It was a pretty rough sea in my opinion and we still went pretty fast. I am no expert at all but I didn’t feel safe. I would have liked to know that the sea was a bit rough before I went on the boat so I would have the chance to take another ferry or at least prepare myself for it. I thought that by booking a bigger boat and pay twice the money, I would feel safer but because of the conditions I absolutely didn’t. You could see that a lot of people were very scared.

Die Fähre ist mit 1 Stunde Verspätung gestartet, wir sind aber schon daran gewöhnt in Südostasien.
Wir haben uns auf der Fähre sicher gefühlt, hatten genug Platz.

Pleasant. The boat journey was calm, relaxed. Left 20 min. later but we weren’t in a hurry. Keep in mind that you have to pay 10.000 p.p. leaving the pier in Padang Bai and 10.000 p.p. when you arrive at Gili Trawangan pier (in cash)

People was drinking heavily, others crying because of stormy sea. Some of the crew members was also taking some beers, and was more concern to sell beer than to take care of safety.

As someone who is sea sick and incredibly nervous I was very hesitant I’m getting this boat. However I was pleasantly surprised, the boat was on time and half full, the sea wasn’t too choppy and so it was an ok experience! Very glad I got this bigger boat, rather than the little speed boats which are downright dangerous!

The both was one hour and a half late. So actually it came on time at the harbor but it moved to another place and we had to wait for no reason under the sun.

The trip was supposed to be 2 hours but the ferry took a longer route with Lombok, Senggigi etc ports first and we reached by 4.30 pm instead of 2.30 pm.

The boat trip was great, just would of been better to have some clearer communication, like announcing that they are boarding and also that you need to pay a harbour tax or something like that as u don’t know about the tax ticket until you show your boat ticket.

we did Nusa Penida to gili air, I wish they would have stated Nusa Penida to GIli Air with stops. The trip was mostly longer because we stoped at a transit station to wait people from Nusa Lembongan, then Padanbai (bali) then gili T, gili meno, and last stop was Gili air. All and all the trip was pleasent, the boat was confortable and the trip well organized. we arrived about 1 hr late I think, but on a 3 hr trip that is not too much. The price was very good.

WRONG DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL TIME INFORMATION PROVIDED BY 12-GO-ASIA!!!
PLEASE CORRECT!!!
I booked the Eka Jaya Fast Boat from Gili Air to Serangan (Booking ID #F28LBD). Paid 825.000 IDP (>50 eur) for two people.
The start at 11:00am and arrival at 2:30pm shown on the ticket are WRONG!
The Boat leaves Gili Air pier at 11:45am, stops in Padangbai (Bali) around 2:00pm, leaves Padangbai around 3:00pm and arrives to Serangan around 5:00pm !!!
PLEASE CORRECT THE DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL TIME INFORMATION!!!
PS: Apart too strong A/C on board and the rough sea outside, the trip was ok.

I don’t like it when people ask you for a tip for taking your back. Than look very angry/sad for not getting enough. Boat trip was fine, but drinks were expensive. Staff can be more friendly.

The boat left on time and I really had the impression that the boat was very safe. The boat was not crowded and the ride from Gili Air to Nusa Penida was very comfortable. They showed the movie Kung-Fu Panda. I would definitely go with this company again.

Ferry boat left the harbour very late. Check in supposed to happen 12.30. They started late a nd the boat left the harbour with 1 hour delay with no information about the delay

We hat to come 1 hour before, that is still to much for check in. And then we hat to wait further time (again more than 1 h) because the ferry came to late. The ferry back was delated (why???) and the next one will leave 4 hours later!!! What shall we do in this time with all bagage? We lost many lifetime because of this. The men there are friendly and engaged. That was positive.

On Nusa Lembongan we have to go on a plattform..
only one boat makes the transport to the habour...
So we have to wait around one hour untill we are picked up an Gott to thw habour!!!
