I have to say I was a little nervous given previous reviews of Naszbus. However, the bus left on time. The seats were comfortable but I don't know why they put us all upstairs and left the downstairs empty? Still there was enough room for the seat next to me to be free. Jana the attendant was very polite. The wifi worked mainly in the city areas. However the bus was definitely more than 4 years old (not as Naszbus would say a renewed asset). It had no recharging sockets for example. All in, I would recommend this service. It was comfortable, warm, fast. I think it would be good if Naszbus would make a first stop on the East side of Warsaw. eg Warszawa Wschodnia as well as Zachodnia. I also think that a stop to allow all people off at a modern petrol station with food and drink somewhere along the way would have been nice. They only stopped at bus stations which dont have the same facilities. Thank you Naszbus.
