Everything fine except the stops to not the greatest locations.

Really nice bus, clean, fast driver. So cool we receive a water bottle before the trip.

We arrived at the Sinh tourist office early & once checked in we were pointed in the direction of a man who gave us tickets for the bus (he was from a different company which was ok as it states this in the T&C's). He hurried us to follow him down the street meaning we had to carry 5 very heavy bags down a busy street to get to the bus. The driver shouted at us to get on and wouldnt let us out our large (20kg) bags under the bus, meaning we had to struggle them up the steps and down the whole bus and leave them at the back. Nobody really explained anything to us. The guide took our passports and money for the visa at the border. We got there and again, no explanation. We were ushered off the bus and had to basically copy what everyone else did. It was very confusing. We arrived 3 hrs later than the schedule. Very frustrating trip. We also think we were just added into a tour which was a large group of Vietnamise people.

Better than the last trip we did with Sinh Tourist when we were all put on the back so did not have our own space (make sure you don't get seat numbers 36-41) but this one was fine. As usual the beds are a little short, especially for one our group who is 6'5" but that is to be expected on all semi-sleepers. Air con was also freezing cold, but again that is the same for every sleeper bus in SE Asia. So in terms of in comparison to others, Sinh Tourist still does a fantastic job!

I wasn't aware of the arrangements of a 'semi sleeper'. I am 170cm tall and found it uncomfortable where as my partner is over 200cm and it was impossible for him to fit, there should be some indication of this prior to booking.

Bus was half an hour delayed, but aside from that, it went pretty fast. The seats layout though is a bit weird, and for someone tall maybe not that confortable.

We were picked up by a different bus company since they said they have a problem with their bus but I think it is just because there seems to be only less than 10 of us for that trip. I don't know what to expect since I haven't seen the inside of their bus but the one we were transferred into is a regular sleeping bus, the one without curtains to separate each bed and no wifi. For the Sinh company I expect that there is no pickup so meetup is in the location indicated so I was expecting a direct and smooth trip without much stopover and will be arriving in HCM early. But with the alternative bus, we had to make a lot of stops to pickup most of the passengers from where they are staying, we spent a lot of time just for the pickup of passengers. Also there is only one driver as far as I know and no guide. The driver is so grumpy and not really approachable but we arrived safely in HCM so all is good.

Put everyone up top even though bus was half empty, very rude guys who drive the bus. The drivers were constantly shouting to each other, not talking and if it wasn’t to each other they were shouting down the phone to someone! Then once they had finished talking they watched a film while driving!!! Oh and didn’t do a head count before setting off from the toilet stop so nearly left two behind!! Terrible , you would be safer walking!

could be better, so much stops, arrived at 9:40 but could be easily at 7 or 7:40 maximum. What the costumer want is to arrive as soon as possible, I’m not talking about velocity , but so much stops no needed.

Arrived 1h before plannned time. Really comfortable

The Conductor of the bus was approachable and communicates well. The sad thing was, we did not arrive on time going to siem reap. We were late more than 2 hours from the expected arrival time. The bus was too slow.

Unfortunately my wife got travel sickness, so we flew.

Punctual Start in HCM City. Felt save all the time especially since I have ny daughter with me. But I would think about going over night because the sleeping racks are a bit small for European males. Nevertheless good trip ! Reached Mui Ne a bit earlier than planned. Highly appreciated

Halfway we had to switch from bus, everyone so it was not clear why. At Hue we were dropped outside the centre while they told us in Hoi An we should go to the office on Hue. A lot of taxis popped up, ee decided to walk, but it was not what they prommised us.

Bus very confortable, and the process to enter to Cambodia from Vietnam very efficient, the staff supports you a lot

Overall good! A/C was pretty weak in the bus but the was confortable.

The bus was good, on time, clean. But they dont let us to eat on bus, and we need to wait until they stop at the resting station. Please improve the WIFI connection on bus, can't connect most of the time.

The driver has fetched us safely between destination.

