Fast and efficient, maybe the drivers need to be a bit more careful. They were very good with communication though, and even sent a message through WhatsApp stating the exact pickup point, van number and their picture. In general positive experience

Everything was perfect oganized! PERFECT! We will book Boonsiri again!
Only one thing: when we arrived 28th february at Koh Kood we got a taxi driver who drove to fast. We are older people and our backs hurt when we arrived at Baan Bua Cottage! The taxi driver back to the ferry (third march) was much better - and he was tipped ;-)

Goede ervaring maar, vloer je goed beseft hebben ze reeds tickets verkocht voor een taxi ( van hun maatschappij natuurlijk) die je na de overzet met de ferry naar je hotel brengt. De dame die je inschrijft en tickets geeft voor de ferry, begint steenvast met de vraag in welk hotel je verblijft en daarna betaal je voor je het goed beseft voor de taxi

Un voyage bien organisé. Un peu plus de 5h de bus bien climatisé avec un arrêt en route. 1h d'attente a l'embarcadère. Un peu plus d1h de traversee et transfert vers l'hôtel en pick-up . Cela semble bien rodé...

Amazing company! We left on time (even 15 minutes before) and arrived on time. They’re very organized and the waiting time is not too long. And for once, temperature inside the bus is perfect! Free water and cookie

Everything went perfect. The Car/Bus at Khao San Boonsiri could even leave a few minutes before 5 after everyone was on their seat.. sadly the aircon was broke but they arrange an other Bus in a very fast time and we could continue travel just 5minutes later. Amazing.. free water and some snack including. And a short 10 Minute stop for Toilette and Smokers.. we arrived at the Pier in Time and the driver drove very safe... we will definitly do that again if we go to koh Kood/ Mak/ Chang.
We traveled with a 6 Month Old Baby and everythig went great. She could even sleep durin travel..

The sits in the bus were not so comfortable. I could not adjust my sit in the bus. It seemed to be stuck. The head rest was a bit too low and the the space to the neighbor on the side was a bit too little. Besides that, everything was satisfying. It was convinient that the organizer organzized the transfer to our hotels.

Alles in allem ist die Zeitangabe zu knapp bemessen. Realistisch kommt der Bus ca. 18 am Flughafen BKK an. Man sollte das im Vorwege so kommunizieren damit die Gäste nicht zu knapp planen.

It was great!! Would have been better though if the route to the destination was explained a bit more in details ( pick up van, change to bigger bus and then ferry). And maybe a contact number to the driver who picked up the passenger.
But great service!! Will use it again and recommend to friends.

Насколько я поняла, маршрут может меняться. На плакатах у них нарисована схема движения Бангкок - Ко Мак - Ко Куд, а фактически сначала приплыли на Ко Куд, там пересели на другой паром и поплыли на Ко Мак. Никто об этом не предупредил, я чуть не осталась на Ко Куде. Имейте это ввиду.

The wait to get the bus after the boat was a little long (in order for passagers to buy food and drinks at their shop?), bus a little smelly due to the toilets, but otherwise good. Drop-off and pick-up on the island at our hotel.

Everything was fine and especially very punctual! Only flaw was the transport from the ferry to the bus, which happened with 11 people in a regular van, making it very hot and uncomfortable due to the limited space. We did not know how long the trip on the Van would be, since nobody was able to tell us in English. The slight fear of having to travel like this all the way to Bangkok was a bummer, other than that the trip was perfect! As soon as we got on the bus it was all fine! Would definitely recommend!

Dieses Mal lief fast alles gut. Ganz schön Abzocke finde ich den Transfer von Trat Pier/Fährterminal bis zum Flughafen Trat von 750 THB pro Person (1500 THB pro Van). Unverschämt. Alternativen gab es nicht... Ist eben low Season...

Everything worked very well, quite punctual. The bus was big and comfortable. The ferry very big and stable. Only the way to the hotel through the jungle with the truck was an adventure.

Departure was on time. The bus was comfy and equipped with A/C.
The tour took about 5hrs till Laem Sok. The ferry took one hour more. Arrived on Ko Kood there were taxis which drove us to the hotel!
All went perfect!! Thanks for the relaxing journey!

Very bad organisation and not lucky with the bus because after 1h left from center point pier we stopped on the road for a mechanical problem and have to wait for a mini van. At the end 10h to come back to Bangkok...
