Van2Travel phục vụ nhiều dòng xe khác nhau. Tùy thuộc vào số lượng hành khách trong đoàn của bạn, cũng như những yêu cầu cụ thể mà bạn có thể chọn một dòng xe phù hợp nhất. Lời khuyên dành cho bạn là - hãy luôn xem giá taxi của dòng xe cao hơn dù bạn dự định đặt xe taxi hạng phổ thông. Ví dụ, đôi khi các hãng xe có các chương trình khuyến mãi cho dòng xe Limousine, và giá cho hạng xe này có thể tương đương với hạng xe phổ thông bạn định đặt, nhưng xe Limousine sẽ rộng và thoải mái hơn.

Ưu điểm:

Comfortable van. Pick up in front of the hotel. English speaking driver. One break in the place with market and toilets. Ferry tickets handed over by driver at Seatran pier. Drop off in the front of the pier entrance.

Hat alles gut geklappt. Der Fahrer ist zwar 20 Min. früher abgefahren, aber es stand ja, man soll 1/2 h früher da sein. Auch der Umstieg auf die Fähre war entspannt.

Pünktliche Abholung an unserem Hotel, bequeme Sitze mit genügend Platz. Nur der Gepäckraumplatz war zu gering, aber der Fahrer hat alles reingekommen. Es war ein Von mit 10 Plätzen, wir waren zu neunt.
Am Pier hat der Fahrer für uns die Fährtickets gekauft, uns gegeben. Das war total OK und unproblematisch.

Ferry ride was smooth but the people at the dock gave no instructions on which dock to go too.
People were smoking weed on the ferry and it stunk!
Minibus was good very little traffic.
But didn’t get to my hotel until just after 5.40 even though the ticket said 4.30.
The operators really need to look at their times as they are a bit deceiving!

Everything is fine. Punctual and all very simple. Pick up at the hotel and they took us to the harbour to catch the ferry. At the time I had to change hotels and there was no problem and they solved it quickly and well.

Booked my journey from Koh Phangan to Khao Sok with boat and transfer by mini-van from Surat Thani to Khao Sok.
Received good instructions from van2travel about where to meet after I arrived on Donsak Pier.
Smooth transition from boat to mini-van and great drive to Khao Sok.

I booked a single ticket, when I got to the port I was given a ticket but when I boarded the boat the ticket was half of a double bed slot with another guy.
I tried to explain to the people what there wasnt enough room for 2 men let alone it being awkward to share a bed with some other man I don't know.
I had search around for a bed that wasnt in use to try and get my own space for the trip.
Very shitty experience and 12go over charged me, I paid 1250 baht and there was people on the same boat who booked through 12go and paid 850... so they are selling the same ferry for 2 different prices.

Everything super good until it came to drop offs. They dropped off every single person except us. They wanted 50 BAHT off of each of us to take us up the road. We said we will walk as it’s 12 minutes. Started walking and they drove the girls in the van to where we were going anyway for free so we didn’t need to get out? We were drove past by your van 2 travel car twice in the pouring rain

The whole tour was well organised and went very smoothly. There were two stops at petrol stations with toilets and restaurants during the minibus journey, so we could stretch our legs.

The boat (ferry) arrived an hour late. The seats were ok, not the most comfortable but fine. Once we arrived into Surat Thani it was a bit chaotic as everyone was trying to get their bags, all of which had been piled at the front of the boat. The meeting point for the driver was easy to find and the driver directed us to the van once everyone had arrived. There was torrential rain during our journey but the driver was safe and took her time. We arrived an hour late due to the original delay but apart from that it was a pleasant journey.

The van picked us up from the hotel right on time. It was a smooth trip, just me, my girlfriend, and another girl who ended up becoming a friend.
We only made one stop with the van, at a 7-Eleven, to grab something to eat. After that, the van dropped us off at the pier to catch the ferry.
The ferry has beds, the bathrooms are clean, and there’s even a shower available. For spending a night on a ferry, it was actually better than I expected.
And with the agency, everything was perfect too.

Unfortunately the driver did not take me directly to my hotel. He stoped on a corner of a very busy street and pointed telling me to walk down another street…. As I walked I thought maybe it was because he couldn’t drive down it however that’s not true he could have driven down it and dropped me off at the door instead of me walking with 20kg of weight in the blistering heat. The hotel has a road to drive on to turn vehicles around. So he could have done that

The car was not clean, and although the service was meant to include drop-off at my hotel, the driver refused and asked me to take a taxi from the entrance of Khao Sok. He was also not particularly kind. Given that this was the most expensive option, it did not meet expectations.

Was worried that it was going to be hard to find but the voucher had all the information! We had a 15 minute stop after the ferry to use the washroom and get a drink and snacks! Very well organized!
