I got the times of departure mixed up so I was very late for the bus. They called me and arranged for a car to pick me up and take me to the bus. Amazing service and kind people!

A driver would randomly stop the bus to buy himself a sandwich. Driving while eating and scrolling facebook at the same time.
The Limo didn't look like the pictures. It had gum stuck to the seat, and garbage in the pockets of the seats.
Beware of the insurance they add to your price by selecting the insurance coverage by default and you have to change it.

Bis stopped 45 mins for no reason at a pearl shopping mall. Obviously they get commission to do so but didn't admit it.
Very long so for a short trip of otherwise only 2.30h travel time
