Ưu điểm của đi xe khách:

- Di chuyển bằng xe khách rất dễ dàng - không cần phải đến bến xe trước giờ khởi hành quá lâu, và thủ tục để lên xe thường rất nhanh chóng, trái với di chuyển bằng máy bay.
- Vé xe khách thường rẻ. Giá xe có thể hơi cao đối với hạng VIP, nhưng nếu bạn muốn mua vé giá rẻ, xe khách vẫn là lựa chọn hàng đầu.
- Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều hạng xe để phù hợp với nhu cầu và chi phí. Nếu bạn muốn một hành trình thực sự thoải mái, di chuyển bằng xe khách cũng hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được điều đó.
Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:
- Bến xe của các chuyến xe liên tỉnh có thể nằm xa trung tâm. Có nghĩa là bạn cần tính thêm thời gian và chi phí để di chuyển đến địa điểm văn phòng xe. Trong một vài trường hợp, di chuyển đến bến xe có thể đắt hơn bạn nghĩ, bởi vì đôi khi chỉ có một vài nhà xe được phép khai thác tuyến đó - và giá vé có thể bị đẩy lên cao.
- Vào cuối tuần hoặc mùa cao điểm, vé xe khách đi đến các điểm thu hút khách du lịch có thể hết vé toàn bộ lịch trình xe, và bạn sẽ cần phải đặt vé trước từ sớm.
- Đi xe khách không bị phụ thuộc vào thời tiết như đi phà/ tàu cao tốc, nhưng xe có thể khởi hành muộn hoặc thậm chí bị huỷ vì yếu tố thời tiết hoặc điều kiện đường xá - hãy lưu ý điều này nếu bạn di chuyển vào một mùa hay tới một địa điểm nhất định.

Super Erfahrung um Schlafbus. Wasser bekommen, bequem. Ich kann die Fahrt nur weiter empfehlen. Schadw dass niemand wnglusch spricht. War sehr schwierig zu verstehen was löuft und warum man wohin umsteigen muss. Hat aber zum Glück geklappt!

Check in operators were extremely helpful. Announcements for services are in Vietnamese with no visual indicators. However, the desk assistant who checked me in made sure to come tell me when my bus had arrived, knowing that I likely wouldn’t pick up the announcement on my own. I likely would have missed it without her support; could it be more grateful.
The bus itself was more comfy than expected (only two beds across rather than three)!
Only distracting a star because the bus only stopped once for the bathroom about an hour into the 6 hour trip.

I couldn't believe how confortable I was. Also I was the only foreigner travelling on the coach and the staff( and passengers)has been super friendly and efficient. I was actually sad to leave the bus !

Clean
Good communication up front.
They send us a text the bus departed 30 minutes earlier.
The pee stop was once in a lifetime. Would not have wanted to miss that in the world.
We are all 1m85 or taller the beds were hard and a good sleep is impossible but it was fun. The driver drives incredibly fast.. but as in all Vietnam all just seems to go right. Haven’t seen accidents damages etc. The give space to each other,

Transfer from the city centre to the bus terminal first, woeked smoothly. Bus left 30min before time and arrived 90min before time. Very cofortable sleeper, also for me 1.80m tall.

The bus was very clean and comfortable. The extra money spent on the VIP bus is definitely worth it. Everything was on time and the bus left promptly. The only downside was the announcements from the staff throughout the journey were not in English so we didn’t really know what was happening.

Great bus! Sleeper beds were comfortable, despite being slightly small. The staff on the bus was super helpful, and would arrange timely stops on the way for toilets / food. My only criticism is in relation to the duration (the trip took slightly longer than usual), but otherwise, excellent service!

Overall good bus although seats are a bit less comfy than the picture looks. They are completely lay flat which is nice but means no extra leg room so not suitable if you are over 170cm. Bus left more or less on time, but did arrive about 2 hours early.

Transport was ok, but we were not informed at all (duration of break, where to get off, since there were to options in Ho Chi Minh City) as a consequence of the lack of english of the bus crew.

We went from Da Lat to HCMS. Nice Bus Station in Da Lat, friendly staff, we got water and a wet tissue. The bus was modern, clean and tidy, not smelly. The passengers >175cm should be prepared to not fully stretch out. Our luggage got a sticker and we only got it back when we showed the pickup ticket. The driver drove carefully without honking all the time. We arrived 1h 40mins early in HCMC.

The seats are very narrow to sleep for a long journey, it's useful for shorter journeys till 4 hours. Bus is very clean and hygienic. The staff in the bus didn't knew English but was able to convey my message. It stops for 20-30 mins after it starts after 2 hours for a break.

12GO gave the wrong boarding address in their email and when we arrived we were told to go to another pick up location. We only arrived with a minute to spare!

Alles war super organisiert. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich gut um uns gekümmert und auch auf unsere Station geachtet. Es gab eine Toilettenpause und für den weiter Transport in das Hotel wurden wir mit einem Grab Fahrer gebracht

Information about terminals and departure time was not made clear by 12Go and covid safety information provided by 12Go was not accurate. Thanh Buoi was good- but 12Go sucks.

What a nice surprise- we’ve been travelling for a while in SE Asia and expectation was low. Boy were we wrong. This was a great service. Bus was excellent and we were dropped at the door if our hotel for 13 USD !

Service was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Free transfer to and from hotel in Can Tho was included. The semi-sleeper is made for small people, though - i am 5'7"" and could not really stretch my legs, while my head was almost touching the ceiling of my cabin. The drive was all fine, except of the driver hooting almost constantly.

Die Ausstattung des Busses ist sehr gut, aber das Personal immer unfreundlich und kann kein englisch! War 2 stunden zu früh am ziel und musste somit mehr in der unterkunft zahlen! Hab mich nicht ausgekannt und jagen alle schreiend aus dem Bus! Das geht besser!

The bus trip of about 7hrs from HCM - Dalat was pleasantly comfortable. The sleeper seats could be pushed upright or reclined. Wifi onboard. 1 toilet break + 1 lunch break.

The driver is over taking constantly. Even when it is too dangerous to overtake. I do not feel safe at all.

Very nice bus, but screens and chargers didn’t work. One bathroom stop over a 6.5 hr bus is inhumane. Very difficult to communicate with staff

Wir reisten mit dem Semisleeper von Ho Chi Minh City nach Can Tho. Diesen Bus mit den Liegemöglichkeiten fanden wir super, denn man legte die Strecke auf angenehme Weise zurück. Der Bus ist sauber und es geht sehr ruhig zu. Der Preis ist unschlagbar.

Having been in southeast Asia for a while now, I still get frustrated with the lack of professionalism amongst bus drivers and the amount of beeping they do. I realize it's part of the culture here but being on a semi-sleeper, one might wish to get some shut eye. This was impossible for me with a driver whose hand was on the air horn as much as his foot was on the gas pedel. Also he nearly rear ended the driver in front of on no less than 3 occasions. I think he was overly concerned with getting us to the destination early, which we did by 30 minutes.
