大巴旅行的缺點
- 城際大巴車站可能設在遠離市中心的郊區，因而需要考慮到車站所需的時間和費用。有時候從車站到達目的地的費用可能比你預想的要高很多，因為僅有少數巴士公司運營這些線路而價格偏高。
- 在繁忙的週末或者旅遊旺季，車票可能會很快售罄因而需要提前預訂。

Friendly staff, timing good, Bus condition alright but for seats which start to become slightly uncomfortable (wearing out) but the style of driving before the NLEX was challenging; strongly accelerating and overdoing manouvres that may have gone wrong. Unnecessarily endangering

Everything was fine,we arrived safely and that is what matters the most. I was a bit uncomfortable in my seat because the person in front of me seemed to have forgotten that somebody was behind him, he was sleeping comfortably anyway it wasn't coda lines' fault. It would have been nice to have some blankets though

Wir waren mit der Fahrt mit Coda Lines sehr zufrieden!
Die Abfahrt war pünktlich und die sehr angenehm. Aufgrund des Verkehrs kamen wir mit einer Stunde Verspätung an. Aber das ist hier normal.

I could have rated this better, but VIP service is far from being.
- temperature. Everybody was dressed like if were hiking at the himalayas. Even the driver was wearing a jacket. Why do we need to travel 9 hours like that? I’m from The Netherlands and am used to cold but this was insane.
- bus started the trip one hour late and still stopped 20 times to pickup and drop off short distance travellers and sales people.
- wifi not working and the snack 12go mentions doesnt exist.
- safety: I know they are very used to this driving style and is a standard in Philippines (drivers seems are very used to this) but this will sooner or later create a tragedy...

Better than i expected ! I took my blancket et air pillow and the AC was perfect, asked to move to the empty seats to have more place and they accepted (the 1rst seats), we made 3 stop for toilets and food, just arrived 1 hour later than schedules. Nice trip !

Bus confortable mais clim trop forte. Malgré un jean 2 tee shirt et un pull nous étions gelés. Des gens sur des chaises dans l'allée centrale utilisent les fauteuils comme repose tête. Il y a 3 arrêts avec toilettes propres et boutiques pour manger.

The station was difficult to find. The air conditioning was far to cold. Even though I knew this and wore several layers of clothing I was very chilled. The ride itself was good. We left on time and arrived in Banaue ahead of schedule.

On est partis à l'heure de Manille et on est arrivés aussi à l'heure à Banaue. On a juste fait une pause dans une station service à mi-chemin. Le bus était propre et confortable, j'ai dormi tout le trajet presque. Le seul truc c'est qu'il faisait super froid à cause de la clim. Pensez à prendre des habits chauds !

To be honest our money is not worth it. We think it was overpriced. There was no blanket provided as advertised in the website. Seats are comfortable but the bus is dirty when we arrived seems it was nit cleaned. The bus smells like a rotten egg. Good thing there are tissues and hand soap in the washroom. Conductor is not personable. The Driver drives safely.

Seats of buses are not the same. We paid 1,176php for one way but our seats going to Sagada are way better than what we had going back to Manila. It’s not worth the price. No tissues and hand soap in the toilet. Driver is quite reckless, he did sudden break thrice which makes you hit your face in the seat in front of you.

The bus is nice and on time, good toilet but the leg space is too small, even for Asians. We were several people that couldn't fold back their seat because of the one behind hitting his knees. Seriously, you have to fix that. We were sitting there for 12 hours with one break. That is just not ok.

Took coda lines from sagada all the way to manila...12 hrs on a cold air conditioned bus with no blankets provided. I purchased a VIP ticket for extta cost because it provided blankets and bathroom on board. Neither of these existed, however the bus got me safely to where I needed to be and on time.

The Drver and Conductor are courteous and accommodating. There is provision of plastic containers/bags for passengers with motion sickness. The WC looks bright and clean.

Too many stops to pick up and drop passengers
I lost count on how many
Driver was very careful in driving ( am so happy about this) since its foggy
But he makes so many stops to make small talks with other drivers or people on the road
There is arm rest in the BUS but I suggest to have individual seat belt for added security
Toilet is clean and good smell

Wir sind ganze 2h45min früher in Sagada angekommen, was wohl daran lag, dass der Bus sehr schnell gefahren ist. Schlafen war daher nur schwer möglich.

Great service, departed on time and arrived 30 minutes early. Clean bus, film playing and some music too. Stopped at clean rest stops with decent toilets and food available. The bus was freezing, serious aircon blowing through the whole journey. We were unlucky to be the tallest people on the bus and be on the back row with no leg room...I suggest you confirm your seats in advance if you need more space! Would travel again.

Bus are really nice and comfortable. Drivers are rude and we asked tu turn down airconditioner because we where really cold and they did not. We asked for blankets what was in VIP price but they said that they dont have. So it was really bad trip for us, we could not slee becuase we where freezing.

Some problems with online tickets. Air conditioning was really heavy, so cold (about 18 degrees) at night, was impossible to sleep despite of we were ready to this and had some extra clothes

Bus was good and there was a toilet on board. However bus did not depart on time, had lots of stops to pick up passengers. Bus also arrived 1.5 hours late. Also a bit concerned that for 13 hours driving there was only 1 driver.

It's disappointing. We booked for VIP seats but the ticketing officer said we only booked for deluxe seats. According to them, it's 12Go Asia's fault for not giving the proper description of bus seats.

Easy to pay, no problems when trying to get in the bus. On the way back, they provided blankets. :) But, it is kind of hard to have a good night sleep considering that the road is in zig zag so the drive is not smooth.

Buying tickets online went well, the ticket window at the station was easy to find and I had no problems getting on the bus. The bus ride went well; the seats were comfortable and the stops were frequent enough. My only complaints are that the air conditioning was so intense I was shivering and it was hard to figure out where exactly I was going to be dropped off.

Everything was ok, online buying tickets , early departure and arrival, breaks for the toilet and food - all of this was great. BUT what was unpleasant was terrible cold from the air conditioning. We had to put on all the clothes we had with us. What a little bit unpleasant also, was a few hours loud of local telenovel.

The overall experience was excellent. The bus driver drove safely and arrived on time. Both the driver and the conductor were very considerate, respectful, and professional.
I would just like to suggest improving or replacing the plastic seat covers, as they make a noticeable noise whenever passengers lean back or move. Using a fabric or cotton seat cover that can be cleaned or replaced after every trip could provide a more comfortable and pleasant experience for everyone.
