Our hotel booked taxi which delivered us to the wrong 707 Hotel. The Manageress told us that all online bookings advise passengers the departure site is 707 Hotel and not Melaka Sentral. As our taxi delivered us to the wrong 707 Hotel she very kindly arranged for bus driver to collect us. He gave no information about 'comfort stop' or immigration arrangements upon arrival in Singapore but we were very grateful that he waited much longer than the specified 30minutes for us to go through Customs and delivered us to bus terminal in Singapore. Driver wasn't very friendly or helpful. For new travelers, we were left to figure out on our own what was expected at both the immigrations. Especially where to find the bus after clearing immigrations.
At the pick up point, it was not easy to know which is the correct bus to board. Would suggest a clear sign on the bus showing information of the time of departure and destination as well as the bus company. Very basic but very important and helpful information for customers.

The bus ride was enjoyable and cery comforatable seats. but the driver was somewhat brash and not polite. It was 2 pm when we registered with him and I asked if we could go grab a coffee and come back by 2.30 pm. he said NO he will leave when everybody has arrive. However even at 2.40 pm he didn't depart although the bus is full.

Normal trip. The bus left more or less on time, we had no incidents etc. Leaving Singapore immigration slow, long lines (nearly 30mins), particularly relative to how quick it was to get the immigration formalities done for Malaysia, (maybe 10mins).
So it went well, as it should.

Good trip in bus, but I do not like Melaka Sentral at all. Hard to wait in non conditioned space.
It is better to exit bus a little bit earlier at MRT station, but bus driver did not said, that it is no MRT station near Queen street.
Also if you had delay on customs in Singapore bus can leave you there (I almost miss it).

It was ok, the bus very comfortable, we stop by a very nice food court for a break, the bordier pass was smooth. We can't complain, good price-quality relation.

On time departure, clean bus. But it had major technical problems- after 2 hrs on the road we had to stop every half an hour. Problem couldn't be solved by driver, Finally we had to stop 8 kilometers before our destination Malakka Central. Got picked up by other bus company. No apologies, no explanation offered.