Bonjour Le personnel n'est pas aimable et ne donne pas d'explications. Quand nous avons pris la navette, nos billets ont été conservés puis à l'autocar le chauffeur a réclamé les billets ! Nous avons voulu lp rendre place aux couchettes du dessous, cela nous a été refusé malgré avoir pris les billets à l'avance sur votre site. Le car n'était pas vin tourism. Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour la pause à un endroit où les toilettes étaient très très sales ! Nous sommes arrivés à Hoi Han sans rien dire ils ont sortis les bagages sur le trottoir en vrac à un endroit oú il n'y avait pas de taxis que des arnaqueurs avec leur moto. Cette prestation pourrait être beaucoup mieux

Drive was smooth and driver didn’t beep horn much at all. Only down side was having to wait about 30mins at the rest station when all passengers were ready but driver wasn’t. However that’s not a big deal as he is the one driving and obviously needs rests and got us there very safely.

Very professional service. Made 2-3 stops to use the bathroom during the trip. We also arrived 2.5 early which was fine for us as we had booked our hotel for the day before - consider this if your bus is due to arrive early in the morning. Would use again

Haben bei Sinh Tourist gebucht und sind dann überraschenderweise mit Mekong Express gefahren. Reibungsfreier Ablauf, nettes Team inklusive Begleitung beim Grenzübergang, wenig Komfort, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Comfortable enough, older bus hence the 4 stars. Chur

Mit der Abholung hat alles gut geklappt. Leider wurden zu viele Pausen gemacht, die nicht nötig waren, sodass wir 1 1/2 Stunden später angekommen sind. Der Zustand des Busses für den Preis okay. Positive Fahrweise des Fahrers sowie kostenlose Wasserflaschen war gut. Leider wurde wenig kommuniziert, beispielsweise bei der Passkontrolle (mussten die Pässe einfach einem Mann geben, der diese erst wesentlich später und an einem anderen Stopp wieder verteilt hat) wussten somit lange nicht wann man ihn denn wieder sieht.

The bus from Mui Ne was perfectly on time, clean and as safe as could be expected. It is not 5-stars because the wifi was nit good and not shared with everybody...

1. Booked tickets on-line but were not informed that in order to reserve a seat I would have to visit the ticket office. 2. Was told to arrive at ticket office at 5:30pm which I did but then we were all made to walk 1km to the bus - this would be very inaccessible for those with lots of luggage or mobility issues. 3. Driver made many scary overtakes on the road which did not make me feel safe. Felt like they are more concerned with cutting time off the journey than passenger comfort or safety. 4. If you are over 5’5” tall this will be uncomfortable for you. 5. Arrived 2hours early (thanks?) but this meant we were in Nha Trang at 3:30am and caused problems for us due to check-in time restrictions at our guesthouse.

Driver was beeping all way long. Cigarette smell in the bus. 30 minutes delay to the expected arrival time.

The trip was very pleasant. Boarding was smooth, the bus is really comfortable. The only problem is when you arrive at Hue. In the ticket it says that the bus will arrive at The Sinh Tourist office, but actually it stops somewhere out of the city centre and nobody explains why. I got off the bus and there were tons of taxi/scooter drivers jumping on top of me, offering to take me to my hostel. I said no and just by accident I saw that there was a mini van from the company just behind the bus, that would take us to the office. And again nobody has said a word about it.

The staff was friendly, and the driver was ok. We were glad to see that the bus was clean, and the road was not too bumpy. Not much space for your day pack nor legroom, but all in all a good way to get from Nha Trang to Hoi an :)

The bus was clean and the seats were confortable (little bit small if you're taller than 1m80 on the sleeper bus). Bus leaved on time and it took 3h hours instead of 4 to arrived at Hué.

Very clean train , comfortable cabins. Beds a bit hard for me. Happy with all aspects . Would travel the same route with them again

Nice and helpful personnel that is explaining some interesting facts about the highlights on the route to Phong Nha. Been transferred directly to our hotel. Perfect. Unfortunately I am obviously too tall for the local seats and it was quite critical for me for the 5 hours Trip. Even Ryanair seats have more space to the next in Front.

