It was ok, highly recommend the first row. At one point water started leaking from the ac, but later I think it stopped? Or I just didn't feel it. The seats were comfy.

the bus was freezing cold and rain was leaking through the windows onto the seat.... terrible journey - impossible to sleep

Bus is late by around 30 minutes, and reach the destination late by around 1.5 hours. The reason seems to be because there were many stops along the route for passengers to hop on/off. So be ready for this! Love the given snacks and water on the bus though.

The bus we got was a lot lot older than the one in the pics! We stopped about 7 or 8 times to pick people up and drop people off in the 5 hour journey but didn’t stop once for a toilet break or food which is pretty poor! There was a toilet on the bus but should still stop. We got a bottle of water and a small cake. Not sure I’d trust this company again to book for future.

2 trajets avec cette compagnie. Climatisation pas trop forte et de la place pour les jambes. Le bus est a l'heure a chaque fois Le bus est un peu ancien mais ça va ce n'est pas un problème pour 4h de trajet car il reste confortable tout de même.

Hat alles super funktioniert. Der Bus war schon etwas älter aber in einem guten Zustand. Es gab einen Minisnack und eine Flasche Wasser als Proviant! Sind pünktlich abgefahren und angekommen

Car assez vieux. Certains sièges étaient très peu rembourrés et on pouvoir sentir la structure métallique dans le dos... Passer plus de 5 heures comme ça c'est assez douloureux, surtout pour ma mère qui a 75 ans. Elle a essayé de changer de place mais la dame du car lui a bien comprendre que ce n'était pas possible en attrapant ses affaires et en l'espèce jetant littéralement sur le siège initial de ma mère, sans aucun mot ni sourire. Elle était absolument désagréable et impolie. Il y a une manière de traiter les clients avec respect, même quand le client fait une erreur. Quant à la collation : 2 tranches de pain de mie avec de la confiture, de goût médiocre. Arrêté de 2 minutes pour pause toilettes, ce qui ne suffit pas évidemment. Tout a été désagréable pendant ce trajet (sauf le chauffeur). Je ne voyagerai plus avec Esan Tour.
