Alon ZTook the bus from Phong Nha to Hanoi, station was in chaos no one knew which bus was to where. Got one the bus and it was dirty with trash everywhere, managed to sleep and woke up in Tam Coc, and was FORCED to get off and switch busses even though I booked a direct bus, WAITED 1 HOUR for the Hanoi bus to arrive and IT WAS EVEN SHITTIER THEN THE FIRST BUS, wow so disgusting never felt so uncomfortable bus felt like it was from the Vietnam war. Trash everywhere and we were forced to use used blankets and linen.
BUS DROPPED US 0F 40 MINS AWAY FROM WRITTEN DESTINATION, the station manager said they would "pay for the grab" of course that didn't happen and we were forced to get a taxi for a lot of.money. overall service was abysmal and the experience garbage AVOID AT ALL COST!
