大巴旅行的缺點
- 城際大巴車站可能設在遠離市中心的郊區，因而需要考慮到車站所需的時間和費用。有時候從車站到達目的地的費用可能比你預想的要高很多，因為僅有少數巴士公司運營這些線路而價格偏高。
- 在繁忙的週末或者旅遊旺季，車票可能會很快售罄因而需要提前預訂。

Best journey I’ve ever been on with Darmi. We stopped for lunch and everyone got a free buffet lunch with drinks. Clean, spacious coach not too hot/cold. Blanket, head rest and water supplied. Excellent, friendly drivers. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

They lied about their arrival time. They said it would take 10 hours in the road and would arrive in Surabaya at midnight 12.00am on the webpage. In fact, they have to drive at least 12 or 13 hours in the road. They would arrive in Surabaya at 3.00am

The bus arrived with 2 hours delay and it looked like normal. Also the bus stopped in bandung central station which was much more convenient for me but this option was not available on 12go. The bus has all the comfort and offers food. The AC is too strong.

Convenient and probably the cheapest way to get to Banyuwangi. Drivers were extremely friendly. We departed on time but arrived with a delay little bit over an hour. But it was because of some accident on the way and not the company's fault. Traffic in Bali can be sometimes crazy.

Was okay but arrived 1 1/2 hours to late and bus driver was driving like crazy. 130 km/h on broken high way is way to fast. Glad we survived.

The driver drove way too fast, it felt unsafe, couldn’t get any sleep because of how dangerous the drive felt. So fast we got there an hour early

the bus i took has seen better days and the horrible narrow entikong to pontianak road doesnt help. the driver was on a mission to pass every other vehicle on the road. didnt matter the bus was sometimes swaying so badly i thought it would break apart. with a good highway the trip would take 3 hours including a 1 hour border stop. instead it was 9. bus stops only at ambawang outside pontianak. only way to the city is taksi which is taksi-mafia controlled like supadio airport. there is no air route between the cities so bus or private car are the only choices. road closes frequently due to rain

damri bus in poor condition. shocks and springs seemed completely worn out. bus leaned a lot every curve. driver did seem to control it though. he also made it his mission to pass every car & bike on the road. i didnt feel safe as roads are also bad condition and narrow

The bus seats did not recline, so for 7 hours we were sat bolt upright, the air con did not work for us and we were subject to what I think was the hot air radiating from the engine. So a sweating hot mess for the journey. The doors rattled and kept opening when driving. The only reason it’s not one star is that the driver got us there quicker than was forecast.
We have used Damri before and their other bus was a completely different experience

The actual bus company was professional, helpful. Clean bus with great facilities, the only thing was it was about 3 hours later to arrive at my destination than planned.

The bus should have left at 12 and arrived at 7 pm. We left after 1pm and didn't get there until 11pm. I missed my next connection and unfortunately did not get a refund.
