Received a message at noon the day of pickup stating a pickup time one hour before our scheduled time. Then, two hours before the scheduled pickup time I received a call and text that my driver was waiting. We made it work since we feared that we’d be stranded.

Once the car found me the ride was fine. But the app said I would be picked up at Vincom Plaza so I traveled there but the car had gone to my hotel. I blame the app for making hotel info secondary and then showing Vincom Plaza as the pickup point on the confirmation. The driver was fine.
