Không ai nói tiếng Anh trên xe buýt. Có một chút khó hiểu những gì đang xảy ra ở biên giới. Dù sao chúng tôi cũng đã tìm ra nó, nhưng vâng.

Mặc dù chúng tôi bị trễ khoảng 1,5 giờ nhưng mọi thứ khác đều ổn. Họ đã giúp chúng tôi qua biên giới và đưa ra những hướng dẫn tốt.

Xe buýt có một nhà vệ sinh không xả nước nên chỉ bốc mùi trời cao! Cũng đến Siem Reap trễ 3 tiếng, thậm chí còn bị xe buýt 9h vượt qua! Họ đã cung cấp một chiếc xe tuk tuk đến ký túc xá của chúng tôi ở Siem Reap, vì vậy hãy nhận được 2 sao cho điều đó và 1 sao vì xe buýt khá trống nên có nhiều không gian.

Nếu bạn đặt vé trực tuyến, bạn cần đến văn phòng ngay bên kia đường từ Trạm xe buýt Udon Thani 1 và KHÔNG phải phòng vé trong nhà ga. Nếu bạn quên họ sẽ nói với bạn bằng mọi cách. Mua vé tại văn phòng rẻ hơn 100 baht nhưng nếu bạn chưa có visa, bạn sẽ không nhận được vé! Để tiết kiệm cho mình một số khó khăn, hãy xin thị thực Lào trực tuyến thông qua cổng thông tin eVISA của họ. Nó làm cho việc đi qua biên giới rất dễ dàng. Bạn cũng cần $1 (40 baht) cho phí qua biên giới. Mặt khác, chuyến đi hơi gập ghềnh (dự kiến) nhưng họ cũng dừng lại để nghỉ trưa 30 phút và đến một nhà hàng/chợ đẹp.

Dịch vụ tuyệt vời từ công ty xe buýt và từ 12go Asia. Thức ăn rất ngon. Điều tiêu cực duy nhất tôi có thể nghĩ đến là nhà vệ sinh trên xe buýt bắt đầu có mùi khó chịu. Tôi thực sự khuyên bạn nên sử dụng phương thức vận tải này.

Tôi đã đi từ Siem Reap đến Bangkok vào ngày 2 tháng 5 năm 2016. Ưu điểm: 1) Chúng tôi đến Bangkok trước thời gian dự kiến một giờ. 2) Chúng tôi đã nhận được rất nhiều (3-4 chai cho 1 người) nước và đồ ăn nhẹ trong suốt hành trình. Nhược điểm: 1) Điểm lên máy bay trên voucher dẫn tôi đến Bến xe buýt gần nhà hàng KFC, đã đóng cửa do công ty chuyển đi nơi khác, có thể có một người đàn ông tốt bụng đã chỉ cho tôi biết nó ở đâu và nằm gần đó (5 phút trên ô tô). Tôi hơi lo lắng khi đến văn phòng gần 30 phút trước khi xe buýt khởi hành. 2) Công ty du lịch đã bán ghế 4A và 4B mà tôi đã đặt trước 2 tháng cho một số khách du lịch khác. Khi tôi cố gắng tìm hiểu chuyện gì đang xảy ra, người quản lý khách hàng chỉ chuyển tôi đến hàng thứ 9 gần nhà vệ sinh, nơi tôi thực sự không thích ngồi. Có khả năng một lần nữa sẽ có người không đến và tôi được ngồi ở hàng ghế thứ hai. 3) Xe buýt bị nhiễm gián và lối vào vương quốc của họ nằm gần tôi, vì vậy tôi phải dành một chút thời gian để dựng rào chắn từ giấy, bịt kín lối vào và giết vài tên canh gác gián. 4) Không ai dọn dẹp thức ăn thừa, vì chúng tôi nhận được rất nhiều thức ăn nên điều đó trở thành một vấn đề. 5) Ghế da trên xe buýt nóng. 6) Giá vé từ Siem Reap đến Bangkok cao hơn 1,3 lần so với Bangkok đến Siem Reap. The ride from Bangkok to Vientiane was ok. Nothing to complaint about. When we stopped at the border, the crew could have told us to get off the bus at least. All the natives got off the bus, the tourists weren‘t sure what was going on. Otherwise everything was good, would book it again!

