巴士比想像中舒服且提早抵達，冷氣很強，建議位置不要選後方靠近廁所，尿騷味很重，令人作嘔，無法入睡。整體而言還是很不錯的。

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Ich habe den Bus gefunden und mein Platz wurde mir gezeigt. Es wurde auch erwähnt, dass wir einen Stopp einlegen, aber nicht, dass wir mit dem Ticket dort ein Essen holen dürfen, das wurde uns irgendwie auf thailändisch gesagt.
Es gab eine Decke, Wasser und ein Snack noch am Platz. Die Decke wird auch benötigt bei der Klimaeinstellung. Es war frisch im Bus.
Wir sind eine Stunde eher angekommen.

Very comfortable trip, good A/C which you can just flip closed if you do not want it blowing down on you. Would recommend taking a jumper though if you have one, if other peoples A/C is on you may feel a little chill. Cute little snack box, water and blanket provided, we didn’t fancy food so didn’t have the free meal provided. Overall I would use this service again! Value for money, on time and comfortable! 😊

Es war alles sehr gut. Außer das bei der Pause mitten drin der komplette Bus hell erleuchtet wurde. Wenn man geschlafen hat war man dann auf jeden Fall wieder wach.

The seats were comfy and could recline pretty far. Kind of good for sleeping.
Times flies by!
The TVs had fun games like angry birds. Didn’t try the movies since I downloaded some on Netflix. If you want to try them, bring headphones with AUX cable.
Snacks, a bottle of water and a blanket were provided.
The only downside was the toilet! You really only want to use it if you have to pee.
But we made one stop half way through to use the bathroom. At that location we also got a meal for free and could buy some more snacks!
I found it better than the night train!
Pro tip: book a hotel at the destination with 24h reception. So when you arrive in Chiang Mai for example at 3am you can check in and sleep.

乘坐体验非常好，我本人腰有伤，但是这次大巴坐的非常舒服，座椅角度可以调节，腰部有支撑，有包装好的毯子，干净卫生，强烈推荐，提前到达了！酷！

It was easy to locate the bus at the station, there were packaged blankets on every seat. Before starting our ride, the host gave us snacks and water, you don't need to buy snacks before the ride. We had a 20 minute break and since we've read the comments we got our free meal there.
The bus was not that cold, you can close the AC from the controler, the seats were comfy as well.

Unkomplizierte Buchung, pünktliche Abfahrt und nur geringe Verspätung, bei 10 h Fahrt aber völlig legitim. Es gab einen WC-Halt und Snacks sowie Wasser. Leider werden die Informationen nicht uf english übersetzt. Können die Busfahrt empfehlen :)

Everything was very fine. Bangkok northern bus terminal is very big, make me scare a bit, but every people who work here was very very nice and helpful. During the trip everything was fine and everybody being very nice and professional.

Comfy bus with a lot of space and air conditioner. Started on time and only arrived 15 min later than expected. Snacks were delivered. Would have good to be known that we do a stop and get a free dish at the stop.

Nice, comfy seats with usb for charging and little screen with some movies like on a plane. The seat reclined quite far but there was no footrest. Turned on the lights and stopped at 12.30 for food which was a bit chaotic. Arrived an hour early so only got a couple of hours sleep.

Nice and comfortable seats, blanket provided along with water, some snacks and dinner (at midnight during the break) - the voucher for the dinner is in your ticket -
During the trip I wasn't able to use the entertainment on the screen of my seats because all the movies where in Thai impossible to switch to another language.

Our bus was scheduled to take 9-10 hours. It took us almost 13 hours…made a bunch of stops and had mechanical issues. When we were having mechnothing was communicated with us. The bathroom was also dirty, and the fact no one spoke English made everything a guessing game.

Gut und gemütlich! sehr lieber steward, der snacks und Wasser verteilt hat. Soo kalt wie sonst war der Bus glücklicherweise nicht. Schlafmaske, Pulli und Ohrstöpsel empfehle ich für einen angenehmen Schlaf.

