Der Bus war bequem, sauber und pünktlich. Nur der Fahrer ist sehr schnell gefahren und somit war es eher unruhig und man konnte schlecht schlafen.

The communication was very rough, everything seemed rushed and the driver was reckless. I couldn‘t sleep because I was scared as the driver was speeding so much. In between we stopped for an hour without any explanation. I arrived 2,5 hours earlier being dropped-Off at 4am. I didn‘t even have the time to put on my shoes before the bus took Off again.

Es gibt keine Toilette in dem 34VIP, alle nicht vietnamesisch Gäste mussten oben verbringen wo am meisten schaukelt und die untern Plätze waren für die einheimischen, die teilweise auch frei geblieben sind.ständig sind wir angehalten, weil jemand von den Fahrern rauchen war und es wurde nicht Bescheid gegeben. Die 2 Stops unterwegs waren von den Toiletten her Katastrophe. Stehklos die nicht angeschlossen waren also hat man sich selbst auf die Füße gemacht. Bei den Frauen war es nicht besser .
Es gab aber immerhin eine Flasche Wasser und eine Decke

Hat alles super geklappt. Fahrer konnte zwar kein Englisch, somit war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig, als er wissen wollte ob wir schon bezahlt haben. Aber andere Insassen konnten helfen.

The bus was broken and had to be repaired, so the departure time was 1,5 hours later than scheduled. From the agency, we got a picture of the bus that we have to take, in the end it turned out that the picture was not correct. That lead to confusion and stress as we didn't know if the bus we were standing in front of was the right one. It took 10 minutes to clarify it with the agency.

Bus war sauber aber Personal war nicht zuvorkommend, bzw. der van Fahrer war sehr schwierig von Hanoi nach halong Bay da er uns umsetzte fast 3 mal obwohl es nichts an der Anzahl der Plätze änderte. War eher schwierig aber wenn man ruhig bleibt kommt man gut an. Eine Toiletten Pause pro Fahrt war dabei. Sonst alles gut gegangen.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Als ich am Treffpunkt angekommen bin, sind wir sofort losgefahren. Ich musste nicht warten. Die Reise war schneller als gedacht und der Bus war überhaupt nicht voll. Kann ich ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen!

Es hat alles Super geklappt, bis auf die Schlafkabinen, bei einer Körpergröße von über 1,70cm wir es kritisch. Gönnt euch vorher ne ordentliche Massage. Der Fahrer hatte es wohl auch sehr eilig gehabt, da ich viel früher angekommen bin(Saigon-Ha Tien). Die Weiterfahrt wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst, danke dafür. Super Service

Die Fahrt war in Ordnung und man konnte auch ein bisschen schlafen. Die einzige Kritik geht an den Fahrer der ständig am hupen war, was natürlich beim schlafen nicht förderlich ist.

I had a day trip which is why I booked a bus for 7 pm. On the same day they text me that the bus leaves an hour early. Thankfully my trip ended early and I got there at 17:45. when I got there the bus was already there and all the people were waiting for me inside. We started driving immediately and after some time were dropped off at a bus station to wait. There we got on another bus to get to Hue. We got there in the end. The seats were comfortable but the time management was not good

Wir sind sehr freundlich vom Personal am Bahnhof abgeholt und zum Bus gelotst worden. Es war eine coole Erfahrung und es lief alles reibungslos. Wir haben zwischendurch längere und auch kürzere Bio-Pausen gemacht. Ich bin 178cm lang und hatte an sich noch bequem Platz. Jeder bekommt eine Decke in seine Kabine und auch Wasser steht dort bereit. Die Fahrt war schon etwas verrückt, aber wir konnten dennoch gut entspannen und zwischendurch auch Tiefschlaf haben. Gefühlt sind wir nämlich über die Straßen geflogen und jeder der uns in die Quere kam, wurde mit Hupen und Lichthupe signalisiert, dass wir es eilig haben. Das scheint hier im Verkehr aber normal zu sein. Der Fahrer hat uns rechtzeitig über alle Ereignisse oder Stops informiert.
Am Ende sind wir eine Stunde früher in Da Nang angekommen als geplant. War uns auch recht ;)
Wir können diese Tour vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis definitiv empfehlen und würden auch nochmal buchen.
Kleine Empfehlung: Nimmt euch ruhig etwas zum naschen und ein Nackenkissen mit.

Travel agency/cars are good, but the drivers are different every time. One day they are ok, next day they are catastrophic with the same agency. Risky driving, accidentally driving full speed into huge potholes. The system is just not good with agencies hiring cheap drivers.

