Wir hatten 2 Plätze für die VIP 24 Klasse gebucht: Plätze waren soweit ok, der Bus ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Sitze haben furchtbar gequietscht..und das die ganze Zeit.
Die Beinstützen sind etwas zu kurz.
Es gab jedoch ein bequemes Kissen und eine Decke.
Wasser und ein Ananaskuchen wurden uns als Snack gereicht. Die kostenfreie Mahlzeit erhielten wir nicht.
Lasst euch vom Pier in Kho Phayam direkt zum Office fahren: hier fahren die Busse auch ab (war zumindest bei uns so) und ihr müsst nicht zum Busbahnhof (laut Ticket wäre unserer Start auch am Busbahnhof gewesen). Die Stewardess spricht wenig bis kein englisch- auch die Mitarbeiter im Office nicht. Daher ist die Kommunikation eher schwierig.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of leg space. The climate control was not too cold. Quick meal was included. We arrived at destination even earlier than scheduled.

Bus super confortable, sièges semi-couchette, une couverture, parti à l’heure, un sandwich + une bouteille d’eau fournis en début de trajet, un dej inclus au milieu du trajet dans un resto « routier », des toilettes dans le bus et une arrivée avec 1h d’avance (nous avons changé de bus pour les 2 dernières heures).

Positive: Bus left in time and arrived 1 hour before ist should. Staff was nice. Negative: we also had the seats in the last row and couldn‘t lay back like the other people could.

Bus en mauvais état. Arrivé avec 1h30 d'avance (ce qui pourrait etre un avantage, mais à 5h du matin à la gare routière, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire)
Le chauffeur à roulé très vite et avec 1 seule pause de 15min.
Evitez cette compagnie si vous le pouvez

Obwohl der Bus bei der Abfahrt Verspätung hatte kamen wir überpünktlich an. Absolut fein waren die Sitze die sich recht weit zurück klappen liessen. Auch eine Decke und ein Polster waren dabei. Ich fand die Übetnachzfahrt wirklich ganz ok auch wenn ein wenig mehr holpert wie wir das im Westen so gewohnt sind

Bus was on time, we got water and a small snack, as well as a blanket and pillow. Bus had charging points. Stops a few times through the night (maybe 5) at rest stops, we arrived in Ranong at about 5:30am. 5 stars as far as a night bus goes, I even managed to catch a few hours sleep and I'm 6'4 so this should speak to its relative comfort.

Fahrt war relativ angenehm. Genügend Platz - auch bei den Füßen. Decken standen zur Verfügung. Sitz konnte weit zurück gestellt werden. Schlafen während der Fahrt war uns gut möglich. Das versprochene free meal in a local restaurant gab es nicht - dafür eine kleine Flasche Wasser und einen Donut. Fanden das nicht schlimm, aber dann sollte es auch nicht in der Beschreibung stehen.

Beware:
When we arrived at the bus terminal in Bangkok a lady that wanted us to take a cart for our luggage was quite aggressive. She insisted us to take two carts even though our luggage fit in one. I almost got in a fight with her. She asked 200 baht for the cart, which is insane compared to what you pay for a taxi there. Anyway she pushes the cart and shows you the way, which is nice. Because the terminal is quite big (like an airport) you have to go up and through the whole terminal.
The bus trip was great and fast for a bus. Only one real stop for a Thai lunch, which is included in the price. We traveled with three kids and they had a blast. We sat upstairs right at the window. Comfi bus and seats.

If you in are in Ranong town head to the choke anan office as the bus starts here and could save you money/time in trying to get to the main bus station

Generally a good service. The check-in was a bit confusing. They couldn't really speak English so it took me a while to understand where my bus would leave (everything on the ticket was writen in Thai). But everybody was very helpful so we did end up on the right bus. It was very comfortable - lots of space. Good value for money!

Der Bus war klasse! Breite Sitze mit viel Beinfreiheit und sogar Massagefunktion. Nur das angekündigte Essen auf halbem Weg fand nicht statt.

The bus station was easy to navigate and everyone I spoke with was very helpful. THe bus was a little bit later that scheduled although the driver and Stewadess made the wait enjoyable.

Seats not comfortable, couldn't sleep as kept moving in seat. Seat better to sleep upright rather than reclined. Never received meal midway through journey instead only getting complimentary snack with small water and carton juice on the bus. Lack of English not a problem as in Thailand so expect only Thai. Bus was fairly on time. Just loud inside from suspension on the road surface below.

Das Personal konnte kein Englisch. Die sitze waren nicht ganz so gemütlich. Als Decken gab es große Handtücher. Teilweise würde etwas zu laut Musik gespielt.

Départ difficile: nous avions réservé pour 20h, on nous a attribué un bus partant à 20h20. Il a du coup été compliqué de trouver notre bus, plusieurs partant à quelques minutes d'intervalles pour la même destination. Le personnel ne parlait pas anglais.

Die Busfahrt war super! Sehr viel Platz, bequeme Sitze und Snack inbegriffen. Etwas schwierig war die Kommunikation, da fast keine Englischkenntnisse. Zudem ging der Bus nicht wie in der Buchung erwähnt an die Southern Busstation, sondern nach Chatuchak busterminal.

The seats weren't too comfortable but that as alright. The bus was delayed again and no one told us. Also no one told us when we were topping do have the meal. And then the music turned on quite loudly in the middle of the tour which really was annoying. Otherwise the ride was okay. So unfortunately only 2 stars for this trip.

I really do not like that I cannot pick a seat for this bus on 12-go. The bus itself is great. Seats have loads of space, are comfortable and the staff is helpful.
