- Vé xe khách thường rẻ. Giá xe có thể hơi cao đối với hạng VIP, nhưng nếu bạn muốn mua vé giá rẻ, xe khách vẫn là lựa chọn hàng đầu.
- Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều hạng xe để phù hợp với nhu cầu và chi phí. Nếu bạn muốn một hành trình thực sự thoải mái, di chuyển bằng xe khách cũng hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được điều đó.
Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:
- Bến xe của các chuyến xe liên tỉnh có thể nằm xa trung tâm. Có nghĩa là bạn cần tính thêm thời gian và chi phí để di chuyển đến địa điểm văn phòng xe. Trong một vài trường hợp, di chuyển đến bến xe có thể đắt hơn bạn nghĩ, bởi vì đôi khi chỉ có một vài nhà xe được phép khai thác tuyến đó - và giá vé có thể bị đẩy lên cao.

I wanted to go to Pranburi but the lady of the office decided I will go to a city 20km before it. It makes more sense to go to the bus terminal and buy the ticket directly from the bis company. It saves about 300 Baht.

Overall the trip was fine but as a heads up to other travellers; you pay the company and they shuttle you to the bus station, sort out your ticket for you and then leave you to get on a proper bus to Nong Khai, where you are met by a relative of one of the company who then shuttles you to the border with some info regarding how to cross. This was not bad or difficult it was just unknown to me :)

La personne qui nous a reçu pour l'enregistrement des réservations n'est pas aimable. Le mini bus est vieux et très sale. Par contre nous sommes bien arrivés à l'heure

El bus salió una hora tarde. No tenía wifi lo cual nos habían asegurado al hacer la reserva y no se parecía en nada al de las fotos. El baño era deplorablemente. Al subir nos dijeron que tendríamos la cena incluida en un parador y jamas pararon para comer. Si nos dieron una manta, una botella de agua y un paquete de galletitas. Los asientos eran bastante incómodos. Lo único positivo es que te incluía el taxi dentro de la ciudad vieja de Chiang Mai sin costo.

A causa di un volo aereo mancato, causa Aereoflot, arrivato troppo tardi a Bangkok, non ho potuto usufruire della prenotazione. Avvisando per tempo 12go, non mi è stato possibile recuperare nulla, ok per il bus, ma non capisco perché non mi possono rimborsare la barca e il tuc tuc!! Non credo che lo abbiano pagato!

Would not recommend this form of transport. We left the Tara Tours office only 15 minutes late (not bad compared to others) a minivan took us to the bus station where the Tara tours lady got us a ticket and left us in the waiting area to wait for 50 minutes before the bus actually left (10.30 bus). Still thought we could make the 20.30 arrival but there were so many stops and pick ups along the way we did end up arriving 2 hours late. The bus was not very comfortable, it was really full at times and in our case no water or food were provided. There was a stop about 2,5 hours in where you could get food and a few bathroom breaks along the way but all together not a comfortable trip. Will take the train again next time.

It was a hassle ride cause you have to transfer your bag from one bus to another... You have two buses to ride... From Bangkok to Nong Khai then from Nong Khai to Vientiane Laos... It says here 16:00
(4:00pm) but it was like we left from the agency at 6:30pm and then the bus left in Bangkok 8:40 pm (20:40)... This is expensive here.. Cause the ticket they gave me bangkok to Nong Khai it cost (400+ ThaiBaht) and Nong Khai to Vientiane cost 55Thaibaht. I can say you can do it by yourself cause when you reached to the place(bus terminal) that's the time they buy you ticket in which you can do it by yourself... You can save alot and spend lesser than you pay here at 1100 ThaiBaht.

First time ever rated on here, they had extra buses as it’s just before songkran so probably their peakest day of the year...cheap and ridiculously well organised, red trucks ready to take everyone to their hostels. Well done!

