Per Anruf wurde ich darüber informiert, dass mein gebuchter Bus kaputt sei und ich eine Stunde später fahren muß. Das hat reibungslos geklappt und war in Ordnung. Ich vermute, ich wäre die einzige Passagierin gewesen und würde deshalb auf einen Bus später verlegt. Aber das ist bloß eine Vermutung, weil im Buchungsprozess noch alle Plätze frei auswählbar waren.

The seats were comfortable but there wasn’t much leg room so it was a bit squashed. There were AC fans but they weren’t very strong so it was still quite warm. Overall experience was good though and I would use them again.

The ride was on time, and the staff at the office were very kind! But the bus driver was a little crazy. Reckless driving style and more honking than not honking. Happy to arrive without an accident.

Cambotra Express is apparently a new company (March-22), and the location you get for the bus station in Siem Reap is not correct. The bus station is on the main road - type in Larryta Express (the neighbor bus company) and you will be close. Other than nearly not finding the bus station, the seats were tiny and we arrived to PP thirty minutes later than scheduled. There were 3 stops, 2 short ones for bathroom breaks and a 30 minutes for lunch stop.

Our booking for 5people were not on the Cambolink system so we ended up sitting right at the back of the van which was so jumpy and leg spaces were horrible. One of the most uncomfortable seating we've experience.

When we arrived to the buss they told us it was fully booked and they did not have any seats for us. We had to wait 1,5 hours for the next bus even though we got confirmation for the first bus.

Minivan was uncomfortable after 30 minutes.
No communication from the driver. At launch time, he just went to eat so we understood it was time to order something to eat. When he finished eating, he waited 5 minutes and came back to the bus and started the engine. We felt pressured and left our plate half eaten.

Clean, and pretty new bus. Aircon 👍-driver, sensible, pushed on in a proper manner to get to destination, lots of toilet stops and curious. Would definitely use again.

Very crammed bus. Some of the seats are awful and the AC is super bad. If you have to take it, it’s not the worst thing, but it’s very meh.

The mini “bus” is more of a mini van. My husband is a bigger guy and as we were about to board the employee claimed he was too big to fit. Not knowing he spoke Khmer, he told the staff that they had misrepresented the type of vehicle and it was not his fault that there was no room. Luckily one of the passengers switch seat and we were able to board. Although the driver got us to our destination very quickly there were several accidents that could’ve occurred due to driver speeding. It’s a cheap quick transfer that we took last minute to guarantee us to our destination. Could’ve been better if staff was able to communicate properly.

Our first mini van was cancelled and we were rescheduled to a later time. When we arrived there was no van but they quickly organised someone to pick us up. We hopped in a car then got dropped at another depot about 1 hour away to finish the rest of our trip to Siem Reap.
What could have been a bad experience turned out just fine. They quickly fixed what ever went wrong.

Very small bus, a bit uncomfortable. Nothing special, brought us from Phnom-Penh to Battambang in 6 hours. Small space for longer legs. Driving was good. No pick up or drop off service

Muy buen servicio de parte del personal. Fue fácil abordar. Mido 1,84mts y soy algo pesado por lo que no estaba del todo cómodo, pero tampoco fue tan malo. Dormimos abajo y el aire acondicionado no es tan eficiente pero es más estable, arriba llega mejor el aire pero quizá se mueva más.
