I booked a daytime bus with regular seats. But as the bus was overbooked they put me in a Sleeper bus with uncomfortable berths which are way too small for me.

Bus was alright. Quite full - people wereseated down in the middle of the isle with camping stools as all the seats were taken.
The booth were to redeem the ticket was also not open. Another booth/operator was friendly enough to exchange our 12Go Ticket into a physical ticket, which is necessary
Other than that, it was good.

Servizio zero, costo esagerato per quanto offerto.

12go devrait spécifier qu'il s'agit de couchettes 2 places et que vous êtes amenés à voyager dans le même lit qu'un inconnu ce qui n'est pas toujours agréable ni pour l'un, ni pour l'autre. De même la présence de toilettes devrait etre indiquée.

Le bus est parti à l’heure mais s’est arrêté quelques minutes après, on ne sait pas pourquoi. Nous avons attendu 45 mins avant de repartir. Véhicule, bus, en très mauvais état, moteur qui chauffe, doit être arrosé en route. Bon conducteur mais bus vraiment inconfortable et sale.