We paid 580 Bath per person for a trip that was actually worth only 180 Bath (usual price for a bus ride from Bangkok to Pranburi)
On the website there was no information about the fact that this bus goes to Southern Terminal before going to Pranburi - with additional waiting time and change from one bus to another. If I had known that, I would have taken a taxi directly to Southern Terminal - for a cheaper fare - and not to Khao San Road!
At least the bus was on time, this is the reason I gave two stars.

Impossible de trouver l’agence pour le départ du van car pas d’enseigone Puis, le van est arrivé il nous a depose à une gare des bus où nous avons pris donc un autre van après avoir attendu ... autant se rendre directement à la gare des bus par ses propres moyens!

Wir hatten einen Reisebus mit Klimaanlage und Toilette gebucht und bekamen einen Minibus. Dafür hat es nur zwei Stunden anstatt dreieinhalb gedauert. Der Minibus war ok und der Fahrer ist relativ ordentlich gefahren. Im großen und ganzen kann ich den Transfer empfehlen.

Buchung erfolgte über 12Go Asia.
Generell gilt, wenn ihr von Khao San Road irgendwo hin wollt geht einfach in das nächste Reisebüro bei euch am Hotel welches euch sympathisch erscheint und die Mitarbeiter freundlich sind.
Unser Trip war mit 12Go Asia gebucht, in unserem Reisebüro war am Abend als wir uns erkundigen wollten ob ein pickup am Hotel möglich wäre ein Abendesszimmer mit Baby und zwei riesigen stinkenden Hunden. Am nächsten Tag bei der Abfahrt mussten wir auch auf unserem Bus vor der Türe am Gehsteig in der Sonne warten weil drinnen schon wieder die Besitzer beim Essen waren. Es erschien uns eher als Wohn/Esszimmer mit einem Schreibtisch. Die Mittarbeiter waren auch super gelangweilt und unfreundlich. Man hatte das Gefühl nicht willkommen zu sein und als Kunde eigentlich zu stören. Der Zubringen Minibus hielt drei mal bevor wir in unserem Bus nach Hua Hin umsteigen konnten. (Was natürlich immer passieren kann, wenigstens sind wir keinen großen Umweg gefahren - am besten aber immer fragen ob es direkt zum Busterminal geht) Immerhin sind wir bis zum Bus von unserer schlechtgelaunten Reisebüroagentin gebracht worden. Der Bus nach Hua Hin war ein üblicher total fertiger, verschmutzter Fernbus mit dreckigem Gepäckfach. Also lieber nicht viel erhoffen!

Definitely not what we expected! Ticket said to arrive 30mins before departure so we did, only to be told to wait an hour for another customer who never showed. They drove us to the Chatachuk bus depot where we had 2hrs of a layover. Again, the bus was not the type of sleeper bus we expected it to be and had we known, we would have paid the little extra for the VIP bus instead, ohh and the bus was super cold the whole trip, not able to adjust your aircon on this trip. We were dropped off on the side of the road, another 10min walk from the actual depot. Once there, we got our next tickets and had to take a tuktuk ride for about half an hour at 6am, definitely not dressed accordingly, to the boarder. Not much description as to where to go or how to do things.

Nous nous sommes rendus mais avec du retard. En fait je croyais qu'en regardant sur 12go Asia je pourrais avoir des indications sur les billets de bus et les horaires mais ce qui est proposé comme horaire c'est par l'intermédiaire d'agences donc nécessairement les prix sont plus élevés (pour un trajet Bangkok-sukhotai le billet directement à la gare est de 355baths mais il a coûté 650baths avec 12go Asia).
Donc pour les billets de bus faites vous confiance, allez directement à la gare et vous pourrez assez facilement acheter votre billet. Les bus sont numérotés et sur le billet il y a le numéro du quai, le numéro du bus et le numéro du siège qui sont inscrits. Bref les informations essentielles.
Bon voyage et minimisez les intermédiaires pour éviter les mauvaises surprises!

Check in time was half hours before trip, but
Office was closed at appropriate time (must be opened 15 min after trip time).
But for us trip was the successful.
Some travelers was asked to exit the bus.

