Ưu điểm của đi xe khách:

- Di chuyển bằng xe khách rất dễ dàng - không cần phải đến bến xe trước giờ khởi hành quá lâu, và thủ tục để lên xe thường rất nhanh chóng, trái với di chuyển bằng máy bay.
- Vé xe khách thường rẻ. Giá xe có thể hơi cao đối với hạng VIP, nhưng nếu bạn muốn mua vé giá rẻ, xe khách vẫn là lựa chọn hàng đầu.
- Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều hạng xe để phù hợp với nhu cầu và chi phí. Nếu bạn muốn một hành trình thực sự thoải mái, di chuyển bằng xe khách cũng hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được điều đó.
Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:
- Bến xe của các chuyến xe liên tỉnh có thể nằm xa trung tâm. Có nghĩa là bạn cần tính thêm thời gian và chi phí để di chuyển đến địa điểm văn phòng xe. Trong một vài trường hợp, di chuyển đến bến xe có thể đắt hơn bạn nghĩ, bởi vì đôi khi chỉ có một vài nhà xe được phép khai thác tuyến đó - và giá vé có thể bị đẩy lên cao.
- Vào cuối tuần hoặc mùa cao điểm, vé xe khách đi đến các điểm thu hút khách du lịch có thể hết vé toàn bộ lịch trình xe, và bạn sẽ cần phải đặt vé trước từ sớm.
- Đi xe khách không bị phụ thuộc vào thời tiết như đi phà/ tàu cao tốc, nhưng xe có thể khởi hành muộn hoặc thậm chí bị huỷ vì yếu tố thời tiết hoặc điều kiện đường xá - hãy lưu ý điều này nếu bạn di chuyển vào một mùa hay tới một địa điểm nhất định.

車子很乾淨，也很準時。雖然路程多蜿蜒，可以感受到司機先生已經盡量開得比較平穩。但是因爲拜縣的車站很小，同時有幾輛巴士要同時發車，所以在找自己的巴士的時候有一點混亂，建議提早十分鐘抵達車站，巴士前車窗都貼有乘客的名單，如果找不到自己的巴士時，可以去查詢。

Set off on time, arrive 1 hour early, lots of winding roads, driver went a little fast on them towards the end and my sister felt sick then but was ok until the end when started going fast. Suitcases were strapped to roof which is way better than jamming them all down the aisles as with every other bus trip in Asia

They gave me a seat on te last row...it is a small bank for 2 people..so for me and an other tall man...we 2 were the tallest of the bus and they put us together on the smallest place of the bus 😅

Estuvimos en los peores asientos de la minivan, detrás de todo. Poco espacio para las piernas, muy incómodo y mucho calor. Había asientos libres en la minivan que eran mejores y no nos ofrecieron.

Comfort is out of the topic. Super packed and drive force three big guys at the back with huge luggages. I was one of the big guys. Very pack and three hours of uncomfortable sitting. If money is an issue then just ride this and don't complain, if money is no issue then get a cab. This is bad experience for me..

Relatively old vehicle on a road with many turns is not very comfortable. Also driver could have mentioned there would be no stop half way (on the way from Chiang Mai to Pai there was a stop)

For the curvy road the trip was ok. There was one stop for stretching, toilet and snacks or food. The actual minibus schedule contains several rides a day, not only the morning one as one may get an impression from the 12go.asia webpage. We could change our tickets at Pai bus station for a later departure for 30 baht per person plus 5 baht for printing out the earlier booking at the print store. They seem to like tickets on paper here in Thailand : )

Kind polite driver, we arrived earlier even than expected. This route in the mountains contains many curves. We had the 5 E and D Seats which are very small. Causing motion sickness. It would be an improvement if it was possible to book front seats online. Now the last customer gets the seats in the front which are better if you tend to get sick on this vomit enhancing track. Pay a bit extra is no problem.

If you book online they automatically put you in the very back of the bus. Go to the bus operator themselves to book. It is cheaper and you get a better seat.

Booking via online does not provide option to choose seat no. which is not an advantage. Changing seat at d counter requires new booking. Pls improve.

It’s not an overly comfortable trip given all the twists and turns of the mountain road, but there isn’t much helping that. The van is packed, with barely any luggage space and small seats, everyone is squished in like sardines. Driver will stop for bathroom break if needed.
