Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:
- Bến xe của các chuyến xe liên tỉnh có thể nằm xa trung tâm. Có nghĩa là bạn cần tính thêm thời gian và chi phí để di chuyển đến địa điểm văn phòng xe. The tour was excellent. We arrived over an hour early in chiang mai, check in was simple, seat comfortable and they provided a blanket. The toilet in the bus was CLEAN and worked! If you know flix bus in Europe this is 1000 times better. They gave water, and snacks. You can charge your phone on the bus and they do stop during the night for food at a restaurant. No internet on board but that isn’t promised either. They do turn off the lights during the night

Everything was good - timing, the snacks, temperature controls for each passenger. Only thing is, one of the drivers over night was driving very rashly. I think there was another driver in the morning and he was driving a lot better. This why I give it 5 instead of 5 stars. My rating is not impacted by this - The road to Mae hong. Son is windy and steep in places. Please carry motion sickness pills. This

Not sure why some left bad reviews. Sure food they provide is limited, a tiny snack at best, but they stop half way in a spot where you can get a few snacks. Dont expect to find a big dinner or restaurant, it’s more so u can stretch your legs. Think of getting food from somewhere before maybe if you’re hungry but again, it’s a night ride so you might want to just sleep.
Bus was very clean, lots of privacy, comfortbale but a bit sits are a bit small for me (1.80m) anyway, definitely recommand it. Well worth the money.

We booked the most expensive bus from Sombat your but was not comfortable at all. Food provided on the way was very average. Many better option available at much cheaper price. For refreshments barely a slice of hard cake…no water provided as well.

Really great trip- the bus is very comfortable with lots of leg space. The bus assistant was really friendly. The ticket includes a free lunch, water and a snack. Air conditioning was just right and the bus arrived in time.

Positives: On time, clean, spacious and wide seats. Includes cup holders, reading light, curtains, blanket, TV with movies, a small snack and bottle of water provided. First impressions of the bus is positive.
Negatives: About 3 hours into the journey, the whole bus started to smell like the toilet. It was bad for the remaining 10 hours and every time someone would open the toilet door, the smell of urine and poo would get stronger. The adjustable seat is only comfortable for very short people or children, there is no space for your legs if you recline/raise the leg rest. The coach left at 3:30pm and we didn’t stop for the meal break until 11:30pm, everyone was very hungry. To stop for the meal break, the lights suddenly came on full brightness and music played, which startled everyone who was asleep in the dark, quiet bus. The meal included in the ticket is at a food court where the options were a very poor standard and looked like the food had been sitting there all day. Bring plenty of your own snacks and be sure to bring a jacket as the AC is very cold.

It was really good experience. The seats are big enough, you can have also massage, they give you some sugar snacks which are totally fine, they give a bottle of water. We stopped just one time in the middle of a trip. Everything was good.

バスステーションの場所がわかりにくかった。地元の人に何回か聞いて分かったが、通りの名前と番号がわかればもう少し楽にたどり着けたと思う。乗り心地は良く、安全運転だったので安心していられた。車内も清潔でよかった。

Comfy trip. Smell from toilet passes through entire bus sometimes but not as bad as on the trains.

돈므앙으로 방콕에 도착한 뒤 곧장 후아힌으로 이동하는 데 가장 완벽한 선택이었던 것 같네요. 출발 시간은 조금 늦었고 방콕 시내 다소 교통체증이 있었는데도 후아힌 도착은 정시에 했어요. 의자는 매우 넓고 편안하며 실내 공기도 쾌적합니다.

The driver was great, the attendent was rude, while sleeping a new passenger needed to sit behind me. She just flipped my seat up. This caused harm to me, my neck and arm. I am 66 years old. Gently wake me, I am easy to work with. Now I am suffering.

The bus was very comfortable and the trip went well. What was really bad that the driver didn't stop at Mochit bts. We asked that before the trip at the desk and they said the bus would definitely stop at Mochit. We did say it also to the driver. Many passengers wanted to leave at Mochit and they were all very angry.

Most amazing bus I’ve ever been on. Snacks, stopover for food included tv screen for every seat, massage chair, amazing recliner on seat and foot rest , blanket and neck pillow provided . Didn’t want the journey to end loved it

Le bus est parti a l'heure et est arrivé avec 1h d'avance (à 6h AM au lieu de 7h AM), il y avait une couverture et un coussin à disposition. On nous a offert au départ une collation et une bouteille d'eau et chaque siège disposait d'un écran multimédia avec des des films en anglais donc un plus. Petit bémol : 30 min avant l'arrivée certaines personnes se sont vu offrir du café et des lingettes rafraîchissantes ce qui n'a pas été le cas pour tout le monde.

Seats are nice, bus is clean but impossible to stretch the legs in font of you. The personal on board wad really disagreeable. And it was supposed to be an express bus Phuket to Bangkok but the driver stop many times on the way to pick up and drop people... I'm not recommend this one, better to go for another company.

Bus very comfortable, fast journey (attention: it is possible to depart from north station or south station in Bangkok). And staff is very friedly. Only (big) flaw: awful smell from the toilettes coming in the whole bus regularly.

Great bus, except Sombat Tour your VIP First Class buses really should have wifi. How can a bus that cost 500 baht have wifi and your VIP bus that cost 1000 baht doesn't? Real VIP buses include WIFI! Outside of that it was wonderful. Also it would be nice if they gave us some sandwiches as well. Not just cookies. It’s 1000 baht ride. The seats were very comfortable though.

Bus is spacious with leg room. However, the staff could not handle basic English, though they managed to help us with ticketing.
