We took first bus in the morning. At border everything great and fast. Very comfortable bus.
Rate 4* instead of 5 as it took us 1 hour more than expected, but I still recommend it!

Reise war sehr angenehm. Busfahrer dürfte bei den Halten (am Zoll, Pausenhalt) Information durchgeben.
Sehr viele Einheimische schliessen leider die Vorhänge im Bus, was die Aussicht beeinträchtigt.

El viaje fue cómodo, salimos 10 minutos tarde y perdimos tiempo en la aduana (algún pasajero no encontraba el bus, No era muy difícil encontrar el bus) por lo demás, me pase casi todo el trayecto durmiendo y el conductor parecía simpático

Pour le passage à la douane, il suffit de suivre le mouvement, on s'est laissé porté, c'était finalement très simple, le chauffeur nous attendait de l'autre côté, tout est bien rodé !

Bus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit bequemen breiten Sitzen. Pünktliche Abfahrt, Fahrer wartete nach Grenzkontrolle auf all seine Passagiere. air-con gut eingestellt. Insgesamt empfehlenswert

Bus driver was okay. We were allready 1,5 hour before the bus was leaving at the bus station and showed our tickets to the lady at the office. She write down time of being there and marked our names and seats. When we were at the bus we were unfriendly told that we should check in. So the bus leaves 3 minutes to late. Later on at the border we have to wait at least half an hour for a woman who got lost...
Bus seamed to have some engine problems but we made till Melaka without problems. Funny thing: half an hour before arriving we make our toiletstop. After all trip was okay.

Fine drive took about an hour longer than expected but I think this was due to traffic and the boarder so maybe account for a bit of extra time in case there is traffic.

My overall experience was not very good. I had to get off the bus twice: first to hand over my passport at immigration, and then again to go through passport control and have my luggage inspected. At no point was I informed that this would be necessary. At the ticket counter, before boarding the bus, I was only told that I needed the arrival card, which I already had. I believe passengers should be informed about this process in advance to avoid confusion and make the journey more comfortable.

Comfortable trip, seats are large and very comfy. Bus had AC but no internet WiFi. Made a few stops for the toilet. Driver was friendly but did not speak much English.
On the way to Singapore from Malaysia bus stopped first for passport checks and a second time where I had to carry my luggage but the driver did not announce anything.
Overall it was pleasant journey and the bus arrived on time.

The bus service was quite good and arrived on time. However, the overall arrival time was delayed due to some passengers taking a long time at immigration, which caused a significant wait. Additionally, heavy traffic led to us reaching Melaka later than scheduled. On the bright side, the bus was clean and comfortable, though the charging ports were unfortunately not working.

Was very smooth overall. We didn't got to wait at all the border and things went smooth. Woudl just be nice a bit more of communication as at the borders quite often people were not sure what to do.
