The ferry sailed 3 hours late. No toilet facilities or refreshments provided. Customer Service, when there is a problem, is very poor.

Alles gut geklappt, Check lnn lief zügige ab. Hatte auch relativ pünktlich abgelegt 8 min. danach, war aber OK. Fühlte mich sicher, bei der ganzen Fahrt????????

I thought the whole nooking and boarding process went quite well. Little bit hot in the boat and the boat moved around a fair bit for what was a fairly average swell. Seemed a few people got a bit sick. But left on time, took about 2 hour 20 minutes and can buy some basic snacks on board. Plenty of taxis eaiting to take you to hua hin. Overall recommended

The organisation of the passengers waiting at the dock is almost non existent. There are three 'classes', VIP, Business and Economy, yet there are no designated seating areas or boarding priority lanes to support the three levels of service (as you would in an airline). It was everybody for themselves at boarding time. Business class is not worth the extra cost; all you get is a juice carton and a snack. In the economy area, there is a small shop with a wide choice of hot and cold drink/snacks. As first time users of the ferry we didn't even know about that as it it isn't promoted anywhere. Coming back we used the economy seats and it was a better experience. Timing was late departing Hua Hin and late into Pattaya by almost an hour. The return trip was on time though. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely use it again, but under the current arrangements there is no point in the business tier.

Very good and organized Ferry, clean and staff are very friendly and co-operative..
The only suggestion is in the toilets..
It should also have handle to hold when you are in..
Otherwise it's highly recommended..

Due to the high winds the water was incredibly rough which made the crossing uncomfortable, 3hours 20 mins start to finish. Nobody’s fault but an unpleasant passenger experience compared to a calm day.

Very comfortable. Staff helpful but boat left Hua Hin approximately 30 minutes late and arrived at Pattaya 50 minutes late even though the sea was very calm and no wind. It is a long pier in Pattaya with no help for the elderly. We are over 70.

War alles iO, bis das wir 25 Minuten auf eine Decke warten mussten. Bei den an Bord gefahrenen Temperaturen konnte ich mich des Eindrucks nicht erwähren, dass es sich hier eher um einen Gefrierfleischtransport handelte. Daher meine Empfehlung - wärmende Kleidung dabei haben, um einer möglichen Erkältung vor zu beugen. Über die Widrigkeiten am und zum Pier in Pattaya wurde bereits mehrfach berichtet, ebenso über die unverschämten Preisforderungen der Taxifahrer.

Excellent trip.... staff very helpful and speak good English. The ferry was on time, very comfortable and it was a lovely crossing.
The quay where we docked at Pattaya however is disgraceful. So far to walk for older persons (us) with some medical difficulties, at least a kilometer !!! No one to help you with luggage, and no assistance available. The walkway along the quay is being dug up and re concreted and will be nice I'm sure but it is so rough to walk and damages your suitcase wheels, and it is so far with no shade. It really spoiled the whole trip. We would do this ferry again as the trip itself was excellent. I just hope they sort out the Pattaya end on arrival.

Very convenient trip, saving you a lot of time. The crew are all very professional and friendly and the ferry is in excellent condition.

I think 30mins before departure for checkin would be better 60 mins too long sitting in the heat.

Outstanding to have this option!! 2 hours from Hua Hin to Pattaya is Buddha sent. Excellent service, excellent crossing, polite and professional crew. Paid small premium for upper deck which was very comfortable and with only a few other passengers. No motion sickness as I was led to believe before booking.....My wife enjoyed it immensely having never experienced anything like it before. Well done everyone, it will be my preferred mode of travel every time in the future.
