大巴旅行的缺點

  • 城際大巴車站可能設在遠離市中心的郊區，因而需要考慮到車站所需的時間和費用。有時候從車站到達目的地的費用可能比你預想的要高很多，因為僅有少數巴士公司運營這些線路而價格偏高。

The driver was super friendly and drove safe. I was the only tourist with a lot of locals and I loved it. Would so it exactly the same way :)

There was almost no luggage space in the back of the transport. Most of the luggage had to be stacked in the vehicle around the passengers. Meaning the 3+ hour transport was very cramped

Some parts of the journey were a bit strange*, but they got me there in time and were helpful with my luggage, and nice. *dangerously fast and rushed driving in heavy traffic leaving Jepara with dangerous overtaking maneuvers, only to then wait at the side of the near-empty highway to have phone calls. 2 km before my stop in Semarang the driver fuelled up, queueing for half an hour - I think that could've been done after I was dropped at my station.

Address should be detailed and accurate since there are many pickup points and buses in the area. The operating bus waited for extra 10 minutes however the tip took 3 extra hours beyond duration set to 7 hours estimated in the booking.

The bus was late to pick up and then 4 hours late to arrive at the destination. So instead of being an 11 hour ride and arriving at the destination at 10.40pm it ended up being a 15 hour ride and arrive at 2.30am which made transport from the bus terminal really tricky

The guy in the office was helpful and nice, and we got there on time (even a bit early). There is very cold aircon on the bus, remember to layer up. However, the bus was not the same as on the photo.

The only thing is about the pick up place on the voucher, it's not totally acurate, It looks like it's inside the ancient city, but it's an office in the another side of the street, outside the walls of the city.

The bus was only a quarter of passengers. However, they keep promising to give customers satisfaction. I'm proud of the company doing right job. I will stay on from now until if they disappoint me. Always recommend to travellers. Thanks

It got us from one place to another without an accident but it didn't meet expectations, particularly in comfort. DayTrans should change their pictures for this night shuttle - expecting a nice big adjustable seat where we could have a chance of sleeping, we had a tiny seat in a regular van which was extremely uncomfortable. There was music blasting (luckily after my complaints it wasn't so loud but still, it's a night bus). The drive itself was also not ideal, I can't say I wasn't afraid for my life at times, resulting in arriving 1 hour before schedule. Nevertheless, we were happy to be out of the van and would not use this service again.

Armada masih yg lama, kurang nyaman. Tidak diberi minum atau apapun. AC kurang dingin. Informasi bagasi simpang siur, koper kabin 20" ternyata boleh masuk.
