How to Use the Taipei Metro Pass? Activate the pass by tapping it at any metro gate — the 24-hour period starts from this moment. The pass is valid for one person only and cannot be shared. Make your reservation by 23:59 on your chosen participation date.

1. Passes must be used within 90 days of redemption.
2. Vouchers are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
3. Once issued, tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
