Ưu điểm của đi tàu cao tốc:

- Thường sẽ có các loại vé tàu khác nhau để bạn chọn phù hợp nhất với nhu cầu, từ giá vé tàu, mức độ tiện nghi, thời gian di chuyến và giờ chạy tàu.
- Hãy Đặt vé trực tuyến để tiết kiệm thời gian - và đối với một vài hành trình, việc mua vé trước gần như là bắt buộc. Lý do là vé có thể hết rất sớm vào cuối tuần hoặc kỳ nghỉ lễ. Đặc biệt là nếu hành trình của bạn chỉ có vài chuyến khởi hành trong ngày, bạn cần đặt vé trước ít nhất vài ngày.

- Di chuyển bằng tàu cao tốc và phà phụ thuộc rất nhiều vào thời tiết. Khi thời tiết không tốt, chuyến đi có thể bị trì hoãn hoặc thậm chí bị hủy. Đôi khi một tuyến đường đi bằng tàu cao tốc có thể bị ngừng khai thác vài ngày vì bão. Vậy hãy lưu ý rằng những trường hợp tương tự có thể xảy ra nếu bạn đặt vé nối tiếp với chuyến bay - có nguy cơ bạn vào được đất liền muộn so với dự tính trong một số mùa nhất định.

We boarding the boat 15 minutes before the departure time. We get a free mineral water onboard as compliment. The staff is very friendly and helpful to me as I bring a big luggage.

Smooth and comfortable ride to Gili Trawangan. Excellent crew member onboard. They help us with the luggage and give us mineral water. The toilet is clean and there is sundeck if you like some music.

Overall great experience. Easy departure process with full air conditioning. Just show the 12go voucher to the check-in counter and they will give the boarding pass to me. The staff friendly as there is a free water after we onboard the boat.

Transport with the boat was smooth but the transfer afterwards was a huge hassle no signage or clear path where to go. Almost got scammed by somebody else pretending he was our shuttle driver. Saying our taxi ride from padang bai to sanur would still take 3,5H, instead of the normal 1,5 H but we could get a private taxi instead. Luckily we found our real shuttle after searching further. It’s all taxi maffia be aware!!

It was almost perfect, just that there were some scammers who try to catch up the tourists on the port in Bali. This was annoying. I needed some time to find the company's office.. :( but at the end everything turned out pretty well, thank God!

Everything was gut with the boat and we arrived in Bali on time. In Bali there is a lot of people trying to convince you that the van/Bus has a lot of delay or will use a longer way to the destination just to make you buy a new ticket for a faster taxi. They are all together organized. Don’t give up and don’t take a Gran for 650k but wait insead, after 15 minutes discussion they will bring you on time at the destination!

The second transport was not what we payed for. We paid for a mini van after the ferry but what was offered was a bus that would make us hours late. We ended up having to pay for other transport instead.

The ride in the fast boat was well organized and okay. The ride on the van was a complete rip off. Way overprized (900k for 3 people), an estimated duration that was very unrealistic (it took us 5 1/2 hours instead of 4) and the car was packed.
