We arrived early for the bus and they let us leave early no problems. We paid for 3 tickets for 2 people and all our luggage which was also no problem. It wad pretty quick and the driver let us know when we arrived at our stop. The bus smelled a little and there seemed to be alot of mosquitoes on the bus that came from no where. Other than that it was pretty decent.

perfect trip. we arrived 5 minutes late to the 6pm bus to get back to Bangkok and they were able to get us on another bus and get us to our town instead of bangkok (meaning, we were almost 10 mins from home instead of 40mins). don't know how they did it or how it works but it was amazing.

I went to Kanchanaburi with Win happy minibus for round trip. It was a great experience and the bus was recommended. Ticketing staffs at the counter and drivers are helpful.

We never reached Bangkok Southern Terminal, we were prompted to get off on suburbs and to take a taxi. No English communication in the bus. On the other hand it was a genuine experience of Thai public transport :-)

The bus left about 20 minutes earlier, so make sure to be there at least half an hour before the time. You have to show your electronic ticket, otherwise the staff will not know that you have a reservation (meaning they could even sell your seat to other passengers, if there are many people). Other than that the drive was very smooth and we arrived at the destination an hour before the estimated time.

Online price is way more expensive than the counter price (50 baht) even though I need to pay the processing fee to the company. I asked the counter, they said this price was for foriegners. WAIT!! You can make the same!! HOWEVER the bus was good and safe.

Viel komfortabler als erwartet. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, auch für unser Gepäck, mehr als mit Minivan. Wir reisten mit einem großen Bus. Klasse regional bleibt sehr oft stehen, wo Leute zu- und aussteigen können. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir erreichten das Ziel früher als angegeben.

Die Dame, welche die Tickets entgegengenommen hat war etwas unfreundlich. Die Fahrt dauerte jedoch nur 2 1/2h statt 3. Wichtig ist eine halbe Stunde früher da zu sein, da gilt:
Wer zuerst kommt fährt auch als Erstes mit. Auf Reservierungen wird keine Rücksicht genommen. Da wir das wussten lief alles Einwandfrei.

No information, there was several stops on the way to Bangkok, every stop we had to show our ticket. The Minivan was overloaded and there was less space. The driver drobe dangerously and didn‘t tell us when we arrived at southern bus terminal. We also didn‘t know that southern bis terminal hasn‘t been the final station...the bus continued the tour after we left. The air codition was really bad...just the price has been ok!

We had to sit at the back of the bus because the other seats were occupied. The back of the bus was incredibly uncomfortable because the seats are higher and it was difficult for our feet to touch the floor. Otherwise, the trip was swift and trouble-free.

Wir waren früher am Busbahnhof. Der Bus um 10 Uhr war noch nicht los und hatte noch Platz für uns und die beiden großen Koffer.
Wir hatten Tickets für uns 4. 2 Personen und 2 Koffer. Letztere mussten sich den Platz neben dem Fahrer teilen.
Der Bus war eng. Alle Plätze waren belegt. Es ging aber ohne Komplikationen nach Bangkok. Wo wir aus dem Bus aussteigen mussten, wissen wir nicht. Es war aber nicht der Southern Busterminal in Bangkok.

Everything ran according to schedule and there was air con.
However, it is unacceptable for 12goasia to sell tickets for the bus without saying in advance that you will need to buy an extra seat for big bags. That requirement means DOUBLE THE PRICE of your original ticket but there was nothing mentioned about it before buying a ticket. I’m shocked that they seem to be getting away with doing that and that they think it’s okay to do that to customers. If it had been mentioned before then I wouldn’t have bought a ticket at all. We had to leave our bags in Bangkok for the weekend.

le confort du bus est moyen, il ne faut pas oublier d'acheter une place pour ses gros bagages .
Mais on n'a pas attendu , le trajet s'est fait en 2 heures et le prix est vraiment modique ( encore moins cher quand on prend le billet directement au guichet 100 baht au lieu de 150 baht)

It's been easy to spot the right terminal in Bangkok, just look out for the smiley! It only took us 2 hours to kanchanaburi instead of 3. Would book with them again :)

Was pretty good all things considering. We arrived at about 7:30 due to our previous bus arriving a lot earlier than expected so we weren't due to be on a bus until 10am but the lady put us on an earlier bus of 8am which was much better as we didn;t have to wait around. The sign isn't very clear for win happy - its just the logo which fortunately we recognised but would be good if it had the name in english in large letters so we could find it more easily! It's also quite squished but the driver was very helpful with trying to squeeze our bags in next to us.
