was most helpful in arranging both the train and the transfer to Sapa from the station.
