Giới thiệu PN Group
Để đến được những hòn đảo đẹp nhất, bạn chắc hẳn sẽ phải lựa chọn đi tàu cao tốc. Một số hòn đảo được kết nối với đất liền bởi tàu kích thước lớn, tuy nhiên phần lớn vẫn là tàu cao tốc nhanh hơn và nhỏ hơn hoặc tàu hai thân catamaran. Thông thường thì tàu cao tốc càng nhanh, giá vé tàu càng cao. Trước khi mua vé tàu cao tốc, hãy xem bạn có cần tàu tốc độ cao, hay có thể cân nhắc đi phà tốc độ chậm hơn. Giá vé đi phà rẻ hơn nhiều, tuy nhiên chênh lệch thời gian có thể rất lớn nên bạn hãy kiểm tra kỹ trước khi đặt vé tàu. Ưu & Nhược điểm của Tàu cao tốc
Ưu điểm của đi tàu cao tốc:
- Trong nhiều trường hợp, đi tàu là cách duy nhất để ra được đảo. Và nhất là khi đó có thể lại là các hòn đảo đẹp nhất như trong ảnh mà bạn luôn muốn đến!
- Thường sẽ có các loại vé tàu khác nhau để bạn chọn phù hợp nhất với nhu cầu, từ giá vé tàu, mức độ tiện nghi, thời gian di chuyến và giờ chạy tàu.
- Hãy Đặt vé trực tuyến để tiết kiệm thời gian - và đối với một vài hành trình, việc mua vé trước gần như là bắt buộc. Lý do là vé có thể hết rất sớm vào cuối tuần hoặc kỳ nghỉ lễ. Đặc biệt là nếu hành trình của bạn chỉ có vài chuyến khởi hành trong ngày, bạn cần đặt vé trước ít nhất vài ngày.
- Di chuyển bằng tàu cao tốc cũng rất thú vị. Bạn sẽ có những trải nghiệm mới khi khám phá một cung đường bằng các phương tiện khác nhau - trong trường hợp này là đường thủy. Hầu hết các địa điểm trông đều hấp dẫn khi lênh đênh trên nước, và cũng là cơ hội để bạn có nhiều bức ảnh đẹp.
Nhược điểm của đi tàu cao tốc:
- Say sóng là vấn đề nhiều người gặp phải. Hành trình càng dài, biển động càng lớn, thì nguy cơ càng cao bạn sẽ cảm thấy buồn nôn. Để tận hưởng chuyến đi, bạn có thể uống trước thuốc chống say khoảng nửa tiếng trước khi khởi hành.
- Di chuyển bằng tàu cao tốc và phà phụ thuộc rất nhiều vào thời tiết. Khi thời tiết không tốt, chuyến đi có thể bị trì hoãn hoặc thậm chí bị hủy. Đôi khi một tuyến đường đi bằng tàu cao tốc có thể bị ngừng khai thác vài ngày vì bão. Vậy hãy lưu ý rằng những trường hợp tương tự có thể xảy ra nếu bạn đặt vé nối tiếp với chuyến bay - có nguy cơ bạn vào được đất liền muộn so với dự tính trong một số mùa nhất định.

Leider keinerlei Stopp, um auf die Toilette zu gehen, bis zur Fähre. Fahrer sprach kein Englisch. Der Sitz in der Reihe vor mir war leider kaputt, dadurch hatte ich keinerlei Beinfreiheit mehr. Immerhin recht pünktlich.

Operator company was very well. On time!
It was not clearly marked where the final stop was. At the hotel or at the port. The accommodation was 6 minutes from the port but not in the transfer area. We were dropped off at the port with almost no information. The taxi to the hotel cost another 700 THB.

Van was not so confortable, because it was full and luggage was everywhere. But it is just a 2,5 hour rate and cheap.

Bus ist pünktlich losgefahren,
2 Halte zum Pinkeln gemacht.
Als wir mit dem Bus angekommen sind wurden wir direkt von der Crew abgeholt und nach 5Minuten warten sind wir sicher und gemeinsam als Gruppe zur Fähre gegangen.
Dort nochmal 5Minuten gewartet.
Die Fahrt mit dem Speed Boat (Fähre) war schnell, teilweise etwas rucklig, aber sehr angenehm.
Insgesamt war ich voll zufrieden, vor Allem zu diesem günstigen Preis

Departed from Bangkok about 10 mins after original 9:30 time, and we had few stops picking up some locals. Arrived to Ban Phe pier around 1pm, then transferred over to a speed boat and arrived to Koh Samet by 1.30. All were very well organised!

