People, seriously? No one learned you to pick up your trash behind you? The bus was late, but it's summer time so. I had the app, which allowed me to track the bus's location in real-time. The seats were comfortable, I could charge my phone, and the driving experience was perfect! There was such a mess inside the bus with trash all over (used Coca-Cola cans, paper bags, etc.) And the smell was awful (food leftovers from the previous passengers). But the bus driver let us pick the seats freely, so I found a spot with no bad smells and no trash and I enjoyed the trip watching Netflix.

No organization. No clear communication. The bus was delayed for 2hr and 20min. I almost lost my bus because no one communicate the correct hour of the bus that is gonna to arrive to the bus station. No organization. After just one hour of traveling the driver make a stop because he doesn’t feels good to continue driving. After one hour more we stop again to change driver ( it was around 1 am) and the we stop again to change bus ( actually no one told us that in the middle of the night we’ll be changing bus) Really uncomfortable.

The whole bus ride was pleasant and comfortable. The bus was clean and orderly. Smooth bus ride and on time arrival in Lisbon. The driver was very professional with his driving. There was a family sitting in front of us, with a toddler talking the whole trip.. he was very noisy and we couldn't take a long nap during the 7 hours bus ride.

Incredibly Rude Driver. I reserved (at an additional cost) seat 1D on the 07:45 bus from Nice Airport to Genoa on January 14th. When I tried to take my seat the driver told me to go to a different seat. He was totally dismissive and disinterested. There was a second driver on the bus and he wanted this second driver to sit there so they could chat. The second driver had just finished his shift and was travelling onward to Genoa. The treated me like a two year old child. The were so dismissive and couldn't care less. When I wrote to you I recied a stock answer apologising that another passanger took my seat (it wasn't another passanger) and I got a £5 voucher code. I don't want a voucher, I want a proper apology and a phone call acknowledging what happened. And to make it worse, this is the second time it happened. Same journey, same humiliation. The Italian driver was the main culprit. The one that just finished his shift. He should not be let near a customer.

Excellent lSt minute option for getting home. I liked that the process to book was easy and the prices were excellent. I also liked the fact that we used Le Shuttle rather than the ferry which made getting home that much quicker. the coach was clean and tidy and the seat were comfortable. I didnt like that nowhere on the email or tickets does it tell you where to get the bus from. we rushed from t2 to t3 and could not find where we needed to be. it was only by sheer chance after having run around for 15 mins that we spotted another BlaBlaCar Bus, that we found where we needed to be. I also didn't like the fact that the first driver stopped for a 15 min break just over an hour after setting off from Charle de Gaulle - we left at close to midnight - 30 mins after the scheduled time and stopped at 1.15, then after making a stop at Calais port to drop off and pick up passengers he then pulled off to make / take a call and then again to change drivers. this meant we missed the 4.25 train which is the one I'm assuming we were aiming for and then sat at Calais for 2 hours before finally boarding the 6.25 train. The 2nd driver we had was very moody and grumpy. He didnt make announcements in English (which most of us onboard were) so we had no clue what we were supposed to do.

Good value service. The bus was on time and the journey was exactly as described. Cannot fault the service. Bus stop was on the outskirts of the town (further from the station than we anticipated) but we were able to wait under cover (in the rain) for the timely arrival of the bus.

Very very very bad company. I booked my ticket 9:30 am , 2 days before the trip, day before they sent message to say they have rebooked me same day 11:50am ,with not even get back or ask me!! I arrived to the station to gate 20 At Victoria station, 11:40 received message say that will be delayed for 30 minutes, which should make it at 12:20 pm, at 12:20 no bus or driver appear or any one to give any update to the passengers,((which all of them confirmed that it’s there first time they use this company)) the driver appear at 1 pm and he said that the company told him 12:30 that there is trip he has to take to paris !! , 1:15 bus departed we arrived to Dover at 4pm , the driver announced that the company didn’t pay for the ferry and there is £1000 fine!!! All passengers get mad including me, driver promised he will try his best !! At 7 pm he managed to get bus into the ferry . We arrived paris 1 am at local time , overall was very very very bad trip will never ever use or suggest this company.

Antwerp to Amsterdam by bus. Smooth ride. Bus was one hour late & there was msg even about the status. Tried calling, initially calls not answered. At last when someone picked the call was not able to tell about the status of the bus. It was irritating. Bus driver when he arrived was throwing his hands up, so what if Bus is late and was rude. The food tray locking mechanism on the back of the seat was broken, not allowing to sit down down on the allotted seat.

Not as expected. Bus driver was polite, no complaints with the driver. Bus was over 2 hrs late, the company only sends an email with a tracker and very little information. They promise a refund for more than 2 hrs delay but i still haven't heard back from them after trying to contact them. I almost missed the bus (along with other passengers) because we had no idea where to wait in the bus station as the bus was so late! The bus station's information centers were closed. We were trying to call the company and we had no information. The bus itself was okay, not too clean and the USB ports are only on the window side. No WiFi despite it being included on the ticket.

Worst experience ever. DO NOT BOOK. Firstly, 2 different locations were listed for the pick up place for the bus. It was actually from the port (luckily we went there) and not the hotel listed on the ticket. We got picked up 30 minutes late and then got 2 minutes down the road and the bus broke down on the motorway. We sat on this motorway for almost 3 hours with no food or water. The company kept saying on the phone that they were trying to find a bus for us. Absolutely terrible. We were still sitting on the motorway at the time of supposed arrival at our destination. We had multiple phone calls with the company all telling us different things (mechanic on its way, bus on its way, can’t find a bus, trying to find a solution). At about 9:40pm a bud arrived and picked us up and this driver was lovely he got us through border control and then non stop to London. This issue should’ve been sorted much easier, we are going to be requesting a refund and more because this is not acceptable. Please don’t use this service, worst ever. We sat on a motorway without food and water for almost 6 hours.

Sending our seat allocations after we arrived at the destination was novel. The drive was great. The website! I went to check my booking the night before and it could not be retrieved. Luckily we had copies printed and in the phone wallet.

Unacceptable behaviour from Blabla customer service. My initial depature time was 23:59 from Paris Bercy. After waiting for more than 1 hour after the proposed depature time, we finally received an email from Blabla Bus that the new depature time would be on the following day at 08:30. Because of this I had to PAY for a taxi to get back (no more public transport) to hotel for another night in addition to loss of time and money due to the abrupt change of schedule by BlablaBus. I wrote to ask for refund because according to their website I was entitled to one if the bus was delayed over 120 minutes according to their website (https://support.blablacar.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360014600059-What-to-do-if-your-bus-is-not-there), but I was rejected because I had already "arrived at the destination", but rest assured because they "forwarded my message to the rest of the team." and my "feedback will help improve the quality of our services". No other compensation. They are basically short of saying "Piss off" at this point. Absolutely horrible behaviour by the customer service. Next time save yourself a trouble and book Flixbus instead.

Bus was late arriving at the Annecy Gare stand. The bus eventually turned up and delivered me to Geneva Airport. If the bus is going to be late arriving at the departure point the Departure Board should show that, not just remove it from the board.

Get what you pay for? Comfortable seats with seatbelts. Plenty of storage underneath. Bus arrived 25 mins late. The driver told my wife she could not go into use the restroom in Annecy. The driver did not know the wifi password (hence - no wifi!).

Do not spend money on booking seats! Bus was on time. I paid money to book a seat in the front row, because I get travel sick easily. Turns out, the first row is "reserved for the driver" and nobody can sit there. So, paid money for nothing. The seat reservation system just gets ignored by everyone on the bus. Don't spend money on a reservation if you are booking with this company!
