Ưu điểm:
Di chuyển bằng xe thuê hoặc xe taxi giúp bạn linh động về thời gian di chuyển, hành trình và các điểm dừng trên đường. Bạn chỉ cần lưu ý thông báo cho nhà xe trước về những yêu cầu của bạn, từ đó họ có thể tính giá cước. Nếu không thì giá cuối cùng bạn phải trả có thể cao hơn bạn dự tính.

Really cool that you offer this transportation from Vietnam to Cambodia! But when I ordered a van/limousine bus and gave the info about 5 luggage, I did not expect that a car was coming to pick us up and couldn’t even fit our luggage properly! So me and one of my friends had to sit in the back folded up and with luggage packed up around us. Really poor when you know the amount of baggage and passengers. Which was 5! Not 5.000.000 worth it! And the driver was speaking very highly and almost acted like we weren’t there.
All in all - not what I expected. And I’m hoping that you will have the time to read this and I will be looking forward to hearing from you soon!

SIMA Car was great! I accidentally booked the wrong pickup time do to the time change and they were able to send a car to pick me up early from the airport! The van was incredibly nice and clean and had seatbelts. The driver was great and I felt safe the entire time! I would highly recommend SIMA for any future transfer needs!

The driver didn't understand a Word im English. He wouldn't adjust the AC when we asked for IT, and listen to cery loud music. The ride was smooth and fast though.

Der SUV war in gutem Zustand. Der Tür zu Tür Service ist sehr angenehm.Die Zeitangabe von 2,5 Stunden sind dagegen völlig unrealistisch. Schon alleine die Fahrt durch Phnom Penh ist kaum in viel weniger als 1 Stunde zu schaffen. 3,5 Stunden sind das Minimum an Zeit, die benötigt wird, um Sihanoukville zu erreichen, ohne dass eine Pause eingelegt wird. Hätten wir, wie eigentlich geplant, die Überfahrt nach Koh Rong gebucht, wären wir in arge Zeitnot geraten.

The trip was very smooth. The driver was very polite and speaks English very well. He gave me many tips on what to do in Siem Real and explained some interesting facts. He drove very carefully. The car was very comfortable and had water available. I asked to receive advance notice and the driver called me an hour before, which was very helpful so I wouldn't miss my departure time. He arrived on time and helped me with my luggage. It was a great choice. I highly recommend it.

When we arrived there was no cars available and they couldn’t find our booking, it was in the period of Khmer new year so we understood and waited however there was a lot of waiting around to locate drivers as we had to change car and drivers twice on our journey. One of the cars also had lots of flies and there was even a cockroach in the car.

On a journey lasting several hours, it would be more comfortable if drinking water were available for guests. It doesn't cost much and should be included in the price. We've already experienced this service with other providers.

We ordered a car like the picture with room for 4 pieces of luggage.
We were picked up by an old car. The driver did not speak good English and in the back of his car he had a lot of private things and because of that our 2 suitcases almost did not fit. The driver was eating almost the entire trip and that sound was not pretty…

We tried Sima car again, but unfortunately, it did not change the mixed impression we had from our previous trip with the company.
This time, the driver did arrive in an SUV, unlike the other driver last time. We found it, however, completely unacceptable that almost a third of the boot was occupied by the driver’s luggage, making it impossible for us to fit all of ours in there. Consequently, we had no choice but to stow some of our luggage between our legs and on our laps, despite the fact that we had specifically booked for four suitcases.
Additionally, we expected the driver to focus on the road rather than being distracted by his two mobile phones throughout the drive.

This was a very smooth and easy ride from Pnom Penh to Siem Reap. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the journey allowed me to see Cambodia’s beautiful countryside. My driver was kind and professional. I highly recommend this method of transportation.

We specifically ordered an SUV, clearly stating that we would be traveling with four suitcases and additional hand luggage. Unfortunately, we were disappointed when the driver arrived in a BYD (either Seal or Destroyer) with a surprisingly small boot.
To avoid delaying our departure, we had no choice but to stow some of our luggage between our legs and on our laps. This resulted in zero legroom, making our journey anything but relaxed. It’s essential for companies to match their vehicles to customer needs, especially when luggage is a significant factor.

Trip was on November 12. Everything went well with the exception of one thing. I never received additional information providing driver info and car license plate beforehand, I had to ask around in the hotel lobby. Only then did I see the driver there.