Good clean ride and on time on Sunday morning to Koh Samet. As soon as we checked in at the counter in Ekkamai bus station we were able to get on the bus. FYI the tickets have the seat number on them. Bus was maybe half full. Once on a lady came to check the tickets and count everyone. The bus was clean and the seats wide and comfy enough for a size 18 US lady :D Driver did a good job, he had a 'co pilot' who gave everyone a bottle of water as soon as we departed. Maybe 30min later once we were out of the city the same guy can around and gave us all McChicken sandwiches - what?! How are they even making a proffit with these gas prices and MacDonalds? 555 But everyone was happy munching away so khopkun ka! We made a short restroom stop in ChonBuri province. Then maybe 1hr later already we got to Rayong, Nuanthip Pier. No stopping by to pickup more travelers, no going through Pattaya. Nice! There we got off the bus and those with specific sticker (given on the bus according to what boat or ferry company would take us to the island) were taken for a few min in a songtaew to their office and then again to the correct pier for the boat. We had chosen the ferry which takes a bit longer than the speedboat (max 30min ride only though) and is less bumpy ride and cheaper. We were just 4 passengers on the cute pink ferry and 100% enjoyed the ride. I hope they will get more passengers so all locals can earn more. Would definitely pick PN Group bus + ferry again.

The minibus was in the twilight of its life. The window next to us rattled the entire journey. Also, a bearing in the transmission made a bad noise - the entire journey. The suspension and shock absorption gave out at the slightest bump and would not pass inspection. The worst bus journey I've had in three weeks.
Stuff of PN Group was very helpfull and lovely, so thanks to them our trip was not a total swizzle.

Kind staff, driver drives safe, little bit old bus but comfortable seats. Free water is great, but the mcd burger is not healthy and unnecessery. Good service overall.

Booked the normal big bus on the way to Koh samet, bus ride was comfortable and on time, gave us food and water.
The speedboat journey was chaos though, allow 1hr+ window waiting around for the 15min ride.
Took the more expensive van option on way back to airport, no food/water was provided.

Incredible service. Top-notch, the best I've experienced on any trip. The organization was excellent. I bought a boat and bus ticket, and received a private speedboat transfer and a private taxi to the city. A motorbike takes me from the pier to the office. The office is equipped with seating areas, tables, chairs, and benches. Air conditioning, fans, and a restroom are also available. The reception staff are very polite and professional and will help you purchase tickets to any destination. The customer service is amazing. I've never written a review before, but I can't help but mention this service. I highly recommend it!

Everything was great. The team at Ban Phe pier was extremely polite. The only downside was the bus driver from Ekkamai bus terminal. He took extra money from us, 20 baht, just to put our luggage into the bus. This really shocked me and my partner as we thought everything was paid for. But since we are tourists and looking forward to our trip, we obliged. Didn’t expect to be charged extra money.

The transfer with the speedboat was perfect, the whole service was excellent from reception at the office, transport to the pier directly to the boat to fast departure even much earlier than the booked time. We recommend highly PN Group and would book there again without hesitation.

Everything was good (the boat ride, helpful staff, nice waiting area, comfortable van) - until the last stop. It looked like the driver forgot that there was a Walking Street stop, even though most of the passengers wanted to get off there. He only stopped (on the road side) when we reminded him of it, and just told us to walk in a pointed direction (half an hour walk in a heat).

All in all, I was happy with the experience and we got to our destination perfectly on time. However, I did get the impression that your experience and itinerary depends a bit on how many people are booked on the same journey, so here's how it went for us.
While we initially received a receipt of the itinerary we booked on 12GO, we were subsequently provided with different tickets on a bus by a different operator, leaving from a different platform, to the city of Rayong leaving at 09:30 (instead of 09:00). Since Rayong was very close to the pier, and after double-checking with the staff, we decided to go with it. We were told our bus had some problem. Once we reached Rayong bus station, we were almost immediately picked up by a car which drove us the last 30 minutes to the pier, where we were received by the actual agency responsible for the trip. The staff at the local bus company to Rayong seemed only vaguely aware of the itinerary arrangements, as they were only responsible for the bus journey between Mochit and Rayong and couldn't really tell us what would happen from there. However, everyone was friendly and kept an eye out on us to ensure we got on and off at the right stop, and despite departing late we arrived well on time at Ko Samet in the end.
Looking back on it, we seemed to be the only 2 people booked on the 09:00 bus from Mochit to Ko Samet, so I suspect they simply cancelled the direct bus and re-routed us this way. Having traveled in Asia before, I simply asked a couple of times to ensure they knew what they were doing, but otherwise just trusted the system to work out (which it did) even if I didn't completely knew what went on in the moment. So overall great experience, just go with the flow a bit if you book this itinerary and things will work out :)
