everything was fine and good but the driver didnt stop for praying. i hope Alibaba can alert about their muslim passengers. Eventhough we still can Jamak Taakhir somehow Jamak Taqdim is better. Just my two cents.

Poszukajcie lepszego przystanku z jedzeniem. Było bardzo przeciętnie. To nie pierwsza podróż w Malezji autobusem i w innych lokalizacjach jedzenie super tutaj całe danie zostawione.

I’m glad it was an overnight trip. The driver didn’t speak any English, though, so it would have been nice if we had been informed whenever we were going to have a toilet or smoking break. We also ended up departing 45 minutes later than scheduled.

The bus itself was nice, comfortable, and spacious. Unfortunately, the service completely overshadowed that. The whole trip was incredibly uncomfortable. I haven’t felt that much like an outsider in a long time. Throughout the journey, the bus driver and another staff member repeatedly singled me out. They kept asking only me, despite there being other foreign passengers, whether I had a medical card and other documentation to enter Thailand. When we arrived at the border for immigration, they instructed only me to take all of my belongings with me, as if they expected me to be denied entry or detained. Since no one else was bringing their luggage, I left mine on the bus because no one else was taking theirs. After I finished at immigration and came back outside, the bus was already pulling away. I had to run after it, and when I got back on, I asked if they were really going to leave without me. They simply said yes. There were fewer than 10 passengers on the bus, so it’s not as though I was easy to overlook. To make matters worse, all of my belongings had been moved from my seat to the front of the bus, as if they expected I wouldn’t be returning. Finally, when we reached Hat Yai, they made me get off about 10 minutes before the destination printed on my ticket, which was the stop I had paid for. The only positive thing I can say is that I made it back safely. Honestly, I almost didn’t. If I hadn’t noticed the bus pulling away and run after it, I could have been stranded at the border through no fault of my own. I’ve lived in Thailand for quite a while and regularly travel throughout the region. I’ve never been made to feel so singled out or treated so differently because I was a foreigner. The entire experience was stressful, uncomfortable, and unprofessional.

Really easy journey. Bus was well air conditioned and very spacious seats. Regular stops and got to Butterworth early. Would recommend especially for the price.

We had to be at Komtar before 9 to get tge minivan to the busstation further out… we where there at 9.15 and in the end the bus left there at 10.30!!! Be at Jomta half an hour later would have been early enough.

We just forgot very important stuff (Passport and so on) in the bus, and because of the great work from the Company we had it back 2 hours later

Nice comfy seats 💺 well maintained air conditioning 👌 only flip side was but was delayed by an hour . Bus staff was goog . Overall recommended 👌

We took the bus from Merang jetty to Sungai Nibong (Penang). The bus arrived 15 minutes early and didn’t wait around with the pick up from across the road from the Shell (1km away from Merang Jetty) - thankfully some locals told us where to go. The seats were comfortable and there was a usb charger. The AC worked very well. There were 2 toilet stops the whole 9 hour journey and none in the last 5 hours, thankfully there was an emergency toilet on board.

The drivers smoking in the Bus every half hour. They are friendly, but way is it aloud to smoke in the Bus? :/

Delay 30mins at Dungun and finally delay to arrival TBS more than 1.5hrs. So poor!

It was a chill bus ride. However, the amenities didn’t work, the toilet was closed, it was dirty and the massage chair was just a bit of vibration. So, a regular bus ride and nothing fancy.

Bus comodo a 3 file con schermi con film in inglese e prese usb. Il sedile si reclinava molto e aveva anche la funzione massaggiante. Abbiamo avuto un problema col motore durante il viaggio che ci ha fatto fermare per un’ora, quindi siamo arrivati con un’ora di ritardo. Ma sono cose che capitano. Due pause fatte durante il viaggio, si cui una per mangiare.

Il fait toujours super froid dans les bus de nuit

Sedili comodi e spaziosi e forniti di schermo touch per intrattenersi. Veramente troppa aria condizionata. Anche chiudendo le bocchette di fuoriuscita di siamo congelati non riuscendo a dormire bene

Los conductores muy bien. El baño estaba estropeado. La empresa con la q pone que gestioiel billete y a la cual te indican que acudas., está regentadippr una mujer muy desagradable, q no ayuda y solo chilla. El señor que se encarga de llevarte en van hasta la estación de autobuses, es otro ogro. Q solo dice malas palabras. Te llevan tarde a una estación a las afueras, de la cual sale el autobús. Cuando llegas a la estacion tienes que subir x las escaleras mecánicas a la taquilla para validar y que te impriman el billete.El bus cuando llegas está como esperando a que llegues o nose xq la de las taquillas nos dijo que teníamos que ir corriendo que se marchaba. El autobús va por besar y luego baja a terengganu.llegamos casi tres horas tarde