The bus was okay, but the road was in the very poor condition.

Without incident. Quiet, peaceful driver. I was pleased he did not overtake vehicles on blind corners like other Asian bus drivers I’ve experienced in the past. Good work amigo

Having travelled with Giant Ibis a day after this trip it reflects very poorly on SinhTourist. It should be made more obvious that wed’d be fobbed off with another operator on an old and uncomfortable bus with poorly trained staff (no communication during border crossing whatsoever), and how hard is it to list an accurate destination arrival time?). “It’s asia” doesn’t cut it anymore. SinhTourist and Long Phuong need to up their game. 12Go should update this trip to include details/photos of the actual bus company used (Long Phuong Cambodia), we should at least get an accurate description for the premium of booking through the site.

The bus toilet was broken. We arrived to Ho Chi Min at 3:45 in the morning (one and a half hour and before than expected)

We checked in early because we wanted to have a Seat downstairs. The lady told us everything was already booked, reason was that we did not book directly at the Office but via 12goasia! We had to walk to the busstation as well, after waiting for a long time! After 1 hour they stopped and also at midnight, which was too late if you want to sleep. Arrival was 4 AM instead of 5.40, without warning before, we had to go out while sleeping.

Booked with Sinh Tourist as we had previous experiences with them, couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Amazing service. We even recommended the bus to two friends of ours who were doing the same journey as us. That being said, our bus from Hue to Phong Nha was another experience entirely. I checked in with the office the previous day, and double checked if the bus was direct to Phong Nha, which she said yes. I also asked if we could book seats at the front as my friend got car sick. The employee said we couldn’t, which is fair enough, so we made sure we arrived at the departure point in enough time to guarantee front seats. When the bus arrived, we were surprised to see that it was not a Sinh Tourist bus, and was another company. We questioned this with the woman in the office to double check it was our bus, and she said it was. The bus also arrived 20 minutes late. We then spent the next 30 minutes, at least, driving around Hue picking up other passengers from various hotels and bus offices. This confused us as we were led to believe it was a direct bus service. These passengers also did not have any heavy baggage, which again we thought was odd. Our two friends, who we recommended the bus to, sat across the aisle from us, so we had the whole front row. At one pick up, one of the employees asked if we could move for a passenger who gets travel sick, to which we replied that we sat in the front because of this too. After a guided tour of Hue’s hotels and bus offices, we were finally on our way 1 hour after our scheduled departure time (should have been 6:30, we left Hue at 7:30). Our friend sat across the aisle, who was tired from the early start, decided to recline his seat and get some sleep. The passenger behind him smacked him across the arm, and began to be verbally abusive towards him because his leg room was decreased. My friend sat next to me was shocked with the way this man had behaved, and she suggested that there was no reason to be physically and verbally abusive when all he had to do was ask politely. At this point, he then started shouting at her, aggressively gesturing in her face and using the most foul language, considering he had a young child sat next to him. My friend was very distressed by his behaviour, and felt extremely intimidated. Granted, the behaviour of this gentleman should not reflect on the review of the bus service, however the bus employees did very little to calm the situation, nor did they reprimand the man for his diabolical behaviour. The irony is, after this debacle, the gentleman then reclined his seat. Hypocracy at its best. We then stopped at a church, and it was only then that we discovered that we were on a tour bus, not a direct transport. This was not disclosed by the company or the employees in the Hue office, and partly explains the numerous pick up stops around Hue. When we arrived in Phong Nha, we were dropped off on the side of a road, not given much information as to where we were and they drove off to continue their day tour. My friends and I were particularly shaken by the whole experience, and were treated like second class citizens on the bus as we were not part of the tour. There is no Sinh Tourist office in Phong Nha, so we cannot inform them of what happened, and I know that the situation with the gentleman should not impact my review, but the lack of information regarding the bus and the way were treated was horrendous. In SE Asia, we have heard horror bus stories, but have not had a bad experience ourselves up until now.

Super comfortable, clean, and efficient! Definitely would recommend and take again.
