Anton PIt was terrible. The driver went into the van while smoking a few times while we were preparing for departure, then ended up smoking also the whole trip. We were travelling with kids and there was one more family with kids.
On top of that the van it self had an exhaust problem as well, so on top of cigarettes it also smells like exhaust gases inside.
When we were at the midway stop the driver said that we will have a 15 min stop but we ended up staying there for 40 because of him.
When we reach the boarder he said that he will only wait 15 min for any passenger that is being delayed by the boarder guards.
Our family was delayed for around 10-15, but other passengers told us that he almost abandoned us after 5 min of waiting.
Most terrible experience I've ever had both with 12go or with other services ever.

Mikhail KThe car was falling apart and reeked of diesel fuel. The driver smoked the entire time. The engine stalled in the middle of a highway, seat belt was broken, and the lights kept going out (an unforgettable experience on a misty night on a winding road!). We made it to Tbilisi, just a couple of hours late. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, honestly. Please just let this million-mile piece of scrap metal die already.

Sebastian MCompared to the overnight train it was really good. The boarder control took only around 15 minutes (not like the 5 hours in the train) and we arrived on time.
The only problem was that the bus driver was driving really recklessly, like he drove 90 in a 40 zone and tried to pass every car in front of us.
He almost caused 3 crashes and there were no seatbelts in the car so we felt very unsafe.

Caroline HTo find the bus station in yerevan was easy. We even left as soon as we were complete. The stops along the way where clean and sufficient.
The location where we got droped off in tbilisi was not the place we ecpected. So use a bolt to get from there to the final location is my recommendation.
Car was clean, and comfortable. Minivan. Driver had no english knowledge but was friendly and everything was easy to understand. Border crossing was easy and was easy to find the car and driver on the orher side.

Mohammed AGood travel experience from Yerevan to Tbilisi. The driver was helpful, professional, and got us there quickly. Some parts of the road were a bit scary due to the mountain turns, but the journey was smooth overall. Recommended.