The bus was great. The seats were really comfortable and you had a lot of space. We got water and a snack in the beginning. And the stewardess was so nice and spoke English too. Bus even arrived an hour early. I’ve seen in other reviews that the ac was too cold but it was honestly fine. You could even change it for your own seat and you get a blanket too. I can really recommend

It was very cold but except that everything was fine. We got some thin blankets, food and drinks which was nice. The seats are comfy (I recommend booking last row as you can put the seats almost in a vertical position). The driver went very soft so that sleeping hasn‘t been a problem at all :)

Bus was okay. Somewhere in between an international flight and a sleeper train for sleeping. Stopped very late (~11pm or midnight) for food, waking most people up. Also arrived early, which was nice, but then left me at the bus station in Chiang Mai in the dark so I didn't feel comfortable walking.

The only one inconvenience was the staff on the bus they don't speak English, even any announcement was in Thai only. But I will explain for the readers based on my experience:
1. The bus depart on terminal 3 arcade Chiang Mai, and end the trip on Mochit bus station. Many passengers usually stop at Vibavadhi 13 (this is close to Mochit actually, but need another 30 minutes to go to Mochit, so they prefer to stop at Vibavadhi 13 (I think this is the agent's office)
2. We get a snack box and a bottle of water. In the middle of our journey, we get one free eat service (the coupon was included on your boarding ticket, so make sure you bring it to the lady that will give you eat service). They don't speak English, so good luck when you choose the food :) . We get around 20 minutes for eat and toilet things.
3. The bus was comfortable. Leg space is pretty comfortable for Asian people. Sorry for western I think it's quiet small as you guys have long legs. But along the way, I saw all western passengers they enjoying the trip.
4. Mosly the bus depart and arrive on-time as scheduled.
5. Overall, this is cheap but convenient accommodation from Chiang Mai to Bangkok. They also have opposite route and many other destinations from and to Bangkok.

Der Bus ist mit etwas Verspätung abgefahren war aber letztendlich pünktlich in Chian Mai. Es gab als Verpflegung gab es einen kleinen Bananenkuchen, Schokokekse und ein eine Falsche Wasser.
Gegen die Kälte der dauerhaft kühlenden Klimaanlage gab es für jeden noch eine Decke. Da es kalt werden kann und die Klimaanlage am Sitz nicht abgeschaltet werden kann, ist es ratsam sich einen Schal oder ähnliches einzupacken, damit man am Kopf und Hals nicht erfriert :-)
Für große Menschen sind die Plätze doch recht eng. Beinfreiheit ist gegeben, allerdings sitzt man fast aufeinander. Wenn man seinen Sitznachbar nicht kennt, ist das natürlich eher unvorteilhaft.
Gegen 00.30 Uhr wird ein Stopp gemacht, an dem man sich etwas zu Essen kaufen kann. Ebenfalls besteht die Möglichkeit auf die Toilette zu gehen. Diese sind jedoch eher in einem fragwürdigen Zustand.

Bus hyper confortable, on nous a également donné de l'eau. A midi le repas est compris, mais il faut le savoir car personne ne nous a dit d'aller au restaurant. Nous sommes arrivés avec 2h de retard alors qu'il n'y avait pas de bouchons.

The bus left on schedule :) Even 4 minutes earlier. Everything worked out great. We traveled with 3 young children and they had a great experience as well! The bus is very comfortable- a lot of leg room. One chair made a lot of noise so it wasn't comfortable to move that much. The toilet wasn't that good. Everything was in Thai so we didn't understand anything that was said regarding the breaks and stops but overall- really good experience :) We even arrived earlier than expected.

The bus was playing very loud music to wake up passengers for dinner. It's a sleeping bus. That loud music was unnecessary. When akme of the passengers stayed on the bus to sleep they played very loud music and adverts. I had to ask the staff to turn it off.