Check in should be in the office half hour before departure. They didn't do it this earlier like should be they start to do it when busses arrived. Good driver. Busses little bit old, toilet in the bus, you have also cover for the night. We arrived half hour faster than should be.

The agency is really hard to find. Even with google maps. Really confusing the whole process. After 40min in the office, they drove us in a small van to the station and they took just 2 of us with the first van. Me and another girl had to wait 1more hour for the next one. We were supposed to get Ayutthaya at 12.30 and we arrived at 14.15. Really bad considering that it closes at 18.00pm

Arrived in Pattaya 1h10mins relayed. Were driven to a normal bus stop where they bought tickets for a regular bus for us. Tip: buy it yourself there and dont book with a travel agency

I did manage to go from bangkok to kanchanaburi, but the part that was done by tara tour & travel was pretty bad. The people that work at tara are extremely unfriendly and they just drop you off at the busstation, so you can also just take a grab to the minivan terminal and buy a ticket there. The rest did go as planned although it took a bit longer.

Trip was fine. Nice van took us to the main van area and purchased tickets for forward travel. Negative was the lady and driver were both miserable and in very bad moods!

Booked to pick us up at 11 but left at 11.30 but still got there on time :) Tara travel was a little hard to find as maps says it’s over the bridge on the right side but it’s the left of the road. Had to swap buses but got aircon and a comfy seat. Really lovely people

I got on a first mini bus that took me to another bus station, where I waited around 30 minutes for another mini bus to start.
I don’t recommend if you are in a hurry. As I was aware this could happen, it did not bother me. We got there in the end !

Booking process was easy. We arrived at the Khao San Road office 30 minutes in advance, as advised. We were told to wait and left only at 11.30, half an hour late, when a man came out of the office who had already been there when we checked in and led us to a van that had already been parked there ever since we got there... he drove us to the bus station and showed us the platform where again we waited for quite a while. No one told us what we could expect, they didn't speak much english so information was very poor. Eventually the mini bus arrived that would drive us to Kanchanaburi. This was a comfortable van with good ac. Along the route we stopped a couple of times to pick up or drop off passengers. We arrived in Kanchanaburi around 5.30 instead of 3.30 as scheduled. All together it was a comfortabele drive but if you choose the 11am bus just consider it a travel day and don't make any plans as the time schedule means absolutely nothing.

I was only 3min late and van to bus station had already left. But Khao San put me on next bus 1h later. However my earlier stop in Pranburi was not communicated to driver so i had to take a taxi back to where i wanted to go.

We really enjoyed the tour. Especially because of our tourguide Lucky. She is the best, she is so funny but also informative. She answers all your questions and is very clear on about what is going to happen. We were lucky to see Lucky!

We had to change 3 times from the bus before we went away. And when we were finally in Kanchanaburi, i just got out of the bus, and they said I had to walk to the hotel. This was just at a busy street, in the middle of nowhere...

It does take you from Bangkok to Ayutthaya, but you will be brought to a bus station for a mini van transfer (without any verbal explanation however)
We were there 30 minutes in advance and the shop was still closed until 5 min before dept. time, but in the end we left precisely at the booked time
Long story short, we got there as promised but don’t expect any explanation/service apart from the vans.

A very stressful trip :
We arrived at the adress but the shop was empty and obviously closed. We called the nulber but did not understand the response and then they hung up on us. People on the street saw us struggling during half an hour (because we arrived early as indicated on the reservation). They told us where to knock (a few doors up on the left) and the woman took 10min to open the door (i think we woke her up). During this time we looked at the google reviews and saw that sometimes they just took you to the bus station if the van is not full so we started to stress out. The woman was not explaining what was gonna happen. Finally, a van arrived and we were told to get in but further information was given, we did nog know if we were going to the bus station or kanchanaburi. In the end we arrived but it was stressful. We think that if people in the street didnt help us we would never have travelled with this van.