Wir sind mit dem Bus von Sapa nach Cat Ba gefahren. Der Bus fuhr überpünktlich los und kam pünktlich an. Die Sitze waren bequem und es war sehr ruhig im Bus, sodass man gut schlafen konnte. Der Busfahrer hat regelmäßig an großen Busbahnhöfen angehalten, an denen man auf Toilette gehen und was kaufen konnte. Leider waren die Ablagen hinter den Sitzen nicht ganz leer (leere Flaschen und Verpackungen) - das ist aber auch der einzige Contra-Punkt.

Bus startete mit Verspätung von über 1 Std. Es stiegen mit der Zeit überall zufällig noch Personen hinzu, die scheinbar kein Ticket hatten. Sie lagen dann einfach im Mittelgang und berührten einem während des Schlafs und schnarchten. Schlaf war somit unmöglich. Der Bus stoppte mitten auf der viel befahrenen Straße weit außerhalb, wo kein Grab funktioniert und Taxifahrer einen versuchen abzuziehen und überhöhte Preise verlangen. Alles in einem keine gute Erfahrung.

We went to Da Nang first crammed with 6 people into a car, changed there for the van before changing to another van outside of Hue. Also made a lunch break of 20+ minutes just 20 minutes away from Hue. Arrived about 45 minutes late. And thats triple the price of a bus. :(

Die Koordination und Kommunikation war schlecht. Zuerst wurde mir per WhatsApp eine um 30 Minuten spätere Abfahrtszeit mitgeteilt, die ich bestätigen sollte. Dann wurde auf meine Nachfrage aber nicht mehr reagiert. Zudem stimmte der ausgemachte Treffpunkt nicht. Vor Ort wurden wir aufgefordert, schnell weitere ca. 600m zu einem Parkplatz zu folgen. Zudem wurden Pausen und deren Länge nicht kommuniziert. Insgesamt hatte der Bus am Ende 1,5 Stunden Verspätung.

It was late but super comfy! They stopped at a rest stop half way too, which helped us get a nice meal. The bus station itself isn't great so make sure you stock up before you get on the bus.
The lady at the counter was incredibly grumpy too and quite unhelpful.
The bus was quite late but we still arrived earlier than predicted.
As with every bus driver in south east Asia, they're driving it like they stole it so you'll never have to worry about being late.
The beds themselves were good too, if a little firm! The cabin has good lighting but the LCD screen basically just mirrors the screen of the driver. So, if he's not playing tunes, that LCD doesn't make sense.
The chargers are USB-A so be aware that a USB-C cable won't help.
The view on this route was insanely nice too!
Still worth the money.

Der Fahrer hat uns 10 min vor Abfahrt am Treffpunkt abgeholt, zwar in einem Auto, mit nur ihm und wir und hat uns nach Da Nang gefahren wo dann der Bus stand. Bisschen irritiert, aber sonst war die Reise genau wie beschrieben.

Wir wurden am Flughafen von einem kleinen Bus abgeholt (trotz einer kleinen Verspätung von uns,verursacht durch lange Schlangen am Flughafen), welcher uns in 5min zum Reisebus fuhr. Dieser war äußert komfortabel, sauber und neu. Wasser gab es an jedem Platz genug und man konnte im Bus auch kostenlos neues holen, sowie die saubere Toilette benutzen. Außerdem gab es WLAN, welches ausgezeichnet funktioniert hat. Ich kann die Reise mit dem Bus von SaoViet nur empfehlen, auch wenn man als 1.85m Europäer nicht gerade gut liegen kann.

1) we booked two tickets, but only one person was on the list; felt lucky we were both allowed to travel
2) we were pick-pocketed and relieved off our cash and card

Seats were ok, a bit too short. The rest was terrible. On the Ha Giang-Sapa trip we stopped only once for the toilet... in the middle of a road, in the bushes! Meanwhile the guy in charge of the trip stopped about 7 times to pick up and deliver some packages he was making some extra money off of. At least half of these stops had an obviously visible toilet, and yet he and the driver refused to let any passenger leave the bus. The company was aware of the situation via Whatsapp, but did not comment.

Sehr komfortabel, die Klimaanlage allerdings sehr sehr kalt. Beim Ein- und Ausstieg war alles sehr hektisch. Beim Zwischenstopp in Hanoi sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter im Office.

The bus was on time and the staff was really nice. Only thing I didn't like was the stop at a shop for 20 minutes. In my opinion unnecessary

Uncomfortable ride. 2130 until 0500, we only stopped for a toilet break once, at 0230. I tried finding a toilet at the back of the bus in the dark, as I walked down the corridor some Vietnamese bloke who was laying on the floor between berths (despite there being an empty bed next to him) started kicking me and pointing at me to go away, so I couldn't get past him to see if there was a toilet (I'm assuming not). After that the driver / assistant were speaking loudly while passengers were trying to sleep. Also the bus that turned up was a Queen Cafe, not even a TBus.
