Giới thiệu Supercat

Để đến được những hòn đảo đẹp nhất, bạn chắc hẳn sẽ phải lựa chọn đi tàu cao tốc.   • Thường sẽ có các loại vé tàu khác nhau để bạn chọn phù hợp nhất với nhu cầu, từ giá vé tàu, mức độ tiện nghi, thời gian di chuyến và giờ chạy tàu.
  • Hãy Đặt vé trực tuyến để tiết kiệm thời gian - và đối với một vài hành trình, việc mua vé trước gần như là bắt buộc. Lý do là vé có thể hết rất sớm vào cuối tuần hoặc kỳ nghỉ lễ. Đặc biệt là nếu hành trình của bạn chỉ có vài chuyến khởi hành trong ngày, bạn cần đặt vé trước ít nhất vài ngày.

  • Say sóng là vấn đề nhiều người gặp phải. Hành trình càng dài, biển động càng lớn, thì nguy cơ càng cao bạn sẽ cảm thấy buồn nôn. Để tận hưởng chuyến đi, bạn có thể uống trước thuốc chống say khoảng nửa tiếng trước khi khởi hành.
  • Di chuyển bằng tàu cao tốc và phà phụ thuộc rất nhiều vào thời tiết. Khi thời tiết không tốt, chuyến đi có thể bị trì hoãn hoặc thậm chí bị hủy. Đôi khi một tuyến đường đi bằng tàu cao tốc có thể bị ngừng khai thác vài ngày vì bão. Vậy hãy lưu ý rằng những trường hợp tương tự có thể xảy ra nếu bạn đặt vé nối tiếp với chuyến bay - có nguy cơ bạn vào được đất liền muộn so với dự tính trong một số mùa nhất định.

Much easier than I was anticipating based on the instructions. I arrived just 25 minutes before departure time due to traffic and was worried I'd be too late, I was then a bit confused to see the office closed. Luckily a helpful local pointed me KN the right direction, with the prebooked ticket and voucher I could straight into the terminal bulling, pay my 25 pesos local tax, check in my bag (60 pesos) and get straight on the ferry. No issues with my luggage een though I was a bit nervous leaving it. The boat was comfortable, especially in business class which was nicely air conditioned. Bags were unloaded quickly at the other end.

Great support and customer service. Staff helped as we moved to different view areas. We arrived on time and our luggage was readily available. Wish I knew the pork noodles we bought at the terminal was not allowed on Bohol but that was my mistake. See you on the return ride. Thomas

Pier 1 cebu has both ferry companies Staff was informative. Tickets can be purchased outside.The women at the information desk inside were very good. Enter the terminal. Pay the terminal fee. To the right check in and select a seat. Check in staff were pleasant. Proceed to your gate. Supercat to the right side dock. Smooth sailing..good crew. Everything you need to know here 12go excellent company but for purposes of location pier 1 was absent in description which can be confusing for travelers when booking a grab cab. Taxi driver knew where.

Communication & information is poor. Was very hard to figure out which pier to arrive to, theres a lot of misinformation out there. When you get there, it’s one more charge after another charge. The employees hardly speak Tagalog, only their native dialect, & are rude. The ferry itself & travel across the water was good. Fast, more helpful/kind staff, fun movie to watch, & decent breakfast food. Just from online booking, to ticket office, to the info mismatching everywhere, to the baggage fee, is the hassle lame part.

Such a ball ache travelling anywhere in the Philippines. Have to always pay extra. Pay a terminal fee (how else do you think we are going to get on the ferry) pay a "loading and unloading fee" (I could have put my own bag on the boat, not worth 60 pesos), on and on. The actual ferry ride was fine but the rest was such a hassle that it overshadows the whole experience.

Our 11am ferry was cancelled giving us 2.5 hours of hanging around in the terminal waiting for the 1.30pm ferry. We did not receive any notification of the cancellation until we tried to check in. Once on board the trip was fast and comfortable.

The system used for getting tickets and entering the building is like herding animals on a boat or in a yard. It needs to be updated. The porters were 100 percent with their service and I tipped them very good. No food or drinks served in business class upstairs.

Staff were helpful and most importantly it left when it was due to.. Unlike Starline on a previous trip which was due to leave at 7pm and they cancelled it! Then had to wait for the 9pm crossing which was postponed until 10.45pm!! And due to this I lost a night and a full day at my hotel I had paid for!! (Far superior service with12Go Asia!!) Never use Starline!!

the departure time was supposedly 12:30PM. the boarding started at around 1PM, and the vessel departed at 1:31PM. There was no advisory/announcement done, not even an apology or explaination. It's as if being delayed for an hour is normal and given.

I bought a ticket for Feb 6 departure earlier in the week and due to the tropical storm the ferry was cancelled. Your people working the ports said I had to buy a brand new ticket for the following day . I could try and get a refund from the original port. They told me I need to contact customer support. I feel it is just a shell game of pointing finger and not accomplishing anything other than to take people’s money.

The vessel is obviously worn out (leather seats tattered, not all seats have tray tables) and you can smell gasoline inside the vessel that I had to wear face mask for the duration of the trip. The partnered shuttle to Tacloban does not come with a transfer vehicle. Each passenger will have to individually find their way to the shuttle terminal from the port.
