Giá xe cho hành trình của bạn sẽ phụ thuộc vào điểm đến và hạng giá vé của bạn. Hãy lưu ý rằng không phải toàn bộ hạng vé xe đều có sẵn đối với một hành trình nhất định, nhưng đối với hành trình dài thì thường sẽ luôn có sự lựa chọn cho bạn. Xe buýt giường nằm thường được trang bị với giường ngả được phía sau, nhà vệ sinh trên xe và đôi khi cả thức ăn nhẹ hoặc cả bữa trưa. Đi xe khách đêm cũng là một lựa chọn hợp lý nếu bạn muốn tiết kiệm một đêm phòng khách sạn. - Di chuyển bằng xe khách rất dễ dàng - không cần phải đến bến xe trước giờ khởi hành quá lâu, và thủ tục để lên xe thường rất nhanh chóng, trái với di chuyển bằng máy bay.
- Vé xe khách thường rẻ. Giá xe có thể hơi cao đối với hạng VIP, nhưng nếu bạn muốn mua vé giá rẻ, xe khách vẫn là lựa chọn hàng đầu.
- Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều hạng xe để phù hợp với nhu cầu và chi phí. Nếu bạn muốn một hành trình thực sự thoải mái, di chuyển bằng xe khách cũng hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được điều đó.
Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:
- Bến xe của các chuyến xe liên tỉnh có thể nằm xa trung tâm. Có nghĩa là bạn cần tính thêm thời gian và chi phí để di chuyển đến địa điểm văn phòng xe. Trong một vài trường hợp, di chuyển đến bến xe có thể đắt hơn bạn nghĩ, bởi vì đôi khi chỉ có một vài nhà xe được phép khai thác tuyến đó - và giá vé có thể bị đẩy lên cao.
- Vào cuối tuần hoặc mùa cao điểm, vé xe khách đi đến các điểm thu hút khách du lịch có thể hết vé toàn bộ lịch trình xe, và bạn sẽ cần phải đặt vé trước từ sớm.
- Đi xe khách không bị phụ thuộc vào thời tiết như đi phà/ tàu cao tốc, nhưng xe có thể khởi hành muộn hoặc thậm chí bị huỷ vì yếu tố thời tiết hoặc điều kiện đường xá - hãy lưu ý điều này nếu bạn di chuyển vào một mùa hay tới một địa điểm nhất định.

They should inform prior buy tickets that the space in the sleeper bus is for a average size of eastern/Asian people, not for western average. It was ok but because it was a short period, can't imagine afford this 12 hs

Der Bus war ziemlich heruntergekommen, an den meisten Sitzen waren die Abdeckungen der Lehnenverstellungen kaputt oder fehlten ganz, bei mir fehlte auch die kleine Ablage (für die Wasserflasche und Kleinigkeiten) und das Sitzpolster war lose. Ich kann mich noch gut an bessere Zustände erinnern...
Aber wir sind gut und überpünktlich am Ziel angekommen.

We arrived at the Sinh tourist office early & once checked in we were pointed in the direction of a man who gave us tickets for the bus (he was from a different company which was ok as it states this in the T&C's). He hurried us to follow him down the street meaning we had to carry 5 very heavy bags down a busy street to get to the bus. The driver shouted at us to get on and wouldnt let us out our large (20kg) bags under the bus, meaning we had to struggle them up the steps and down the whole bus and leave them at the back. Nobody really explained anything to us. The guide took our passports and money for the visa at the border. We got there and again, no explanation. We were ushered off the bus and had to basically copy what everyone else did. It was very confusing. We arrived 3 hrs later than the schedule. Very frustrating trip. We also think we were just added into a tour which was a large group of Vietnamise people.

Better than the last trip we did with Sinh Tourist when we were all put on the back so did not have our own space (make sure you don't get seat numbers 36-41) but this one was fine. As usual the beds are a little short, especially for one our group who is 6'5" but that is to be expected on all semi-sleepers. Air con was also freezing cold, but again that is the same for every sleeper bus in SE Asia. So in terms of in comparison to others, Sinh Tourist still does a fantastic job!

Very bumpy ride! The stop of 30 minutes for a 2 hour ride is too long. 15 minutes toilet stop and to grab a drink is more than enough.

Overall everything went okay. I felt safe the whole journey and we departed on time and arrived ahead of time. However, at arrival in Mui Ne, the bus is supposed to stop at your hotel if the hotel is on the main road, before arriving to the bus station. I gave them all the details at the office and they told me they would leave me at my hotel, but they didn’t and I had to pay an extra for a taxi to go to the hotel.

The bus was not as shown in the pictures. It was really small, dirty and quite old. The seats are small and if you are above 1.7m you won't have enough leg room.
On a good note: the driver was nice and the views were spectacular.