It was fine ..but i hope it was there WIFI and electricity to charge the phones

The numbers of this company have been very helpful to me. At the border they didn’t explain me as I thought I will travel in the same bus after the border however they take care of me and bring me to each border! They also offer coffee and snack which was nice as I been travelling for long time 20h of bus

It would've been nicer if there was a English guide or instructions on the way. but bus itself was pretty good, enough space to stretch your legs out.

It's super service ???? , bus condition was very good and runs so smoothly and was on time , it provided some snacks when it start and in midway given 30Bath coupon to eat from food court . Everything was nice in the bus and my trip to Laos too ..

Convenient, safe and on time.

For the price you are paying, it is enough fair. The guide was extremely friendly and always telling us all the instructions. They gave us breakfast and lunch, something that I was surprised with. It was an excellent experience.

Great trip

Good service - our tuktuk driver took us to the wrong bus stop so we missed the 8am bus however we were placed on the 9am service. Bus was comfy though the toilet wasn't flushing but we had 2 toilet stops. Quality of food and snacks was really good and the courier was helpful guiding us through the 2 immigration stops. Overall a good bus transfer from Siem Reap to Bangkok.

Tardaron muchisimo en enviar nuestros billetes por mail, 5 dias antes del dia q ibamos, lo habiamos comprado 1 mes antes. Llegamos a la estacion y no tenian contancia de nuestra reserva, casi nos quedamos sin poder salir porque estaba casi lleno y solo salian 2 buses diarios.

Company was very efficient and helpful, bus still rickety but got to Bangkok in one piece. Just one negative element and absolutely NOT the fault of the company....but was a complete shambles at the Thai border....2 1/2 hours in a snaking queue with just 1 desk open for foreign immigration!!! They finally opened 5 (!!) Once they realised the people backing up!!!

My review is almost word for word the exact same review as what someone left on May 26, 2016.... The bus pick-up location in Siem Reap was not the same as was instructed on the voucher. Luckily my tuk-tuk driver knew where the new location was. Our assigned seats were also assigned to 2 other passengers by the bus company. Again, luckily, the bus was not full so we were able to seat wherever we pleased. The border crossing at Poipet is a complete gong show and there was little to no instruction as to where to go and it is not streamlined or obvious due to good signage. The food provided was decent, though they could have come through the cabin to remove garbage afterwards. Overall, not the best way to travel between Siem Reap and Bangkok, though the price was considerably lower than flying.

We arrived Bangkok an hour before expected time, that's great! However, we faced some problem with boarding point which mentioned in the voucher, it was been closed and moved to another place, This should be update asap!

Bus was on time, clean and very nice. We have received snacks and small lunch and we were helped to get through the border. In Bangkok we were hour before expected time. Very nice travel!

Bus was very comfortable and the air con was a good temp. The ride was smooth. They didn't get our reservation from the booking company I used but we were on the next bus (an hour later).

Bus was goog, service also. only the air conditioner didn't work really well.

Fin tur, men ikke helt så god som den modsatte vej. Først og fremmest fordi der var kæmpe kø - det kan busselskabet dog ikke gøre for - men også fordi stewarden i bussen var lidt utydelig i sine beskeder. Ellers fint og sikkert, som vel er det man primært betaler den forholdsvis høje pris for.

Bus was comfortable, and left on time. Driver was very helpful at the border crossing, making sure we didn't get lost :-) Now if the Cambodian road department could upgrade the highway.... hahahaha

Everything was ok. Bus was on time in siem reap and in bangkok. We got a meal and sth. to drink. Bus was so comfortable and spacious. We can rccomend it. Thanks for nice trip.