I wasn't aware of the arrangements of a 'semi sleeper'. I am 170cm tall and found it uncomfortable where as my partner is over 200cm and it was impossible for him to fit, there should be some indication of this prior to booking.

Bus was half an hour delayed, but aside from that, it went pretty fast. The seats layout though is a bit weird, and for someone tall maybe not that confortable.

Wir hatten 2.5 Stunden Verspätung - statt 6h, 8.5h Fahrzeit. War einerseits den zwei längeren Pausen (mit Essen), andererseits dem Verkehr geschuldet.

the ride was very bumpy..kudos to the driver..drived slowly but surely..i was so happy to ride on the small bus rather than big or even worst sleeper bus..it will be much scarier..im happy to recommend Sinh Bus to another fellow traveller

We were picked up by a different bus company since they said they have a problem with their bus but I think it is just because there seems to be only less than 10 of us for that trip. I don't know what to expect since I haven't seen the inside of their bus but the one we were transferred into is a regular sleeping bus, the one without curtains to separate each bed and no wifi. For the Sinh company I expect that there is no pickup so meetup is in the location indicated so I was expecting a direct and smooth trip without much stopover and will be arriving in HCM early. But with the alternative bus, we had to make a lot of stops to pickup most of the passengers from where they are staying, we spent a lot of time just for the pickup of passengers. Also there is only one driver as far as I know and no guide. The driver is so grumpy and not really approachable but we arrived safely in HCM so all is good.

Put everyone up top even though bus was half empty, very rude guys who drive the bus. The drivers were constantly shouting to each other, not talking and if it wasn’t to each other they were shouting down the phone to someone! Then once they had finished talking they watched a film while driving!!! Oh and didn’t do a head count before setting off from the toilet stop so nearly left two behind!! Terrible , you would be safer walking!

Comfortable bus, unfortunally a bit late so we arrived at 1pm instead of 11:30 in Hui. Sleeping seats were fine and staff was friendly. Enjoy!

The Conductor of the bus was approachable and communicates well. The sad thing was, we did not arrive on time going to siem reap. We were late more than 2 hours from the expected arrival time. The bus was too slow.

Took 4 hours for a 2 hour trip. Stopped at multiple places for king periods of time for no reason. Had to swap buses at one point which was very irritating and pointless, also the add on worry that your luggage won’t be transferred to the new bus. Staff didn’t speak a lot of English and just shouted directions loudly at you. Not very friendly

The bus arrived h1.30 earlier so I advice u to check with your hotel if they can accept check in in advance. The WiFi was not working but the travel was good. They stopped 3 times to allow u to go to the toilet. It’s a good way if u want to save money and don’t want to waste the days during your Vietnam journey.

We were worried when I found out that I booked the wrong bus online, especially after reading the reviews from other passengers but based on experience, our trip was okay. There was no problem during our cross-border procedure and we were provided with water and wet wipes. The bus attendant was also smiling and friendly. We were late on our original trip but they allow us to take the next trip.
On the downside, the claim on 35USD visa processing and the driver leaving those people who processed their own visa is true. We witness how the French couple were left in the immigration even though a passenger told the driver that those French couple are still inside the immigration. I think the driver will still wait for the passengers though, they just want to scare them for not giving them the 5USD commission.
The price online is expensive compared to actual ticket.

The bus departed on time with a 10-min toilet stop in between. The bus was clean as you are not permitted to go onboard with shoes. The space was a bit narrower than I had expected but good enough for me. Overall, it was a great experience

We arrived and the bus had a defect (basically, not full) so they send you to another company where the same quality standards for which you paid cannot be guaranteed.
In this case, 12go.asia tells you to refuse and ask them directly for a refund. However, from reviews, this refund never comes. So you get scammed a few bucks in the process to get on the other bus.
We got rebooked on the company Futa: good sleeping buses, clean, arrived on time. Better to book directly with them!

Punctual Start in HCM City. Felt save all the time especially since I have ny daughter with me. But I would think about going over night because the sleeping racks are a bit small for European males. Nevertheless good trip ! Reached Mui Ne a bit earlier than planned. Highly appreciated

Halfway we had to switch from bus, everyone so it was not clear why. At Hue we were dropped outside the centre while they told us in Hoi An we should go to the office on Hue. A lot of taxis popped up, ee decided to walk, but it was not what they prommised us.

The bus is very clean and comfortable. The pickup in Hue is doable, being stuffed with 10 in an 8 people van for 5 minutes. We were not allowed to take a quick stop at a toilet, not even when the bus stopped to load goods in Da Nang. Close to Hoi An the driver yelled something and apparently it was the bus stop. Concluding the bus was great but communication is terrible.
